COUNTYWIDE DRIVERS ED

Located in the heart of York, SC, Countywide Drivers Ed is your trusted partner for obtaining a driver’s license and mastering the roads safely. We are fully certified by the SCDMV, offering a comprehensive range of services tailored for both teen and adult learners. Our program is designed to build confidence and competence, ensuring every student is ready to drive for life.

We specialize in state-mandated Teen Driver Education, requiring an 8-hour classroom session followed by practical behind-the-wheel training. Our classes cover essential topics such as traffic laws, defensive driving, the dangers of impaired driving, and vehicle handling techniques like parallel parking and blind spot checks. To enhance safety and learning, our sessions include in-car camera recording, and students drive one-on-one with certified instructors equipped with safety brakes.

For convenience, we offer on-site permit knowledge tests for a small fee, as well as the official DMV road test right at our location. We also provide specialized services for Real ID preparation and permit practice exams. Adult learners (18+) can enroll in concise 2-hour sessions to quickly gain their license. Payment options include Cash, Cash App, and Venmo. Join Countywide Drivers Ed and start your journey toward safe, independent driving today.
