Fantastic experience: Good morning I’m Tom Dolbec and I would like to join AAA now and unfortunately I have a flat tire last night and I’m on a wait list for them to call back I had triple A, a long time ago and they wouldn’t come to help me but this in RI my roommate told me you guys are great so I decided to give this another try so I hope you guys won’t fail me like Rhode Island did

Negative experience: I've been a member for 32 years & stopped at this location to get some general information on cruises. They no longer offer any brochures, was told everything is online only. When I inquired about speaking to a travel agent was informed it's strictly by appt only & they only have 1 on. I could understand if it was busy however both the branch & parking lot were empty. Won't be returning to this location ever again!!

Fantastic experience: Wes, in the South Attleboro branch, was just the kindest, warmest, and most efficient person ever! I’ve been dealing with the RMV for over 50 years and would recommend that everyone joins AAA just to use these RMV services. I’ve been a AAA member for years to use their travel services and have always had good experiences, but today was just a joy. Thanks, Wes!

Negative experience: Don't bother with the insurance agents at AAA. They are disrespectful of peoples time. I created an online appointment so that I could be assisted during my lunch at the So Attleboro office. I arrived there and all I heard was the agent taking phone calls. I patiently wait for her to finish up one, two and then she took another. I asked the receptionist when do I expect to get help which was 20 minutes after I arrived and her response "I don't know". If this is how you treat a customer FOR NEW business, nevermind if there is a claim. Not worth any savings to deal with the disjointed office in South Attleboro.

Fantastic experience: Super helpful travel agent Nicole W. (Nicki). She found great seats on multi-city flights for upcoming trip. She did in 30 minutes what I couldn't in 4 hours. Very happy to receive such great service.

Fantastic experience: I recently finished my driving lessons and passed my road test with the help of AAA and especially Vladimir Tsozik. Vladimir, my instructor, was the best instructor out of the 3 instructors I've had. He helped me remain calm and relaxed as I was driving and learning the maneuvers. He was very friendly and I was not stressed at all during my lessons and even my road test. Vladimir is also a very skilled driver and showed me easy ways to parallel park and three-point turn. I highly recommend Vladimir as a driving instructor.

Negative experience: Waited 2 hrs for road side assistant, called twice and talked to 2 reps, never got a text to track my drive like they said. And never got a call from dispatch. I’m a pretty patient person but 2 hrs and no update or info, that’s a little much.

Positive experience: My fiancé and I go to this location for our insurance needs. Nicole is AWESOME. Super friendly, knowledgeable and straightforward. The other insurance rep, (I forget her name) was a NIGHTMARE. Incredibly rude and just a terrible representation of this company. Go to Nicole, you won’t be disappointed

Negative experience: The woman Shelby or Shelly that does the IDs at the Attleboro branch made a mistake on my ID. I applied for. Real ID online, I questioned her when she only charged me $25 when it was supposed to be $50. I received my ID and she put the dates in incorrectly. She made my ID expiration 6 days after my issue date. I called and when I got there other tried to help me while she sat there knowing it was her mistake. She ended up having to help me, unfortunately. I then paid again. No apology. I did not apply for a duplicate ID, I had a regular ID and applied for a Real ID. I will not go back for ID services if she is doing them. Thanks to the rest of the staff for helping! I’ve made mistakes on the job but I own them.

Negative experience: Terrible service. Had a 3:00 appointment. 6 people in line at the front desk with 1 teller. So I proceeded to wait in the waiting area since i had an appointment. Waited 30 minutes in the waiting area before being told that you have to check in with the front desk first. Had i waited in line i would have been late. No recepttionst. In that time I watched 4 people use the eye exam machine without anyone cleaning it between exams. They must be training people for the real RMV. Saddest part is im a AAA member.

Positive experience: The RMV services are really good, but I will not book travel through here again. We thought we would save money, but we saved just a few dollars than if I had booked the trip myself online. Also, one out of two hotels was booked at the incorrect location and unfortunately, there was no accountability when we called. We never received a call back as promised (big surprise) and not one person offered to help fix the issue. Luckily, the rest of the trip was ok, but after this experience I will never trust my travel plans to them again. Disappointed :o( Note- We have since been reimbursed $60 for meals that should’ve been complimentary but weren’t due to the booking error.

Positive experience: Insurance agent was excellent. But according to person on information line there is no link between registry services and other departments. Phone info person said I would have to make a separate appointment in two weeks or pay for a courier to carry the papers across the office.

Fantastic experience: All year I’ve been trying to get my ID renewed and the RMV used many excuses to decline me but when I renewed it at AAA not only did I get it done in record timing but the people who work at AAA we’re friendly helpful and we’re great to talk to why I subject many to use AAA if they want better survive survive they’ll never have with the RMV

Fantastic experience: I love AAA South Attleboro their so convenient you can do so many things there from getting insurance to doing all RMV business there now that's awesome all on its own. Also discount on movie and other tickets plus vacation planning and what their most famous for towing or even just a jump or getting your keys when you lock them in your own car by accident I know I'm guilty of that 1, just so many things. AAA is great no getting around it.

Negative experience: AAA South Attleboro delayed me getting my ID by making up that I have a ticket on my record and could not process my license. I do not have a ticket on my record...thanks guys

Positive experience: Very friendly staff. But just like the rmv bring multiple identifiers for each category the real id license requires. I had 3 failures, one I knew probably would, one that was dated 3 days too late and the last being one more then needed. Would recommend them of rmv as you can schedule ahead and they'll not overshoot appointment window too much.

Fantastic experience: Just got my license renewed, must make appointment due to covid 19 safety precautions. Everyone I dealt with there was polite, competent and professional. Much nicer experience than the AAA office in Westwood, who I used before covid 19 caused them to temporarily close.

Negative experience: Horrible diana is extremely rude when questioning her about her mistake she had made previously she became very confrontational, she also made unauthorized changes to my policy , not sure if she is running fraud scams out of here, word to the wise if you ended up with her ask for someone else

Negative experience: On hold for about 30 min, menu is lenghty and not user friendly. Finally took a ride to AAA while still on hold got there still nobody picked up tel. Got my question answered had to go back home to correct the rmv form and missed doing my reg transfer because by now they are Closed - ridiculous not having a receptionist. Also pushing me to become a member just to file a reg transfer for the wife...

Negative experience: It took me forever to get in touch with a representative and when I did they hung up on me twice. Terrible customer service!
