Fantastic experience: My instructor was Jocelyn and she was very patient with me while I was driving. Also while teaching us in class she always made sure to tell us to note done key things that we might see on the test. Overall I rate my experience a 5/5 really good school and welcome!

Negative experience: Do you want your kid to be yelled at and berated when he's learning to drive, and also yourself when you try to schedule driving time? If so, this is the place for you! I myself do not. You can leave multiple voicemails trying to schedule drive time, then have the owner accuse you of "always canceling drive time." He will extort you for additional fees for it, too. There are multiple reviews at testing to the owner's MO of screaming, lying, and then trying to tack on additional fees or he will not provide any further lessons in being screamed at while learning to drive. If this happens, your only recourse is to document it all and send it to the TSC Driving Program through UNM Transportatiom Safety to get your money transferred to a school that won't literally scream at you. The owner will then claim you do not need to pay additional fees and he will be happy to scream at you, your family and your kid some more. But I wouldn't recommend you take him up on his offer.

Negative experience: Do not give these people your money if you like things to be done in a timely manner.

Negative experience: This place is so unprofessional. Everyone is so rude and disrespectful besides the girl instructor. Alfredo is a liar and extremely rude. I ask simple questions and he gives me the NASTIEST attitude. I do NOT recommend this place whatsoever !! NOT EVEN A DAY LATER he’s saying that i would always cancel my driving??!! when i only cancelled once. Alfredo is a liar! Do not give him money.

Negative experience: Do not waste your money here. I read the reviews and still went because they promised to work with our schedule my son in sports. Took our money and never answered phones again. One time I got through in the year we went there the owner yelled at me. When I took my son next day he treated my son bad. We had to walk away, my son never got his license. They are so difficult to work with. The women there are not allowed to do anything, answer phones or questions they send you to the owner and he is Very Rude!

Shes so nice and patient especially with making sure I didn’t feel as nervous on the road. I loved being her student.

Do not send your kid here! the instructor Alfredo is the most rudest person on this planet I can’t believe he has been in business this long with an attitude so awful. He doesn’t even stay in classes and when he is in there, all he does is yell and speak to the children in aggressive tone. He does not offer Restroom facilities to children! He makes them take their break outside in the freezing weather and has them watching videos in a confined 12 x 10 room. Nobody should have to or want to learn in an atmosphere like that. When I addressed my issues with Alfredo he only shot them down with rude accusations towards my daughter which led to him only contradicting himself. He says he records all classes which he refuses to show me he says we are now kicked out of his class due to my daughter not following his rules. Do not give these people your money do not put your Child through this misery. Learning to drive should be fun experience exciting experience. Which old school driving cannot offer! West side location 4101 coors blvd they are scammers take your money and treat you however they want.

Fantastic experience: We took our Daughter to this driving School in Los Lunas and it was great.The teacher Ms Medina was very nice and flexible with the drive time . My daughter said she was very comfortable when she took her out driving and she learned alot and felt safe ,and confident while driving .We will also take our son next year and we highly recommend this driving school .

Negative experience: i took this course a couple years ago as an online course and it went fine for me because i didn’t need any extra help. but i never got my driving certificate and due to personal reasons i didn’t need it until recently. i’ve called the school several times in the past week with them promising to solve the issue and call back but they’d never call. the people that i’ve talked to have been rude and short with me and with my mom. they haven’t fixed the problem at all and never call back. please find another school to go to, especially if you have a young teen.

Negative experience: My son attended the classes and needed to be scheduled for the one on one drive time. I have called several times and have been told they would call me back. They never call back. I’ve left multiple voicemails and still no response. My son stated the teacher was constantly leaving in the middle of class. They are very unprofessional.

Negative experience: My grandson paid for this class, working at Popeyes to earn money to pay for luxuries such as this. The people that run this school r very disorganized. We have waited for a call from them to get his driving test done, no one has callled us. We drive over to see what was going on. A girl was there and we explained what r dilemma was, she then scheduled him to take the driving test for today March 15 @ 6, but no one was there. I'm going to report them to BBB, and AG for poor business practices and ripping people off.

Fantastic experience: When I first came in, I was nervous and scared. I was greeted with open hands and I started to feel comfortable. I have learned a lot and now I am starting to feel comfortable behind the wheel. They showed me important techniques and rules to use on the road. I want to say thank you to Freddy for giving me a chance to get my license and letting me in with open hands.

Fantastic experience: Freddy is a great teacher, the classes were short and up front, the mood in the class is great, and its even a MVD so you cam take the permit test right there.

Negative experience: We paid the deposit for our son to start 3 weeks ago and we haven't received any of our calls returned or email responded to. Just want our deposit back after reading that this is the normal business practice but no one will make contact with us. Ridiculous

Negative experience: Save your money and go somewhere else!!!! They will never call you back once they have your money. My daughter received nothing from this place....no certificates...nothing!! She had to wait until she was 18 to do the tests all over again at MVD. $300 for nothing!! Go somewhere else even if it's a bit more money!!!

Negative experience: Do not give these people money ! The employees are so rude and unwilling to help. They more than happily took our money but are unwilling to give us the paperwork from the completion of the class. Not only that but there isn’t a “location” with employees to deal with them in person.

Negative experience: Paid and never received the link. Don’t waste your money or time. Judge noticed and emailed provided showing attempts to get link. Judge acknowledged and allowed a different school. Claims made by owner that they have proof of several attempts to email me the link are incorrect. Poor customer service and obvious why the court removed them as a suggested school.

Late to appointments for road test, not even a call to let you know as if you have time to sit around waiting for them! And to top it off this is the SECOND time I pay for road test best it was not recorded with MVD. Total waste of time and money.

It didn't seem like something that would work but these guys did a great job adapting to online. (Better than APS). Manny made online learning fun for my son. They are super quick and the least expensive. Really worth the money!

Fantastic experience: my name is victoria valdez and i was recently a student at old school of driving. not only did they manage the pandemic very well and were great at communicating, they also were very kind and understanding. the owner alfredo is such a kind man, and my instructor, manny ramirez, is a great instructor and also very kind. i would highly recommend this for anybody looking for a drivers school.

Fantastic experience: Very professional and helpful with all my daughters needs transferred from Virginia to El Paso than New Mexico and they they were able to get everything in order for her to get her license and helped her driving experience become less stressful. Also my son just completed his course and I’m very pleased with what he’s learned Alfredo Saenz helped us out and made sure my son was ready before putting him on the road very professional and friendly environment I’ll continue taking my younger kids there for my own peace of mind. I went there when I was young and it’s been great! Thank you old school I couldn’t be happier with our experience

Negative experience: The owner is very rude and unprofessional. If I could give no stars I would. He basically called me a liar. I was told something by an "instructor" and I let the owner know what he told me and the owner said "that doesn't sound correct" I then tell him yes that's what your instructor told me and he said I must not have understood. I can't believe him. He got very upset and said that I was getting angry. Then he said he was going to hang up on me. I said wait a minute. You're telling me you're not going to help me after all the money I spent there. He then yells at me and says well if you want me to tell you then you need to stop talking. What a jerk!! Do not, I repeat, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Negative experience: Horrible Service, paid for two sons to go here. I got in an argument because he left my sons hanging twice in the dark and never showed up to do drive time. And because the man is unprofessional he did not pass them on their test I reached out several times and not once did he respond. He would hang up if I called from another number. would never recommend this place to anyone. wasted $600. I seriously to not see how they are still in business.
