Negative experience: So unprofessional go else where! I paid in May and it's Oct 4th and still have not finished my kids 6 hours of driving classes. I have to call monthly before they will schedule a hour and we are still waiting on the last hour of class. At this point I just want my permit (which I paid for) so I can teach them myself but they refuse to give to me. I wish I went somewhere else. FYI, I also called and asked for the manager and the man told be 'don't worry about that' and to just text the tread. Horrible!

Especially Shawn, he is one of the best instructors I have met, believe me I had many since I took the test a few times. Shawn is patient, kind, understanding and he pushes you to not only believe in yourself but to know that you can drive and is able to pass your road test. He is the best one out there if you want to pass your road test I will recommend him to any and everyone I know he is great at his job and he will take his time with you no matter how long it takes to ensure you succeed on the day of the road test. Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Brain Mulenga from Rightway Driving School when he accompanied other students for their driving tests. I mentioned to him that I had a test scheduled for Monday, just two days away, and despite never having driven in the USA before, he graciously provided me with 30 minutes of training. Thanks to his assistance, I was able to take my driving test on the same day and passed successfully. His timely intervention felt like a godsend, and his fees were very reasonable. One instructor, Elvin was incredibly helpful in my first driving course and afterwards I felt euphoria that I had finally conquered my fear of driving. Brian is a dedicated trainer and very personable and provided many insights on how I could improve my driving techniques to be more safe and effective as a driver. And Dara, she was amazing. She was a great listener and helped me battle my anxiety while I was on the road with empathy and sensitivity. Negative experience: I wish there was a zero star to rate this. To get my child’s schedule I had my husband call and demand that he was going to provide a schedule right there and then or otherwise we need our refund. Worst communication I have seen in my entire life. The owner makes lies, he would say you will receive your schedule today and a week later you have to call back again. He makes you feel bad for calling to ask for service like you have to beg him to get the schedule. Talk about showing up late for the appointments. I can go on and on but my advise to you is to take your money somewhere and have a peace of mind and get the service you deserve. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Fantastic experience: Both my uncle and dad recently used their service for the 4 hour practice and exam package. Even though they didn't get the full 4 hours of practice, they both passed. Brian was excellent and taught them well. Would recommend.

Negative experience: DO NOT TAKE CLASSES FROM BRIAN. The owner or manager. He had my son doing 3 classes, 2 hours each, after MONTHS of waiting for a reply when he told us 3 weeks. The first and last class were with Brian and were bad. He had my son driving him to run errands. Going to the bank, Verizon store, and DMV for someone else’s things. very unprofessional. And my son told me that the whole time they were on the road he was in his phone talking to other people. The instructor on the second day was very good. Definitely recommend. His name was Ryan. Here I am responding to the business’s comment to my review above: I didn’t say anything about my child not being able to drive well after 6 hours. If anything he got more out of the two hours with Ryan than he did the 4hours with Brian because he was constantly on his phone talking to other clients. I said that the owner or manager Brian was very unprofessional. During my sons 6 hours he stopped at multiple places to take care of his own things like Verizon, two different banks and the DMV. Those 6 hours should have been dedicated to teaching my son.

Negative experience: TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE take your money somewhere else I mean it! If there was a negative star I would gladly put it they don’t deserve the one star. Today was the worst of all the appointments the first appointment they showed up half an hour late plus drop off 15 minutes early. The second one showed up late again and today that my mom had the driving test they gave an hour for her to show up and they showed up two hours and half late. Keep in mind THEY are the ones who are scheduling these appointments for them to always show up late and be rude. They said they will refresh everything before her driving test that it will be two hours but guess what they only toke her for a lap and just send her off for the test. They never respond to calls or text they take forever. Don’t put in your money in this company.

Fantastic experience: If you want to get your license, you gotta come to Right Way Driving. Brian will receive you well and help you through your process. I passed my test today and I thank Brian, Shawn, Dara and Ryan, all of them essential to my success. Their methods are great, each have something different to teach you. Negative experience: Horrible. Should be a NEGATIVE single star. Did I mention a single star? Rude and fails to show up when he says he going to show up and when he tries to correct it by saying he's apologetic and is going to show up ..guess what? He's a NO SHOW NO CALL AGAIN! Save your money people..Brian is ridiculously rude...even in how he responds on here he's rude .

Negative experience: Don’t know where all the good reviews are coming from but the owner Brian is terrible. Bad communication, fail to schedule classes, don’t respond to text, yells at you and just plain up unprofessional. Acts nice at first and then switches up. Not to mention the constant time and road test place changes. Months with no scheduled class so I’m out of 2 hours and a road test. For the hours I did do I had to wait outside his office for 10+ mins to finally be picked up. Wouldn’t recommend, spend your money else where. He’s a professional manipulator. EDIT: as I stated again Brian is unprofessional as you can see he replied to the comment telling someone else’s business .. I don’t have a son that took 10 hours. I was the student driver. He feels the need to respond to every bad review to save face that he exposed another student’s business on the internet. Sad. Imagine how many people that have bad experiences and don’t review. Stay away from here.

Negative experience: If I could I would give this business no stars. Brian isn’t a nice as other reviews say. He and his drivers are unreliable, don’t show up and don’t answer their phone or text. He says he will schedule ahead of time and doesn’t. He laughs and cuts me off when I stated how upset I was about his service. My daughter stated he would do errands on PAID TIME TO TEACH MY DAUGHTER HOW TO DRIVE. No parent or child should have to go through this. Right Way Driving school is a NO NO! Stay away from this place. You will waste your money. Brian is a good actor when playing the nice guy until you have paid and signed the contract. Thank goodness my daughter practiced with other ppl and passed her test.

Negative experience: I really wish I could give this driving school more than one star. I almost gave two stars but the lack of being late the second day for my child’s lessons when I have paid these people a lot of money so my daughter could learn to drive. Not to mention they never did get back to me to schedule a date or time when they received payment from me more than a month all I kept hearing was someone will get back to you no one did. If it wasn’t for the fact of me telling them I wanted my money back no one would have reached ever got back. Oh and let’s not forget icing on the cake the text of a time change when I was literally minutes from the school.

Negative experience: Don’t go there. Save your time and money. Never reply message. The coach always focus on his phone when teach driving. Can never get answers in time.

Dara was my instructor and she was AMAZING, Brian (The Boss) is such a nice and respectful guy. My time with them was nothing but good. I was super nervous being a first-time driver but both Dara and Brian helped me to get out of my comfort zone and boosted my confidence and I was able to pass my Road Test. Brian is a very nice and friendly guy and he was absolutely the BEST giving my boyfriend great instructions so he could pass the driving test. Fantastic experience: I chose this driving school based on convenience, and it was near the town I lived in. Booking/ Paying was smooth and easy, there was a little miscommunication when it came to scheduling, but in the end it worked out well. This driving school has some amazing teachers, and if you’re anxious about driving in general this is the place to go. I had 3 lessons total, 2 hours each and I passed the road test on the first try. I recommend having Brian (I also had another instruction he was amazing, but I forget his name!!!) as an instructor. My very first lesson I was on the road, so book this school you’re guaranteed to pass.

Negative experience: This school is NOT professional at all! I had two experiences with them for two different friends who speak little English and they were so rude, yelling at 12yr old (friends daughter) who was only trying to translate for her mom! First even if you hire their services ahead of time, they wait till the week before to actually schedule your classes and god forbid you need to work, it has to be on THEIR schedule, it’s not like you’re paying or anything! One friend payed for 4 extra hours, she got 2 hours of instruction AT MOST since the first day out the car broke down with her! CARS ARE FALLING APART! So unsafe! On the day of my friends test, the instructor picked her up for her last 2hrs of instruction and TOOK HER TO A CAR WASH! She was so scared sand confused she texted me a picture, just in case something happened to her! The car not only smelled Like alcohol he really had the audacity to take her to a car wash ON HER PAID TIME! Luckily, she passed her road test, but no merit to this school! All they want is your money!

Negative experience: This driving school was highly recommended. I spoke to Brian yesterday. He gave me the info I needed and said that we can meet up to get started. I told him I would call him back. However, when I called back to speak to Brian, whoever answered the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me. I called a second time to give them the benefit of the doubt that it was an accidental hangup and asked for Brian again. Whoever answered said he will call me back, and again hung up. I then received a call back from Brian. I explained to Brian what happened and how rude the person was who hung up on me twice. No apology, I was just told to go to the office to make an appointment. If you have no manners over the phone, and cannot treat someone with respect, there is no way I am taking my business to you, and I will not recommend this company to others. Such a shame that people cannot be kind, or pleasant.

Negative experience: I had a very bad experience with Brian. We had a contract of 6hours classes for $260. The first class we did 1h 30 minutes the second class we did 1h. Which is a total of 2h30. I tried to schedule the 3rd class, but Brian explained to me that the weather of the week was bad and not convenient for classes. We therefore didn't practice a whole week. I shared with him that I'm kinda in the rush because I start school in August and I'm traveling the month of July, so I needed the 3h30 minutes remaining to fit in the first week of July. We discussed that schedule my message a week prior. I texted him a day before our appointment as well as the day of, but he didn't answer. I them decides to call him and he was really disrespectful yelling at me that he is busy and that if he doesn't answer my message that means he is busy. He hang up on me. I cancel the whole contract and got my money back

Fantastic experience: Brian made sure I was comfortable and truly knew how to navigate the road. His tips and words of wisdom made me feel truly prepared. There were numerous times throughout the test when I almost made a mistake but then I remembered a piece of his advice and was able to correct myself. I had put off trying to getting my license for 7 years because I felt like I would never be able to do it but Brian was such an amazing teacher I passed on my first try! He truly cares about you learning to drive well and safely. Thanks Brian!

I had taken these classes two years ago with another school and I never felt confident or ready to drive that’s why I never went to take the road test. A week ago I typed in google the best driving school near me and RBC came up so I started reading the reviews and I knew it has to be good because everyone said the same thing. Today I passed my road test on the first try and that’s thanks to Brian for teaching me so easy and making me confident. I never thought I was going to learn how to parallel park and that was actually the easiest part with him. I’ll definitely recommend this school to everyone. Keep up your great work!

He was willing to take her for same day to apply for permits to motor vehicle and practice . And he didn't charge extra for motor vehicle service. His Secretary Kerri gave us exceptional service. Which I wasn't expecting at all. Brian teaching expertise are out standing. I definitely would recommend him to everyone in future. You will never be disappointed with Brian and Kerri service.

Negative experience: I enrolled for his course seeing reviews on Google.But got disappointed he took money for twenty classes and never show up. Need to call him multiple times to get a session scheduled. Last 3 months he provided only 6 sessions and when asked he disconnected phone.

Negative experience: I gave them a one because I couldn't go any lower today while I was at motor vechiles I heard one of the instructors from this school tell a boys mom that he was probably going to fail because the instructor from motor vehicles was going to see he was shacky isn't it his job to make sure he is ready and to top it off he met them there and he was late.

Fantastic experience: Brian really knows what he's doing. My son was taken through the entire process, making sure he knew exactly what to expect. Brian teaches driving skills very well, going into details each time explaining not only what to do, but also why. He has intimate knowledge of the entire process, from obtaining a learner's permit to a full license. He also knows the inspectors on a first name basis. I will go back in a couple of years with my younger son. I highly recommend Right Way Driving School.

Fantastic experience: I am glad I took driving lessons from Brian at Right Way Driving School and passed my road test in one go! I have recently relocated from India (right hand drive cars) and have years of driving experience, however I needed to put some hours behind wheel to get the necessary feel and experience of driving in US before I took my road test at DMV. Brian focuses on safety, following the traffic laws and driving smoothly and progressively. He is a great instructor to work with and would recommend him.

It was wonderful and my pleasure meeting and learning Driving from You guys. What I have to say and Love about R.B.C. Driving School and going to be Honest here is that they do some stuff differently like You can get unlimited Road tests ( meaning they can take You unlimited times for the Road test ) for paying for the 10 Hours of driving lessons like I did maybe even 6 hours. If they are very busy they might or might not come but that is completely understandable and if You have someone available at You're House or somebody You know then they can drop You off. I also practiced some hours before the Road test which Helped me so much You know everything fresh in the Brain. Brian is such a Nice, caring, he understands what You are saying or trying to say, where You are coming from, he can relate and another stuff he does differently from other Driving schools is he cares about his client's Success and him being successful in Driving as also getting that Permit and Driver's License when it is Time to get them and He does not rush new Students and is so Patient at all times even with tons of Driving experience and being a Driving Instructor being patient can be hard sometimes but he does it. Also Scott is a chill and a nice person, helped me in Driving, Thank You to both of them and My Family and Friends who Helped, Inspired, and motivated me to Drive Good, better, were in my Good and bad times and made me become what I am right now and a well over a good Driver. Fantastic experience: I am so lucky to find Brian my Driver instructor he was very easy to understand to be safety driver. I recommend for beginner driver the 10 hours and until you pass the road test packages. Thank you so much Brian to get my confidence myself and get less nerves during my road test .

Fantastic experience: Before RBC Driving School I attempted to do the Road Test and practice on my own with many people. I didn't have the right tools and way how to parallel park. My driving was good and I already had that packed down. So 1st Road test day I failed because I did horrible on the parallel parking because I went over the curb. As soon as I failed I called Brian up and spoke to him about when can I start? He started me right away. All I was worried about was the parallel parking and I knew that I was good for the road but parking not so much. They were very helpful and gave great tips. Very Friendly and very patient with their driving student(s). I passed on my second road test and I am glad that I picked this Driving School out of like 15 (could be exaggerating) out in Monmouth County. The money was totally worth it and Brian is a great instructor and so was Scott! Thanks You guys!

Fantastic experience: Frankly, Brian is a great instructor. His teaching techniques are unique and can be easily learned. I had never driven before and yet I’ve passed the test on the first try and it’s all thanks to Brian. I applaud and thank him for his patience. If your looking for a great school, give this guy a call. You will not regret it.

Fantastic experience: Amazing driving school, amazing instructors! I suggest getting more than the recommended 6 hours for extra security. I did, and I passed the test on my first try!
