Fantastic experience: ne of the most helpful driving services that you can find. They can make getting the license much easier. Especially the driving test, you can you in and out of the dmv in about two hours, which for the dmv is super fast. If you have any problems or concerns, you can contact Sammy. He is super helpful if you need anything.

Fantastic experience: My experience with the Professional Driving School NC has been well worth the money. I’ve been driving for a long time with a permit, but never went to get my full license. I wanted a good refresher of all the things they expect you to do on a road test. In a singular 2 hour session I got the refresher I needed, and all my concerns were addressed. I had to learn how to reverse without a camera, what signals are required for each maneuver, etc. My instructor, Sammy Bouqfa, got me an appointment with a DMV within a week after the session. This is huge considering all DMV appointments around here are usually a minimum of 3 months out, not to mention walk-ins are an unbearable wait. He took me to the Arrowood DMV in Charlotte rather than the one in Huntersville. I believe this was the right call. The people there trust that his students know what they’re doing. Everyone was friendly, Sammy taught me the route before I tested, and I passed with ease. Very grateful for this experience. The only negative part of my experience was when their system allowed me to book an appointment the day of, but they usually don’t do appointments like that, so no one showed up. However, they made it up to me by coming the very next day. Overall, solid experience.

Fantastic experience: I did 2 lessons with Hassane, and a lesson with Sammy. Both were excellent teachers that helped me overcome my driving anxiety and allowed me to pass my drivers test first try. They were patient with me and gave me great tips. They also don’t make you spend more money than needed. They tell you when you’re ready for the test. They work with your schedule. I was able to get my license on fairly quick with a walk in appointment.I did my lessons and test all within less than a month. I would definitely recommend them for all your driving lesson needs. Fantastic experience: Had two training sessions. The instructor meets you at your house, so that was definitely a relief. Basically they just had you drive around and become familiar and comfortable with driving, with a smattering of the skills you'll need for the test. Met Sammy early the day of the test. He gave some last minute advice that I think came in clutch for me passing. Overall a very professional experience.

Negative experience: Sammy is just rude and arrogant. Zero instructions. Stops at random places for his own during my appointment and talks on his phone. He asked about where am from, my nationality and my place of origin. I replied. When I asked him the same he yelled "AFRICA". Worst attitude. Have some fricking manners.

Fantastic experience: Both of my sons attended Professional Driving School and had a great experience. The online classroom was very convenient and they covered a lot of material. We did the behind the wheel training with both Hassane and Sammy. The instructors were great and really helped give the new drivers confidence while teaching them. We signed up for additional driving hours, which we found very beneficial. I also highly recommend doing a session with Sammy before the driving test, it helped give my son the confidence he needed to pass.

Negative experience: Totally unfair and unprofessional driving school. We booked the appointment though the website week ago and the system allowed us though book for Monday morning. We confirmed the same Sunday evening. Monday morning before 45 min. of the appointment they called and told us 'our website says cannot book appointment for the selected zip codes on Monday'. Totally not accepted , the whole day work schedule got disturbed. why the system allowed us to book the appointment ? We know how to read English , fix your system first.

Positive experience: I wanted to give 4.5 stars due to his employee Gabriel. Sammy did have some issues on canceling on the same day. However, after speaking with him about my issues of canceling on the same day. Sammy did apologize and communicated about the incident. I appreciate the honesty and he was welling to refund my money with no issues. We discuss everything and he made it right and finish all driving sections with my granddaughter. Overall the experience was a tab shakey at first but GABRIEL SAVED THE DAY. I believe everyone issues with Sammy is a communication breakdown. But if you're patient and let him speak then you reply without anger. I believe everything else would go well. I would use this company again.

Fantastic experience: I just passed my road test today! It took me 5 classes with Sammy from zero (on the first class I didn't even know how to start the car) to passing the test on the first try and feeling comfortable and confident (as much as possible for a new driver) on the road! Sammy is strict but in a good way, his approach really helped me to learn. I know what I was paying for and each lesson had big effect, huge leap in my skills and confidence. Negative experience: My child had lessons with this company. The guy Sammy had such a nasty attitude. He cancelled with no notice, and had my son waiting around. Dont waste your time, you will be disappointed. I should have known better when I was trying to set up appointment and the guy Sammy pretty much scolded me because I kept calling and I guess he was busy. Sir, your a business, I'm suppose to call??

Negative experience: SUCH AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE! I signed my daughter up for refresher classes and Sammy cancelled an hour before her lesson with no explanation except for "sorry, can't do today." I asked to have them cancel all further lessons and the response was, "Ok, I will." No care at all.

Negative experience: BE AWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCHOOL! My lesson was cancelled twice with no notice. First time 10 minutes before the lesson and second time 1.5 hours before the lesson. I only found out the second time the lesson is cancelled because I reached out to confirm. It is impossible to get hold of anyone. No one is picking up the phone but they happily take your money. My mistake was that I payed upfront. I can only hope that I will get my money back now as the service is just non existent and I lost hope that any lessons will ever happen.

Negative experience: BEWARE! The high rating reviews MUST be fake. There is no way Sammy can be so “patient and professional” with the way I was treated. It was aggressive, abusive, awful. Not to mention how many times I had my lessons canceled or he was HOURS late. Disgusting that a business would write fake reviews or pay off people to write reviews….because there’s ABSOLUTELY NO WAY they are legit.

Negative experience: The owner is abusive and aggressive. He has denied the use of respect to his students and you can tell he has lack of understanding of teaching and teaching methodologies because of his personality. He offended verbally his students. I am speaking as a victim. After the event I personally went to speak to him , not to ask for money back but to ask the reason why he would offend an 18 years old student while the student is driving! Offending her with demeaning words and offensive words putting students under pressure. Instead of pulling over and telling the student to come another time when it’s better. When I ask for an answer, he said “this is not therapy I am a driving teacher not school teacher” I told him that makes not difference there is no reason to have aggressive behavior towards a student. He denied and continued to talk overreacting, left the office and said he did not care” The guy is moroco or Arabic, you can tell he suffers from an accident because he has a very strange behavior. He is not someone I’ll ever recommend !!! Do not come to this school! Do not support this pseudo-driving teacher !!! Get to know him and you will understand! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY He is an awful person!!!!!

Negative experience: Extremely poor service,my husband booked classes and every single day his classes gets canceled without any communication,he took leave from his work so he could learn driving and instructer never shows up when he tries to call him he will never answer and the office people will say no instructer available today and next day no slot available,3rd day again affter Booking a class same things no instructer shows up no one answers the calls,this is happening repeatedly for 4-5times,I would never recommend this school to anyone please go somewhere else dnt waste ur money and time here.

Fantastic experience: I tried to find a school to take classes in order to get my driver's licence. I called most of the schools in Charlotte but something was always off while I'm trying to get an appointment, asking for prices or any information. Fortunately, I found Professional Driving School. With a couple clicks on their website I had an appointment set with Hassan. This guy is amazing, very nice, patient, professional and always on time. From the first day he made me feel incredibly comfortable which helped me feel confident behind the wheel. Driving with him was really fun, I enjoyed it and had all my lessons with him. Then I had Sammy who was very helpful with the whole process at the DMV from the time we got there until we left with driver's license in hand. He took me for a practice road test before the official test. Getting my driver's license was really important to me. Thank you, Hassan and Sammy.

Fantastic experience: This was one of the best experiences I have had in pursuit of learning how to drive. The instruction was delivered with clarity, wonderful instructor. After Day One, my confidence in my ability to drive was drastically increased. In addition, the rules of the road and the most important of matters stick well because of the clear instruction. I have completed my driving license test today and after six hours of instruction, I was immediately passed and told “I drove very well.” Not only am I conscious on the road, I am confident in my ability to drive well and safely. Negative experience: If you’re a beginner (and I mean like barely any driving experience) do not have Sammy as your instructor. He was incredibly rude and has the worst attitude. Miss a turn and he will yell at you, even though he gives the directions very late. Be careful!

Negative experience: Booked an appointment with Sammy for my son for 11/17 9:00 am. I called what I thought was the office at 8:45 am to confirm and ask a question. Sammy then informed me he would be at my home at 9:30 am. I told him the appointment was 9 am because my son had to be to work at 11am. He said he was at home in Concord. I agreed to 9:30 if my son was dropped off at his work location vs being dropped off at his pickup location, he agreed. At the end of the call he stated I had to have cash or Zell for payment. I explained I didn't see that on his website and I planned to pay with a debit card. I told him I would call him back because I needed to find someone that has Zelle. I called him back within 5 minutes and no answer. I left a voice mail saying I can make the payment and still no call back. I tried calling 2 more times with voice mails and nothing. What a complete waste of time. I would recommend you use another service. WORST SERVICE EVER!

Fantastic experience: I had enrolled to another driving school before I enrolled to Professional Driving School. Sammy is the best driving instructor and even helped me book to take my license at the DMV. I also had a few hours in the road with Mohammed and he is a great instructor too. I would definitely without a doubt recommend professional driving school to anyone looking for a driving school.

Negative experience: This was the most unprofessional encounter with a driving instructor I've ever had. First of all, Sammy would be on his phone for the duration of most of the drive. He would barely pay attention to the road and would give instructions on which way to turn very late and abruptly. I would be waiting at a stop sign for instructions on where to turn, and he would get angry because I had not turned. This is not a big deal, but he would quickly raise his voice all the time. He claimed I was not listening, but he was the one not giving instructions. He was a very impatient instructor, leaving me nervous to drive each time. He also would leave me, a teenage girl, at the gas station for 5-10 minutes, each lesson with the doors unlocked, when I am paying for the time. He was always late to the appointment and would cancel after the appointment was to begin. There had been days where I was up at 7:30 am ready to drive and he would show up around 9:30, 2 hours late with the excuse that he was busy. If he was busy, why was the time slot open on the website? The website needs to not overbook appointments. This happened several times, with a total of 5 cancelled appointments. I was also paying for one on one instruction, and he would randomly pick up another customer to drive, while I am paying for my one on one time. In times of corona, it is very unprofessional and illegal to be doing this. When my mother called to explain her frustrations with all of this, he yelled at her on the phone in a very abrupt and rude manner saying she was "full of rudeness". As a customer I am very unhappy with the service they provided. No one should yell at a customer on the phone. So so so unhappy with this company. Do not recommend at all, especially for teenage drivers who are beginners with no experience.

Negative experience: Literly told me to be ready at 5:30AM for an on the road test only to first get a text saying he's ok now the way and an hour later he's still not there. I then texted him asking if he was still coming only for him to tell me it is too late because he was at the DMV with another student. Ridiculous. I SO glad to didn't pay ahead.

Fantastic experience: I am a person who can easily become nervous and failed the road test multiple times before. I took Sammy for my instructor. He is super nice and patient. After 3 hours‘ raining he said I was already for the road test. Then he took me to the DMV to do the test and I passed!! Another thing I like about him is that he never say any useless stuff during the training and tell me the relevant instructions up to the point. I will definitely recommend him to some of my friends who need driving classes.

If you are first time learner , he does not give you small tips / techniques for several aspects ( not too wide in right turn / for left turn which lane should be taken and all ) .Rather he will demoralize you saying you can’t drive and all. So please be cautious while taking appointment with him if you are first time learner / new driver .For me , it was the worst experience and will never ever suggest you to got there.

Negative experience: Deceiving service! My husband paid for the 6-hour service in June 2019 and only got 1.5 hour lesson. Then my husband waited and waited for 2 months for the next lessons but no one from Professional replied his call or text message. We just want the rest 4.5 hours lessons or refund!!!!! Please respond!
