Negative experience: My daughter had 8 hrs of instruction and not able to even maneuver a turn properly. During the sessions while my daughter was driving the instructor was texting me links to the actual driving test (that could have waited). Also until I intervened instructor kept on not responding to messages sent by my daughter to schedule her follow up sessions. Such a waste of money.

Fantastic experience: I had to attend two day of dui class one. We had Ms. Hilda Alvarado. She was absolutely phenomenal and thru out this entire situation I had gotten myself in. She is the first person. Law enforcement, the jail, lawyers, and even patron that I know that did not make us feel like actual criminals and beneath her. She was full of energy, very personable, fun, understanding, but very real and stern and encouraging us to make better decisions. She is a true asset to this company and taught and reminded us that people make mistakes but now it time to do better. I whole heartedly think she was amazing and a great person. Thank you Ms. Alvarado

Negative experience: I paid for my mother to complete her written test at this school, since appointments at the DMV are hard to come by. A week later at the appointment we reserved for her driving test, they couldn’t find her completed written test in the system. We paid for a service we did not receive and feel ripped off and on top of that we have to wait for another appointment to become available. Such a waste of time and money!!!!

Negative experience: The classes supposed to be in Spanish and they were in English.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing with top tier driving instructors. Courtney was my instructor and she gave perfect directions I was on a role immediately.

Negative experience: I would've put -5 stars but unfortunately I can't. I bought the 12-hour lesson pack from this school, because I am a new driver who thought that it would be best to have as many lessons and as soon as possible. When I called the driving school to clarify what the schedule was like for them before making the payment, they just told me that it all depended on the instructor I got and their availability. It was weird, but I had to make the payment first which was over $800 and then a random instructor would be assigned to me. The instructor I got was Andy Torres. I was informed that the lessons were going to be combined, meaning that it was going to be 6 two hour lessons out of the 12 hours I have. That didn't seem very beneficial to me, but I decided to let it go since I thought that I would be able to schedule the classes back to back or at most one day apart with my instructor. During the first assigned lesson the instructor was 10 minutes late (he did not extend the lesson by 10 minutes after) and did not give me an overview of any of the basics of driving, like how to check your mirrors, operate the wipers, headlights, etc… I was just told to drive around my neighborhood with occasional hints. The next appointment was scheduled for next week, even though I asked for an earlier date, to which he said that he was jam packed. I thought that maybe it would only last a week so I went to the next lesson a week after which he was also late and did not extend the lesson time after that. This lesson was the most wasteful day by far, as during the second lesson we had to get gas which took time off my lesson. He also spent some time just watching flowers or something during one of ghimes when we were switching seats. Around half an hour of the two hours I got was wasted. The third lesson was scheduled a day after which I was happy with since that's exactly what I wanted and as spring break started it was good for me. The next one though, he scheduled after TWO weeks, which, by that time I will forget everything I've learned. I let him know that I wanted to reschedule as I could not have gone that day either way. He did not reply to my text for two days, and then I called him but he didn't pick up. He also just sent me a random YouTube link on how to adjust car mirrors which he should've sent on the first day, but it was weird that he couldn't teach me myself and instead send a video that I could've watched for free without getting these lessons in the first place. I called the traffic school and this is where they got rude. I called with the intention of getting my schedule changed to meet my needs, or to just take my money back and go to another school if they can't since they are that busy. The lady who answered the phone did not introduce herself so I have no idea what her name is. But I can say that she was extremely rude. She was constantly interrupting me, and going into a plethora of how I should be the one accommodating for my instructor and that it's my job to be understanding, even though I'm the one paying! She kept on cutting me off and then eventually when I asked once again if she was going to do anything she put me on a 5 minute hold. I hung up as I thought that she was ignoring me because she was the one talking about other people having busy lives right? Well, so do I, have a busy life. She called me back later on and with a nasty attitude told me that she was calling as a courtesy after assuming that I hung up to let me know that someone from the lesson department is going to call me back today as this is not her job to deal with. The next lady called me from the lesson department, who also did not introduce herself. Again, I was basically told that I cannot do anything about this and that they were not going to give me my money back, telling me to read the contract. By this point I understood that this traffic school is just one big cocky company that thinks that it's a privilege for me to be able to even schedule one lesson with them as they are advertised as the #1 school in the area.

Positive experience: Went to do my 21 hour class. Well spaced over 3 days, wasn't extremely boring. Went very smooth and our class was one of a few where all pupils showed up all 3 days.

Negative experience: GOOGLE MAPS shows the place opens at 8:30 am.. i showed up on time..yet i found the place closed.. the funny thing is that the employee was inside her car and decided not to open until 9:00 am.. just to let me know they are not providing testing services today..that's a joke..

Negative experience: Fatal, llame para pedir Info de donde podía ir a realizar la prueba para la licencia, me enviaron a un sitio súper lejos y cuando llegué me dicen que no la están haciendo. Perdí tiempo y dinero en venir.

Negative experience: Instructor showed up 50 minutes late. They did not let anyone sit inside until the instructor came, and everyone had to sit outside on the ground. Very rude and unprofessional behavior. Regarding the 6pm class on 3/28/22

Negative experience: I signed up and was talked into paying over the phone. I then tried to cancle it and was told no. Once they charge your card they will not refund your money. THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY WITH A SMILE ON THERE FACE AND TELL YOU ONCE YOU CHARGE YOUR CARD IT IS THERE'S. Be extremly careful with these crooks. DO NOT PAY OVER THE PHONE EVER. cost me $40 quickly
