Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience with my instructor, she was very nice and patient with me and I never got nervous to drive with her. She was very supportive and descriptive with her way of teaching. The service at the front desk was also amazing. All staff are very nice and welcoming and informative. She also was very helpful right before i took my road test and with her support i past so thank you!! :)

Negative experience: This company is someone to stay away from. I was in traffic on Rte 3 west bound in February 2023. One of their student drivers along with a driving instructor rolled back into my car causing over $4000 in damage. As I pulled in front of them to tell them to pull over to the shoulder they kept on driving on Rte 3 west. I immediately called the Police but the dept told me they were extremely busy and since no one was hurt to make a accident report online. I notified the office Manager Alicia and told them what happened. The instructor and student driver told her they were at that location and did not understand what I was saying because they spoke Spanish. I notified my insurance carrier which took over this hit an run accident. After over 9 months Alicia claimed that the damage done to my vehicle could not have happened by their back truck bumper which is totally false. They refused to provide my insurance carrier with their insurance carrier. I am now out $500 for my deductible and 7 days of a rental car. This company could have did the right thing and settled the claim but they refused to do the right thing and dragged this out for 9 months claiming they were not at fault. Stay away from this company as they seem not to care about the regular people and think they can deny wrong doing. Louis DeStefano

Negative experience: DON’T RECOMMEND FOR YOUR CHILDREN/TEENAGER KIDS Driving place helped my younger sibling drive. However it did lack guidance (driver instructor would take the wheel or break for the majority of practice) and communication (driver instructor would call VERY LAST MINUTE when outside, only ONCE called 15 minutes in advance. This made my sibling stress out and felt like they learned nothing from the service. And when the day of the test comes, after two months of no communication, driver instructor called they were outside for early test they had no idea about. If they called at least 30-15 minutes it would’ve helped, or even a day in advance to let my sibling get a heads up how the day of the test will be. However, the place doesn’t prioritize the people who’s giving them money. And it didn’t made it better when my sibling had to cancel. The driving school called and made the situation 1000000x worse. Horrible anger issues, horrible attitude. Super unprofessional. Lack any empathy or to help with the situation and just said over and over again to pay 70 dollars more to keep the spot. The place showed its true colors. Regret recommending my sibling coming here because last year it went well for me. This place relies heavily on recommendations, so I really do suggest not coming here and finding another place for your son/daughter.
