Negative experience: I am a new adult driver from another country, who paid to take a weeks class. 2 days before my class I was contacted by Lauren who told me that the classroom was not necessary to obtain my learners permit, and persuaded me to take one on one classes instead. I had to contact her multiple times to obtain confirmation of any of this in writing. 2 months later I have had a single hour session, during which Lauren informed me that the learners permit test can be taken at home and I can use the drivers manual and as such I didn’t really need lessons. I really feel let down by this company, I am new to the country and told them that I felt more comfortable in a classroom environment and I feel I have been left out to dry after paying $300 for essentially nothing. I’m sure the classroom sessions are fine but I would not recommend this business for any adults looking to obtain lessons for the first time.

Grand Prix Driving School

As an adult driver, because of your age the online classroom session would not be the best use of your funds. The classroom is meant to teach teenagers more about safe driving decisions and is not necessarily the same information needed to pass the permit exam. We did not prevent you from attending that course. You could sign up for a future class if you still think that is the best fit. We had one tutor session. And two others scheduled in the same week that you did not attend you said you forgot and took a shift at work. You can contact the office to get a refund for your unused funds if you prefer. We dont offer online scheduling for permit tutoring. The best way to get in touch with us for tutoring or adult driving hours would be to call the office. I hope that we are able to help you acheive your goal of a learner's permit as quickly as possible and get this resolved for you.

Fantastic experience: I'm an adult driver with a license from another country looking to get my US license. Justin has been a great teacher - prompt, clear, concise, practical. Lessons can only be booked a week in advance, but are fairly easy to arrange.
