Fantastic experience: Amazing school, very good instructors

Negative experience: I can't in good conscience recommend this school to anyone. My instructor arrived 45 minutes late to my first session and announced he'd be arriving 75 minutes late to a would be 2nd session. He did not check that I had a learner's permit on me, did not teach me, a new driver, vital knowledge about looking at my mirrors and checking my left and right, etc. My instructor was silent for the vast majority of the ride. After one singular 50 minute session, I was refused a refund for the remaining 11 hours I paid for. I suspect all the glowing 5 star reviews are fake.

Fantastic experience: Let me put it this way... I've never driven a car in my life. I tried, but it just didn't work. My first instructor was Jordan! I’m saying hi to you, thank you for everything! All the tips, hints are all very detailed, it's a really useful skill! I always felt comfortable driving with him! When I took the test I had a class before with Caesar! I was a little nervous because this is a new person to me and didn't know how it would go, but his ability to talk and explain simple things is very amazing! He gave me self-confidence. Helped me overcome my fears as funny as it sounds! I am very grateful to him! This is the best example of how an instructor should teach his student! Thank you guys and best of luck to your school! Fantastic experience: I have used The Way Driving School for three of my teenage sons, they do a great job instructing and have got all of my kids on the road. I would highly recommend them for patient and on time driving lessons.

They were super accommodating when I had to move my test to an earlier date and they made a work around last minute so they could take me there. Wouldn’t have been able to pass without them.

His drivers are calm and patient and 2 children have completed his course and passed their test first try. Highly recommend. Also it’s the cheapest option around.

Negative experience: Not recommended ! Based on my experience on the day of my behind the wheels exam the instructor did not showed up! They did not even inform me ahead of time that the instructor are not coming. I need to borrow my brother in law’s car just to be at the dmv exam. They did not even think that it’s hard to get a schedule at the DMV. Good thing I passed the exam. Then I tried to call them and asked for a full refund but nothing happen. And the instructors are not nice.

Fantastic experience: Both my teens have used The Way Driving School and had a wonderful experience They were patient, professional and knowledgeable during their lessons making them both feel at ease and come with a ton of experience on teaching people how to drive. I definitely would recommend them, you will not be disappointed.

This school is not only very professional but its main strength is that it is run with a lot of heart, kindness, and with a “small business” feel and personal touch. Mr. Jordan, the driving coach, is very sweet, polite and cares about the student while Mr Luis, the management administer, does everything possible to make sure your customer needs are satisfied. Your calls are either immediately answered or returned. My daughter passed her test on the first try (and with that infamous san clemente guy !) and we are completely satisfied with their outstanding services. Thank you!

I had two daughters complete the "Driving Training 6 hours" over the last few months and both passed their driving tests on the first attempt. I really like how they were taught the fundamentals of driving but were also shown the potential driving routes for the local DMV they were taking their test at. This really helped my kids comfort level during the actual test. Luis was coordinating the sessions and Jordan was our instructor. Initially selected the 6 hour behind the wheel program and then added the DMV test package later.

Both are good safe drivers and we have been very pleased with the value we have received from The Way. They take the kids on a tour of the route that the DMV uses on their last lesson before their drivers license test which was very helpful. This 3 year repeat customer highly recommends The Way, we are very pleased!

Fantastic experience: Really appreciated the friendly and personable customer service from The Way. I took the test and passed easily with the help of The Way. They also helped my sister with her driving, and I was able to get lessons here at a competitive rate. There were a few different instructors available, so if I learned better from some instructors than others it was easy to make requests.

Negative experience: If you really care about your time and money then Stay away from this Driving School!! They are very unprofessional, hardy answer their phone and don’t care about customers at all and really don't teach you anything. They always play phone tag to schedule an appointment. We made the mistake of pre-paying so we were stuck. They were late on most lessons and canceled and rescheduled a few sessions without prior notice. We were very disappointed and frustrated. Don't waste your time and money here and do not trust them or their review as I beleive some of them are completely fake.

I got a highly competitive rate for the service, the trainer arrived before time and provided sufficient training and guidance through the entire process. 100% would recommend it for both training and Testing. Totally reliable and genuine team. Wonderful experience as I passed, but even if I hadn’t, I’d still give 5 stars for the professionalism and experience.

Negative experience: Not worth the money. Didn’t realize how poor of a service this was until I tried another one. They didn’t teach me anything or tell me how to drive. Just sat in the car for 2 hours (3 lessons) and told me when to turn. No advice, no encouragement or anything. Honestly wish I could get my money back but I’m sure it’s to late.
