Nova Driving School is one of the most reputable driving schools in the Chicagoland area. We offer a variety of classes to serve our community. Since 2003 we have expanded to 6 locations within Chicago’s Logan Square neighborhood, Hyde Park, Little Village, Norridge, Belmont Cragin, and Evanston. Nova Driving School offers programs for teens and adults including preparation for permit preparation and road test. Continuing education programs such as Class C-Non CDL, Defensive Driving Courses, and much more!

Fantastic experience: Javier was my instructor for the road test today. He was extremely kind, reassured me, and was patient. Javier has a way with words, he speaks with a kind and positive demeanor and makes you feel like you can do it. He is a motivational speaker and I successfully passed today because I was focused, as he gave me the confidence and attention I needed . Thank you for being amazing Javier. Carlos was my instructor throughout my classes. After a previous bad experience, I was anxious to drive again. However, Carlos is very understanding, patient, genuine, and understanding. He is very personable and accommodating. He communicates very well, and goes above and beyond. I felt safe, seen, and confident when driving with him and I am so grateful for his teaching approach. Sebastian is an amazing representative and always helps me to the best of his abilities Brenda is the best supervisor. She is very understanding, loving, and too kind. Negative experience: I'm sure the driver portion of this location is great based off reviews.. My one star is for a staff member (female) I see open just about every morning... Who arrives on a scooter and parks it in the literally middle of the busy corner... Doesn't know how to park but works there?

Fantastic experience: I got the 2 hour practice + road test package and I had Javier Moreno as my instructor and he did such an amazing job at helping me get ready for my test! I was super nervous at the start but he was very kind and patient with me, and by the end of our practice together, I felt much more confident. I was able to pass my driver's test with no mistakes too! If you need to learn how to drive or need help with passing the test, I would definitely recommend going here!

Fantastic experience: I spent 35 years of my life without learning to drive. After making the decision to actually move forward and make it happen, I chose Nova to go on this journey with. In just a little over a month, not only did I learn to drive, but I secured my drivers license on my first try!! Big thanks to the nova instructors for their expertise and patience. Fantastic experience: We chose Nova because of their reputation for service. I had several problems providing information over the phone to the agent, but the agent was very understanding and patient. I wanted to complete all payment over the phone so I wouldn't lose the first available training date and time. I actually tried another driving school earlier today and was not satisfied with it. So we switched to Nova.

Fantastic experience: Today I had my road test and road test preparation with Javier Moreno and he was incredible. He did a great job of explaining exactly what would be on the test, practicing the test with me, and giving me tips so that I could pass on the first try.

Fantastic experience: Overall I had a pleasant experience. I took the 12 hour adult beginner course and had Javier as my instructor. He was very patient and kind and helped me pass my road test! If you are a new driver then this course will only prepare you to pass the test. You will have to purchase more classes in order for them to teach you beyond what is on the test (I.e parking and switching lanes on the main road).
