Negative experience: I can't attest to the driving school itself but I can say that if they teach to park across the sidewalk, that's a big red flag. It's been ongoing with their drivers training cars for years, showing signs of pure laziness and inconsideration for those that utilize the sidewalk; people walking pets, kids walking home from school, and anyone disabled.

Negative experience: Pathetic customer service. Checked with one of the associates Andrew about the packages and checked if there was any room for negotiation in package prices. Response came back as no more interested and no more slots available.

Fantastic experience: I was new to the city without any friends or driver’s license. I took the package from the school twice with very reasonable price to practice enough and it was the right choice. The best part is, my driving instructor, Sir. Andrew who is the most patient teacher in the world. At first, I even didn’t know how to make turns or read traffic lights but he helped me become who I am today. I didn’t get my license with my first trial, but he also gave me a personalized advice to win. Overall, I’m 100% satisfied with the school and recommend the lessons and Sir. Andrew to anybody who’s thinking to get a license in Michigan.

Fantastic experience: I took the adult driving 5 day package. I had previous driving experience, however, from a different country that uses the European driving system. Mr. Andrew was my instructor and he was very patient and kind. He is also very knowledgable and professional! Mr. Andrew respectfully corrected my mistakes and complimented me when I did well, which helped me build my confidence on the road. My first road test was not successful. Mr. Andrew shared my disappointment and encouraged me not to give up. He helped me work on the areas that had caused the first failed road test and I passed the second time. I am truly grateful for Mr. Andrew and Sonaar driving school. I would recommend to anyone 10/10.

Fantastic experience: This driving school is the best, I would say. I passed my road test on my 1st attempt and I am extremely thankful to Andrew sir for the same. It is only because of him that I cleared it on the very 1st attempt. I had taken the 5 days class with Andrew sir. His classes are really good, it is kind of a magic, how well I started driving even on day 1 along with him. He corrected my mistakes very politely and encouraged and commented on my neat manuevers, which gave me so much confidence. Then mentioning about the parking class, it happens only for a day, but I can guarantee that you can do the parking on the test day perfectly. Sir gives enough practise and tips & tricks for the perfect parking. It was the best. In total I extremely recommend Sonaar Driving School even to a complete beginner. It is totally worth it. Fantastic experience: It was a good experience with Vinod Sir. He is very nice and cooperative. He always emphasize how to be safe and make other safe while driving. He teaches step by step of driving in subdivisions, minor-major road and freeways. He also teaches the technique for the left turns. Parking techniques are also taught flawlessly. I strongly recommend for people driving for the first time. He also helped arranging my road test.

Fantastic experience: My adult son took several classes at another driving school last year that were not very good or detailed. My son failed his road test as he had little knowledge of parking. The following week I enrolled my son in three 2 hour classes with Andrew. Andrew is awesome and so GOOD at his job. I observed him teaching my son lessons and he was spot on, professional and a very good communicator. My son easily passed the road test the following week.

Fantastic experience: After coming from India, I thought I'd never pass my driver's skills test at the first chance; the traffic laws here seemed very confusing to me. But, after my first lesson, I realized that's not the case. The instructor helped me simplify the rules, the right, and the wrongs, from top to bottom. The instructor won't overwhelm you with all the information; they will help you go at your pace. Clearly, the instructor (Mr. Andrew) is very experienced and has been doing this for the past 15 years. I'm so happy that I got it at the very first chance, and I passed it with ease thanks to Sonaar driving school. I recommend this all day long for all age groups.

Negative experience: Worst experience you can possibly imagine. Mr. Andrews is totally incapable of handling beginners. He is impatient and very agressive which does not help an already nervous student who might be holding the wheel for the first time. And then Mr. Andrews cancel further classes stating that he don't want bad review which he clearly deserves.

Negative experience: Horrible!!!! We have been scheduled to put our son through drivers ed for a few months. They cancelled in Sept due to not enough people enrolled and we rescheduled for Oct. I called today (oct 1) and they informed us Oct was cancelled now due to no enrollees. I am amazed this company exists. They are the worst for communications and I bet they will be closed for business soon due to this horrible service. Here we are with a new school year, and no new enrollees??? Hmmmm. Do not use this company. I would not trust them to teach my child a single thing. Now I am informed that they have been teaching drivers ed all a long, but will not service Americans....Only Indian nationality. For real??? Can someone say lawsuit?

He is patient until you learn the tips he teaches you perfectly. He adjusts the classes slots according to our convenience. The parking classes and his tips were so easy and on the mark to practice. Negative experience: No Time sense at all paying 45$ per hour we except him to be on time. he cant continue his sessions if someone says he is not on time. He may be good trianer ....but Good teacher wont leave students in the middle of the river Great lesson learned :) Just want to see what reply he gonna sonnar team give for this ..... Adding Reply after seeing Sonar Team Response :) My Class was Rescheduled for 3.45 to 5.45 so i called him @ 3.43 (either my time or universal time) tutor Told me that he was in the same street and reaching my destination in couple of mins. @3.48 pm called him again just informing that we are crossing our timings in a polite way but he got angry and becoz i told him time. I have a kid of 10 months informed him in prior also.so i will be worried about timings so only called him second time. And becoz i told him about time he cancelled my class and after an hour he sent a message my whole sessions are cancelled and he cant continue with me. still wondering paying 90$ per session did i made a mistake calling second time saying we are getting late ?

Negative experience: Is a very poorly operated school. Called to find how many teachers in the facility, a man said something which I could not understand from static in the phone so said sorry couldn’t hear, he said “a lot and I can hear you very well so could you” and said “what do you mean by how many instructors”. So I asked him I wanted to know the student teacher ratio he said andryly, “we don’t do ratios we have a lot of students and teachers and thank you very much”and slammed the phone on me. I believe this facility is run by maybe one person and a very irritable and bad tempered one. If he has such an issue with a parent asking about his facility how does he cope with teenagers. We are giving our kids in the hands of a person who has such a irritable behavior, BE CAREFUL!

Fantastic experience: Andrew is very good instructor with perfect parking tips. He is very good in nature and will make sure you do correct driving on the road. My wife Never had any license, and she got her license with 5 class course with Andrew. Parking tips helped her to pass the exam on first attempt. Even examiner told her that Andrew is very good teacher. We will recommend him to everyone.
