We’re glad to hear you found the online classes convenient and appreciated the flexibility of using both our Puyallup and Graham locations. We understand that scheduling drives, especially during the busy summer months, can be challenging. This is a high-demand season for all driving schools, which is why we provide each student with a six-month window to complete their drives. Students and parents who are proactive in scheduling drives have consistently been successful in completing their courses on time. Also, our instructors do offer drives after school hours and on weekends, though these slots tend to fill quickly. Our team works extended hours to provide a range of times and accommodate as many students as possible. Regarding your experience with our email communications and phone support, we would appreciate the opportunity to look into this further. If you’re comfortable sharing your student’s name, we can review these communications to determine if any adjustments or retraining are needed.
