Negative experience: Very disappointed during my visit. My instructor seem very invested in his cellular device. Many red flags here. I was told when I walk in if I have all forms I replied yes they name a particular form that I did not even need to submit and had to get that resolved. They do not accept debit card I had to Zelle my funds over which I thought was odd. It crazy because the very things I got marked on and was told I did incorrectly i actually passed at another facility. I dont think it fair to tell some one what they need to work on when the moment you get in the car with me your so invested in your phone very unprofessional. I also had to wait on the person. When they did arrived I was told to go straight into the car. Never recommend this place to anyone. I have my drivers license within a few days after I failed here which is odd to me.

Hi Destiny failing the driving test is always disappointing but a great way to learn from mistakes made before getting behind the wheel. The purpose of the driving test is to ensure you are able to Control, Observe , Position & Signal correctly. If you make minor mistakes it is points off such as parallel parking, speed, ignoring signs and wide turns you made in a neighborhood going 20mph, I see the reason for failure was you drove on the wrong side of road where there was a sign stating “do not enter” which is more than minor it is illegal and dangerous to yourself and the public. As we finished a test prior to you I do see the instructor was 7 min and 30 seconds behind ,for the wait we do apologize. I sincerely hope you do continue practicing on all the mistakes made that caused failure for your own safety while out on public roads.
