Fantastic experience: I haven’t drove for months since my last, second failed drivers test and felt super rusty behind the wheel. When I finally did my drive time with Mr. Williams I gained more confidence being on the road, and a few days later I rented a vehicle from Williams to take my drivers test. I passed my third attempt just days after our drive and I am very appreciative of his guidance! His instructions were direct and clear without being heavy handed. I highly recommend Williams for all learning services concerning driving!

Fantastic experience: This is my honest review and nobody had told me to even put a five star rating. I took upon myself to make this review because The instructor himself is an amazing instructor and made sure I was up top of my game. I set a goal with him and let him know that I’m moving to Georgia very soon and I want to achieve on getting myself a driving license by the end of this year. One pointer I would like to make to those who are new, although he is a very busy person and doesn’t get back with you on time, he would always follow back up with you and see when is a good time for you to drive. And people need to understand he is a busy person just like everybody else in this economy. I took my learner permit and pass on August 2024 (Glen Burnie) , I started practice with him in October 2024. Today December 23, 2024 (Essex) I officially pass the road test and i received my driver license aka provisional. I’m super proud of myself and I want to thank him so much for believing in me and helping me achieve my goals. Sorry for the blurry picture .

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend William Driving School, also known as William Education Service LLC. My son, Ryan, has had a long and challenging journey toward earning his driver’s license, and it would not have been possible without the incredible support and guidance of Mr. Dwayne William. Ryan’s journey began in 2020 during the height of COVID-19 when he first attempted to get his learner’s permit. Unfortunately, as everything began shutting down, the process came to a halt. By the time the MVA reopened a year later, Ryan’s permit had expired, forcing him to start over from the beginning—studying the manual and retaking the test. Although he was devastated, Ryan persevered and passed the permit test again. Even so, in 2021, Ryan still wasn’t ready to take his driving test. Fast forward to 2023, and I was determined that this would be the year he earned his license. I decided to help Ryan practice driving myself, but as soon as we started, I realized I wasn’t the right person to teach him. I was nervous, and that only made Ryan more anxious. Despite successfully teaching my older son and even my sister to drive, I simply couldn’t do it this time. Ryan was frustrated, and I was at a loss. That’s when I was introduced to Mr. Dwayne William. From the very first phone call, Mr. William was professional, kind, and incredibly understanding. I loved how he took the time to meet with Ryan, listen to his concerns, and take him under his wing. He helped Ryan build the confidence he needed to succeed. Mr. William’s patience, encouragement, and expert guidance made all the difference. On December 14, Ryan finally earned his driver’s license, and he drove for the first time that very same day! I can’t express how thankful I am to Mr. William for everything he did to help Ryan achieve this milestone. If your child is struggling with driving or lacks confidence, I wholeheartedly recommend William Driving School. Mr. William has a gift for helping students overcome their fears and find the self-assurance they need to become successful, safe drivers. Fantastic experience: I want to share our experience with Williams Educational Services at Williamsedu.com driving school. My sixteen year old was taught my me mother in beginning. Taking him out when he turned 15 yrs. old. Showing him the basics, how to drive controlling his slow speed. Turning corners parallel parking so on so forth. Notice my son was a great listener was learning pretty fast. The purpose of teaching him the basics was to prepare him for driving school; and instructor. Didn't have the money right away for professional drivers school. So we saved the money so he could attend soon. When he turned 16 started looking for affordable driving school. We found Williams Educational Services. Let me tell you the William Edu Service reviews where thru the roof. I am the type of person where I need to see how good the driving school. So I made the call my son was set up for next starting class last spring. All the instructions were sent via email in time Mr.William is very professional was present everyday. My son loved coming to driver class, the class was well organized. If we had questions we were prompted to email Business email. We were responded to in timely fashion with questions or concerns. When my son completed the 30 hours classroom learning. He was given a schedule to go out 6 hours driving practice. My goodness so appreciate W.E.S, they're the best. This business is well organized and communicate with you every step of the way. So if you're looking for educational services in our case Driver's Ed, look no further. We are the kind of folk that do our homework looking for business needs; today's world you better. This is a very professional and great service. I am putting my family on, co-workers and friend. Fantastic experience: I was in a bind. The driving school my son initially attended shut down with no notice or advice on how to proceed. We didn’t find out until we were at the MVA for his final driving test that no information from the original school had been forwarded to them. After that sunk in I was told I had to wait and “hope” that they sent his info to the MVA or enroll him with another driving school. Instead of “hoping” the original school would do the right thing, I started contacting other local driving schools for advice. I left a voicemail for Mr. Williams who returned my call immediately. I explained my situation and he told me to give him a day to think on it and he would provide me with some options. He kept his word and reached out the following day. He proposed a plan that enabled my son to complete his driving hours and go take his test at the MVA within a week. I highly recommend Williams Educational Services. He takes his job very seriously and you will be treated with courtesy and respect.

Negative experience: I passed all my test and he picked me up for my first behind the wheel hrs . He took me on the highway and after we was done I picked up the next person and was dropped off home. I was told he would call so we could set up my next drive time only to never here back again. I’ve called left messages and emails but no response. Waste of my money.

Calling and texting repeatedly and not getting a response is a huge inconvenience to the schedules that these kids are on! Very disappointed and irritated at this point. I can’t refer this company because of it. ‍♀️
