Adrian's Driving School
Adrian's Driving School, located in the heart of Mount Kisco, is a premier institution dedicated to guiding New York drivers through every step of the licensing process. Whether you are a teenager navigating your first learner permit or an adult seeking professional instruction, we provide the expertise and resources needed to build confidence on the road.
We specialize in the mandatory Pre-Licensing Course (5-Hour Course), fully approved by the NYS DMV. Designed for maximum convenience, this essential theory course is offered live via Zoom from our Mount Kisco office. Classes are held every Thursday at 5:00 PM and Saturday at 10:00 AM, allowing students from anywhere in New York State to participate without leaving their homes. The course covers critical topics such as traffic laws, safe driving practices, the dangers of alcohol and drug-impaired driving, and the importance of seat belt usage.
Upon successful completion of the course, participants receive the official DMV MV-278 Certificate, which is valid for one year and required to schedule a road test. Registration is simple: ensure you have a valid NYS Photo Learner Permit (or Interim Permit accompanied by a NYS Non-Driver ID) and be ready to pay the course fee. We accept registrations online or by phone at 914-631-0268, with credit card payments processed securely.
At Adrian's Driving School, our mission is to create safe, knowledgeable drivers. By combining flexible remote learning options with clear guidance on DMV requirements, we make obtaining your driver’s license a smooth and stress-free experience. Fantastic experience: We worked with Adrian's Driving School for both our kids and each time we had a very good experience. Natalie was extremely helpful for scheduling and admin needs and Adrian was very patient and provided much needed guidance and advice for our young drivers. We're out of kids otherwise we would most certainly work with them again! Each kid passed on first tries thanks to the experience and practice they received.
What a wonderful thought! Thank you so much for this! And thank you for returning to our school, it was a pleasure to have you!
Fantastic experience: I had a driver's license from my home country and some driving experience, but after moving to NYC, I didn't drive for over ten years. When I moved out of the city and needed to start driving again, I felt incredibly nervous. However, from the very first lesson, James (Jimmy) made me feel at ease. They were incredibly patient, kind, and understanding, helping me build my confidence behind the wheel. Each lesson was tailored to my needs. Thanks to their supportive teaching style, I quickly became more comfortable. After just a few lessons, I was able to pass my driving test without any problems! I can't recommend Jimmy enough. If you're feeling nervous about getting back behind the wheel, they're the perfect teacher to help you regain your confidence.
Good job on obtaining your license! Thank you for sharing your experience with Jim! So glad we were able to help!
