Fantastic experience: I failed for the first time due to getting confused and blowing my horn in half of the manuver but they teach you so good make you a perfect diver, very very good instructors Mr Jason was my instructor but all other instructors there are very helpful too and put all there efforts and experience to help you and become a good driver Thank you Mr Jason, Mr Chris, Mr Matt, Mr Tony, Mr Harold, Mr Doug and don’t read believe who has given them no star or one star because it’s not the trainers fault that you failed or didn’t succeed it’s you they can teach you guide you and help you but at end of the day it’s you who do things Thank you Aimee mam she is a very good help too just smile little mam that’s only missing thank you every one sorry Aimee mam if you feel bad about smile
Negative experience: Please do not come here at all cost no matter how bad you want your cdl’s go somewhere else this is a scam I drove over 4 hours to get to this place when I arrived there was 12 people in my orientation. only 2 out of the 12 actually got there cdls they will have you practicing on gravel and rocks and potholes in there lot. they leave setting up the cones to the instructors which do not care if they were measured out correctly or ran over and moved out of place and will wait to the next day to fix them if they choose to do so. Problems 1.they will have you doing paper work your first day then second day you will be practicing straight froward and back. third day and forth you will be on the road no more road time after that next day will show you the forward/reverse offset that’s 5 days right there Monday come you will have no instructor working with you they will have a new class every Monday. So you instructors only have a week to show you the ropes then the next week it all you alone with your group of 4 1a.keep in mind there will be 4 people assigned to a instructor so if one person messes up for a hour on one Maneuver there is no learning for you just watching someone mess up for one hour god bless you if all you guys are that bad. 2.the lanes they set up on the practice site are way different from there test site. the test site lanes are way smaller and tougher to turn on because you never drove a truck on pavement and your training will not work because you were never taught to make such tight maneuver because the whole time there you had hella space to work with on the practice site which makes everything easy. 3.on my test day with the other 12 people on my group we learned more then we were supposed to on our pre tips which was a good thing but meanwhile the examiners changed our requirements on things we needed to say so we didn’t have to name 100+ parts anymore come to test day the info the instructors told us we were not supposed to some People failed because they were told not to name certain parts 4. Instructors will let you fail and do not care and give you false information Examples 4a-instructors told us to say the lights are the proper color Examiner you didn’t say the proper color was yellow 4b-instructor you don’t have to mention the tandom realese handle or the locking pin Examiner you didn’t mention the tandom release handle and locking pin 4c instructors never told us to mention the hub on the wheel and guess what yup you was pointed cause you ain’t mention the hub I only recommend this place to people that already drove a truck in the past and know what they are doing without the help of a instructors if not do not come here save you self the time and money I wish I had A review like to see b4 I came stay away people that understand what I mean leave a like if you been here
Negative experience: One of the worst customer service in any industry. They will leave you on hold just too hang up in your face. If you have another option your better off
Negative experience: Went to school here at the new location started January 29th 2024. The instructors are great !! I had Harold and tony I build a special bond with them. I was the only girl they made sure that I passed my CDL test. But the company literally SUCKS. I understood that it was a 2 week program to get the CDL but how me and my other teammates were treated is just crazy !! They are just after people Money. I got the loan to pay for the school. But you have to pay 200 out of your pocket for the actually test. And your food. You only get a ride to & from the hotel to school everyday. We were staying in a motel that had bugs and slaggers everywhere. We had to PAY TO GET TO INDIANA & ONCE YOU PASS AND GET THE CDL YOU HAVE EXACTLY ONE DAY TO GET OUT THE HOTEL AND PAY YOURSELF TO GET BACK HOME. I DIDNT HAVE MUCH MONEY BUT HAD TO MAKE IT HAPPEN. THEY ARE JUST A MONEY HUNGRY SCHOOL. But I love the trainers it was a great and horrible experience.
Negative experience: 1st off thieves..the instructor stole my cellphone. I was exhausted during lunch took a nap woke up ran to fake class realize didn't have cell. Went back to cafeteria and looked out side door and say the instructor using my cell.iasked why didn't you report lost.he started just walking away..I started to scream for help no one moved..he tried to run into bathroom I followed. Finally by myself was able to get cell back.he took memory card out.told very fat man in office to call 911.he told me he don't know 911 nbr.stay away from that thieving school.they steal the administration and use you for 2 years over worked for literally no pay..go get your lincense from a local school..trust you will thank me later
