Fantastic experience: The best driving school was a fantastic experience. Ms Noor was amazing during driving practice she made me feel at ease, was kind, and taught me a lot. In the classroom, Ms Fatima was excellent, making sure we understood everything thoroughly before the test.
Fantastic experience: I highly recommend coming here for driving practice! I booked a two hour practice session a few days before my road test, and passed! I think its safe to say, I wouldn't know how to park otherwise. My instructor was very sweet and her tips were more than informative!

Negative experience: The Worst driver instructor Noor of all time she has no respect and her manners are awful. She says one hour is 50 but she doesnt finish the hour like 40 minutes in and kicks you out of the car so she can drive. She is scamming people out of money. Worst driver instructor experience. I have been with many instructors and they all had wonderful manners but Noor has the worst manners and is disrespectful, if I could I would give her negative stars she does not deserve one star, She is also always yelling and pessimistic she makes you anxious with everything, she speaks in an angry tone and acts like you were supposed to know how to drive already. Awful awful awful!

Negative experience: Texted nour, had me thinking I'm talking to her meanwhile I'm texting her teenage son. She sends 19 year old son come pick me up to test me, and he came a whole hour later. Overcharged me triple what they're charging everyone else. Told me they had pick up options available for $30 extra, and I had no problem paying that. They scheduled me for 2:30 and had me waiting a whole hour outside, while they were "on there way" and then proceeded to give away my appointment to another person and told me id be delayed 25 more minutes if I had went. I told them I was going during my lunch break, so they knew I had no time to wait even more. Now proceeding to lie about me "cancelling" an appointment at 12 (which never happened) in the responses. I never had an appointment at 12 in the first place, I don't even know the front desk number. Sorry, but I obviously wasn't going to go to a driving test appointment with a random man in my driveway, $180 charge for testing and unprofessionalism.

You called at 12 pm to inform the front desk that you wouldn't be able to make it, then called again asking if someone could pick you up. They agreed to accommodate your request. After confirming your readiness via text and receiving your address, they arrived at your house. Despite seeing you outside, you went back inside upon spotting the driver. You then mentioned needing to put on a scarf and would come out shortly. After waiting for an additional 10 minutes with no sign of you, they attempted to contact you multiple times with delayed responses. When you finally replied, you inquired about making it to work. They informed you of the 30-minute wait outside and asked if you were still planning to come out. You than told them to leave. And they left. Throughout this ordeal, they observed a female with a phone, sitting on the couch, clearly aware of their presence but choosing not to engage.

Negative experience: Its all about money , she failed you ,so you can go back again and pay twice .Unprofessional she cant pronounce name, she don't reply back to you , if your appointment is confirm .I don't know how The State of Michigan pass her to be a driver instructor? I hope the IRS is monitor her CASH flow business. I will not go back to her again just because I failed . Most of her reviews are her family's and friends. WATCH OUT FOR HER , MONEY HUNGRY !!!

Negative experience: Bad customer service, they kept delaying my appointments and time. When it comes the day of my appointment they told me to not come for that appointment they put me for. This kept doing this for three weeks I ended up not booking there and went and booked elsewhere .
Sorry for the inconvenience. But when you come in to schedule an appointment for the road test, we send your information to the testing company and they then schedule you for a road test and send you your scheduled time and date. The moment we send your information to them, we are not further involved in what happens. It’s then between you and the testing company. Update: I just received a message from the testing company, they informed me that you scheduled an appointment and didn’t show up twice. And you called in today asking to take a road test, but your appointment is Tomorrow. You informed them that you can’t come in tomorrow. They said they can’t do last-minute appointments because the day is already booked.

Negative experience: I asked for parking and highway driving training and was told that they take $40/hour. When i got there they asked for $80 and training took less than 50 minutes. The trainer refuses to give his name or credential. Bad attitude and communication especially for a trainer. Take the practical test there but never the training. It is a loss of money. If you ask they give you receipt but not with the school name. They only take cash.
Parking training is $40 and highway road training is $40, these are information told to you before scheduling. Training goes around 1 hour, you were late for training and you had your road test exactly right after, we couldn’t delay it or you will need to reschedule with the testing company for another date and time. Also the trainer has other customers scheduled for that date.

Negative experience: Left during the permit test and let her teenage son who couldn’t care less if you cheated watch us. Everyone cheated and i mean Everyone, she gave us the answers through the study guide. To get a driving test it took weeks, she’d just ignore me. During the road test her daughter recommended the small car and told us it wouldn’t be much of a cost, it was 60 dollars (the price of what’s driving test should be but her tests are 150….) the instructor lied to my face, said i should try to start over the parallel parking to get a better position and when i went to turn my car out to get a better position she failed me and said i wasn’t allowed to do that. Recommended me a 300 dollar class after, she just cares about money she should care less about people genuinely learning how to drive

Negative experience: I’ve tried to schedule a road test multiple times and have never received anything back i told they would message me back to see if there was available spots for a thursday or saturday and never got a response back, i asked if they can send me somewhere else and still no response , i then try to message them again and they don’t respond, horrible school, don’t bother wasting your time here!!
Sorry for your experience. But we send out a text to every text message that we receive about the available times we can answer right away and when we can not, because we are either testing or teaching a class. Our school also directly schedules appointments with the testing examiners. So we can’t know the available times until they let us know. Have a nice day.

Road tests are by appointment only. Our appointments go as far as a week ahead. Once you get in touch with us we ask you to send us your permit. Once you do that our message clearly states we will get in touch with you when we are available. It usually takes a week. This is a business, not a teenager conversation, to have ghosting. Negative experience: I didn’t know it’s possible to be this unprofessional. For starters, the woman I was texting to make an appointment with took ages to respond. She’d respond at 6 am or 11 pm or not even reply without a follow up text, which is absurd. In addition, we decided on $160 in advance for the exam with practice beforehand and decided I’d use their car. When we got to the designated testing area, an old man said this bundle was roughly $200. When the lady called us during this, she said it’s $160. Then the man said he doesn’t have a car for us to test with and she said she’s on her way with a car. Like ??? Why do the employees provide conflicting information?? When we tried to cancel the appointment because nothing we agreed upon was there, the lady started yelling at us like “do you know how hard it was for me to make you a spot on Saturday??” Why are you taking out your anger ON US? We said we would go to another driving school but you INSISTED we stayed. This is all a result of YOUR incompetence and YOUR inability to stick to the agreement. If you do respond, don’t try shifting the blame. Edit: Thank you for your response. First of all, we never texted you at 6 AM. The earliest we texted you was 8:33 AM and the earliest you texted us was 6:24 AM. Also, we did notify you beforehand about how I wanted a female instructor, but you failed to respond, as I've stated before. It's understandable how we were annoyed at the lack of preparation. And you were the one yelling at us, not the other way around. Don't skew the narrative in your favor. Have a nice day, and I hope you work on your faults.
You texted me at 6 am and I responded at 6 am exactly. Your text message asked about options for training and road test costs. The office explained our package training options. There are two packages for road test training: First option: parking training+road test cost $160 Second option: parking training+highway + testing road training+road test: Full package is $200. You responded to do the first option ($160) The appointment is at 2:15, you arrived at 1 pm at the location. Your training session starts at 1:15 pm. When you arrived you asked to do a Full package. They responded with the $200 price, you got upset and yelled at our instructor “ your office changed the price”, and you continued demanding to see the car that will be used for the appointment. The instructor responded “ I’m sorry, but you arrived a little early for your appointment, the car is being used for a test for our previous customer” (1:05 pm) you then responded by yelling “ this is unprofessional, why isn’t the car here”. Our previous customer just drove into the parking lot at the same time as your response. The instructor then pointed “ the car is here, they are done with their appointment, we can start early for your session if you would like” You responded, “ who will be my trainer and examiner for the road test?!” The instructor pointed at the examiner (male), and himself ( the trainer, male). But then your father responded “ No, our daughter can only do training and road test with a female! “ The instructor then responded “ I’m sorry but we can not schedule a female trainer +examiner last minute” Have a nice day and good luck.

Fantastic experience: This is a great school. One of the best. I went to alot of other schools before this one and they were all either to unprofessional or they didnt care about the individual students. But Mrs. Noor and Ms. Fatima both were very profesional and they actually got to know each individual student. I loved my experience here and cant wait for segment 2.

Negative experience: Horrible experience! The old man acts like a child and doesn’t want to hear a word. He will try to cheat you into paying more than necessary. He withholds critical information so you think you need to pay more. Has no respect for others but expects respect just cuz he’s old. All these bad reviews are true. And the good reviews are from friends and family trying to keep the stars up. It’s ridiculous and a scam. Even during Ramadan. حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل
Negative experience: Had a really bad experience. The instructor kept scolding me, and telling me I'm being disrespectful by not listening to what he was saying. I geniunely could not understand his accent. It was too thick. Secondly idk what lady set up the class for me, but she was awfully rude and arrogant. This was several months ago and I wasn't going to bother leaving a review but the rude, defensive replies by the owners on Google maps are irritating me. Your institute has several problems, fix them instead of behaving like a petty 5 year old.
Positive experience: is the instructor that comes in the car with u a female

Negative experience: Worst Experience with Allan Driving School.
We’re really sorry you feel that way. But we have been getting calls from people, letting us know that other driving schools have been giving out our name and cards to their customers. we’d appreciate it if you deleted this review and re-posted it on their business instead.
Negative experience: Made an appointment for a road test, I called that I was here for my appointment she said that if she called to confirm my appointment, she never did and she didn’t mention about calling back to confirm the day I called to make an appointment. She said she would call back she never did. Don’t waste your time.
I’m sorry for the miscommunication, but you called to make a appointment. But the road test system sends out the schedule at midnight. They said they will check the schedule if it has a availably for you to take the road test during that time at that date. The road test examiner needs to call you back to confirm that the appointment as been made. But the date and time you choose was not available, they tried to reschedule with you, but they weren’t able to get ahold of you.

Negative experience: BE AWARE If giving her a zero star possible I would do. I called and she said come to register. When I arrived there I was making sure that she will give my son 6 hours behind the wheels and she started to say maybe four hours is going to be enough. When one pay for segment one your right is to get 6 hours behind the wheel. After insisting that I want him to get the 6 full hours she changed her words and told me I will put him on waiting list The funniest thing is that she said she will let me drive with my son as if it is a privilege she is giving me I know that i can drive with him !!!!!!!!
Our segment 1 class starts in October, every segment one class will of course get filled up before the class begins. For us for example we full up for a class two weeks before it begins. You came in today with your son and asked to sign him up for segment one. We said yes, we will never deny someone for signing up. But we also said he will have to be put on a waiting list because we are full for our segment 1 class for October at the moment. And we will contact you if someone cancels. You than demanded that your son gets put in the class, but I’m sorry we won’t remove another student who signed up two weeks in advance, for your son to be added to the class. Also you never asked anything about our hours for on the driving training or schedule for classes. You just got upset and left, so I don’t understand why you wrote the false comments about the training sessions.
Negative experience: Sooo bad, تأخرت عن الموعد تلت ساعات!! وكلامها سيء "لا توقف بحلقي" وقالت نروح نفطر لحتى هي تفضى تعملي الاختبار
اختي العزيزة لقد قمتي بغلط فضيع أثناء الامتحان حيث لم تنتبهي نهائيا على السيارات القادمة امامك وكنتي ع وشك عمل حادث تصادم بالسيارة مرتين خلال اقل من عشرة دقايق من تاريخ بدء الامتحان. وهذا خطر جدا على حياتك وحياة الاخرين. شهادة السياقة ليست مجرد للتباهي انها مسؤلية وتهدد حياتك وحياة الاخرين. الرجاء منك ومن الاخوات العزيزات ان تأخذ وقتكم بالتعليم واتمنى السلامة لك وللجميع اختكم (نور).
