Negative experience: Don't Waste your time and money. They collect money in One place and then tell you to go to other places for a driving test. Such a waste of time and money.

Negative experience: The will waste your time, they will collect money at one place then then will send to another place will 10-20 minutes away for road test, the instructor will appear like 30-1 hours late. If you see the cheap price of $75, but the hurdle and time they will waste for you will be more than $10.

Negative experience: If you want to waist your time and money come here. I came here 3 times to take test with bus because i don’t have car yet. The old lady two times messed up our appointment and when we were here she mentioned I don’t see your appointment in my system. I regret why I chose here. They are Irresponsible and not care to my time.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with Cyfair Driving School, particularly with the manager, Zakia Ahmed. When I initially inquired about a refund, I was told there would be a $5 administration fee. However, when I asked for my refund, the fee was suddenly increased to $50 without any clear explanation. I had chosen not to take my road test here because the staff was rude and unprofessional, and they did not allow me to take the test as planned. They reassured me that my money would be held and I could come back at any time, or request a refund by simply signing a refund contract. But when I tried to get my refund, they changed the terms. This experience left me feeling frustrated and misled. I wouldn’t recommend this driving school to anyone based on their poor customer service and lack of transparency.

Fantastic experience: I wanted my daughter to get a driving class and to take DPS road test and Angel was beyond amazing he helped me every step of the way and he went above and beyond to make sure all my paperwork was done correctly & she felt comfortable with the instructor aswell. But Angel was definitely the star I definitely recommend this place.

Negative experience: In the cy fair driving school the instructors there don’t teach. Ms. Patrick is constantly screaming in your ear and consistently cuts you off when you talk/ask questions. Mr. Wayne, he on the other hand is better but he doesn’t follow the plan that they have. For example we were supposed to go on the freeway for our fifth lesson but he didn’t let us. The people at the front are very rude except for Miguel which was very patient. In conclusion the people there are not serious and are just in it for the money

Negative experience: I was injured the same day of my drive time. I was on time for class AND my driving session. I was told by the instructor since my wrist was VISIBLY swollen it would be best not to drive. 2 days later my wrist is fine. I show up for my next session and this time the instructor and the driver Johnny refused to take me driving until I paid the $45 cancellation fee. The receptionist ensured I would not be charged. They cancelled my drive time a week earlier but didn’t issue me a refund or credit! They didn’t even help me replace the appointment. Customer service horrible!

Negative experience: Instructors aren't punctual and will always come late and won't cover up the time. Plus wastes time on teaching same stuff again and again. Waste of money

Fantastic experience: Instructor Johnny helped me understand the ins and outs of parallel parking. He also helped me with switching lanes and corrected my mistakes. Couldn't have done it without him.

Negative experience: The Indian lady is so rude.. doesn't want to help at all..every time I call she answers rude with attitude...not professional at all...

Negative experience: Do not go here. You can’t understand their English. They don’t make sense when they instruct you. What does, “go left straight” mean? They also waste your driving time running their errands by stopping at gas stations, stores, and car washes. Their cars are dirty, and they have no AC. And it’s hard to get a driving time appointment. I don’t know how they’re still in business. They’re not professional whatsoever! Go elsewhere!!

Negative experience: My son had a driving session on Saturday with the instructor, Mohammad. My son missed his turn and told him he was a bad driver. My son said he couldn’t understand him because of his thick accent and lack of word usage. Instructor told him to go, “straight left.” What does that mean? He could have told him, “go straight and then turn left.” If no stars were an option, I’d choose no stars. Then Mohammad took my son to a car wash to vacuum his car and used up his driving time there. Who does that?! Instructor had him throw his trash out from his car. I didn’t pay for the instructors to put my kids to clean after them. They’re suppose to use all their given time to drive. He then had my other son stop at a gas station to get a drink. Also, their cars are always dirty and the A/C does not work. Don’t make your kids suffer with them! I will never use them again! I don’t recommend this place to ANYONE! I don’t even know why they have 4.8 stars. I’m sure they make fake accounts to give themselves 5 stars.

Negative experience: I enrolled my son here for the classes, this place is so unorganized, they only care about charging you. I was inspecting something different from this place, they told me they would send me the link with how my son would access the classes on line after three weeks I never got anything from them. I called basically every day asking them for the link and every time is like they didn’t know or couldn’t find my son’s paper work. I got tired of them not sending me the link and acting so unprofessional, I asked for my money back but they didn’t do a full reimbursement I so disgusted by them. They act like it was my fault that they didn’t do their job, and then have the audacity of arguing with me when I ask for my money. TERRIBLE PLACE AND TERRIBLE EXPERIENCED I HAD TO GO THOUGH!!!!!! -0 stars for this place, please don’t come here, check other options. THIEVES IS WHAT THEY ARE!!!

Fantastic experience: My daughter did drivers ed with Cy Fair Driving School at the Bellaire and Hwy 6 location. We had a great experience! Drivers Ed through Cy Fair is so much easier than doing it on your own as a parent. Plus the price included everything — class hours, permit, and road test (3 tries). They have COVID protocols for everyone’s safety.

My sister sign up for class by phone then find out she doesn’t have enough money to pay for it then call back to cancel they were to only refund half of what she paid for in less than just 5mins what a rip-off. But at the end I have to call for her to get the full refund back. So please becareful ppl

They help prepare you for the tests so that you really understand the material and the best processes for driving (especially parallel parking which I had trouble learning with my dad before). Overall, I truly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a driving school or wants to take the driving test!

Negative experience: Don't go to this place! They are such an inconvenience. I paid for a road test ($75) and they said I wouldn't be able to do the road test here and was going to be sent to another one of their locations on West Little York Rd. When I asked why, their excuse was the Coronavirus . Then when I got there, I found out that I was never put on the schedule to begin with. Very infuriating!

Very professional, very affordable, explains the process for you, and sets you up to pass the road test the first time. The young lady that works here gave me great advice of what I would need heading to the DPS for my license.
