Fantastic experience: Gruelling but doable! Study your notes. An idea. People in my class would like to see our mistakes. Could the school use a quodcopter/drone to record us as we are performing the manouvers, and then show us what / where we went wrong. Then the video could be used to visually show us/ the students, where to improve. All images/ sound would be owned by the school.

Fantastic experience: I just finish my CDL course, and i feel very grateful and prepared for my next career as a truck driver, i really recommend anyone out there searching for a trucking school to come here for training, every instructor in this school was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, they teach every point of view that you need for your truck while inspecting in prior a trip, backing it and driving it in the real world, they also test here for your state cld the trucks are in amazing condition so does the school too, the testing facility works fast and they do everything possible to make you test as soon as posible after graduation, really happy with my fun and useful time in the school thanks to all training staff and state testing staff keep doing that amazing work and preparing the road for a safer future.

Fantastic experience: RMDS is an amazing place. From day 1 we had Dave, perfect gentleman that fella. Pre trip was my best class with Susan and Dave, what a team, please, I owe my CDL to these two. Maneuverability is an Eric thing. Four or five steps you are there in the box I call him Mr 4 Steps lol. Dakota, Mark and Devin on the pad. Mark is a funny dude. Britany never had a dull day, always happy. Keep that spirit girl. LeDerrick my state examiner.. I thank you X2 for having patience with me all through my trails and fails…Finally, I wanna say thanks to Kevin. When I see Kevin I just run and check if I have done my daily logs… even now I’m guessing if I see him in traffic I’ll check and see if my logs are up to date. Lol Roadmaster is a great school overall✅✅

If you truly have the desire to be a truck driver, willing to take direction, show up on time and be serious about it, this school will give you all the tools you need to be successful. Classroom- David was great from day 1. Really nice guys and very helpful. Pretrip, I have to thank Susan and Mike. Two different styles of teaching but it works great. The road, Dulrique and Devin are amazing on the road instructors.

Negative experience: Over crowded and unprofessional CDL mill. Instructors constantly contradict each other. No wonder they keep losing instructors. Mark is sexist. Should have expected problems from Warner.

Positive experience: Roadmaster driving school in Frank Rd have a lot of miscommunication between the director and the instructors. One instructor teach you one way and the other different way . That’s not a good help when you have to get prepared for your state test. So I think they should have a better communication with what are they gonna say and teach. They should be all on the same page.

She wants to make sure you are a safe driver when leaving that school but when you pass with her, you know you are ready. Greatest feeling was her congratulating me. Please go to roadmaster if you want the training you will need to be successful and want to be set up with a good company before you even get started.

Fantastic experience: The time was more adventurous than what I expected. Well detailed instructors, knowledgeable and honest. Imlist say to train all types of people takes alot of patience. So I'm greatful for the time provided to me. Eric, Dakota, Derrick and Mark are excellent instructors. A real special shout out to ERIC A true man of humbleness, patience and kindness. Overall, if your wanting to be taught right I highly recommended ROADMASTER Thanks for everything

Negative experience: Never go here! Brittany is the worst teacher and if you are with her when taking the test she will fail you on purpose for no reason. Very unprofessional and will not recommend this school to anyone because of her.

Positive experience: Roadmaster school is a good quick school to get your CDL-A. The instructors are great especially Mark, Dakota, and Dave. It would have received a 5 star but the micromanagement from higher up (Corporate Office) dropped the rating. Having classes out side in the negative temperatures when school should have been canceled or in classrooms. Our entire class was called back to school (Some students up to 3 hours away) to complete another proficiency test and evaluation. The proficiency test were already completed on the tablets, but they wanted them to be done on the paper instead, and complete a new evaluation before everything was sent over to the state testers. They blamed the state tester kicked it back when it was the corporate office. This set back everyones state test back another 2-5 days. Another issue with the school it seems they put priority on the retraining of the students that fail on the state test when you have large classes coming through and setting back there graduation dates due to the lack of instructors. The instructors helped me pass every evaluation with an average 95% and pass the state test the first attempt. Overall instructors 5 out of 5 Management 1 out of 5

Fantastic experience: I’d like to start by saying I would LOVE to speak on names however, I don’t want to miss anyone so I’m speaking in general about the Principal, office staff, & all instructors! From day one to my last day of class everyone was pleasant, professional, & patient. The environment was family friendly (students too). All instructors were very knowledgeable and experienced and they go above and beyond for every student. Explaining and demonstrating driving tips and tricks for parking maneuvers. Not only did they give me the knowledge to start a new career they boosted my confidence and I felt prepared for my final exam. THANK YOU EVERYONE!!!! I’d most definitely refer each and everyone to Roadmaster and the Columbus, OH location in a heartbeat.

Negative experience: This school is a rip-off and there's not one person of color in this place. They press you to get financial assistance for the money. It's not even a guarantee that you'll be placed with a company. They're racist as well. Wish I didn't have to leave a star. They monopolize Columbus, Ohio, which isn't fair to the real schools that want to teach and train people. Stay away from roadmaster. They'll make sure that the white students pass. They will surely fail the black ones. People of color, don't go here. Go to a carrier that offers the schooling. They're better. These people can never discuss anything publicly and want you to call them. Please. You're pitiful.

Fantastic experience: I’m on the last day of my first week in the classroom I had Devin as an instructor he has and continues to go above and beyond for everyone that steps into his class he has taught so much in a short amount of time and definitely made class a blast I can honestly say I’m gonna miss sitting in class (and that’s something I thought I would never say)

Negative experience: You have to get a permit before you enter the schooling and “THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU THIS INFORMATION”!! This is how they make their money and THEY DO NOT CARE!.. once you get your permit it is key to ask questions.. no question is a dumb one.. & don’t sign any papers before clarifying your billing because they have different billing cycles.. you have to pass every test to continue.. if you fail you can’t come back and you don’t get reimbursed..no I didn’t fail and I’m not bitter.. I’m passing but I’m tired of this place being unorganized.. they just seem money hungry and not in it to really help the drivers that have all the risk at hand

Negative experience: it was my worst experience at roadmaster driving school they failed me because of academics it stop everything for me mess up my plans set me back my English is not soo good English is not my first language but yet I passed they English test that they say I of to pass before I started the school I jus feel like this program was all a scam and I didn’t treated fairly I wouldn’t recommend no one to go to this school

Fantastic experience: I graduated from Roadmaster today and I'm super excited to start my new career!! Roadmaster is a great school with unbelievable instructors. There is alot to learn and absorb in 4 weeks but if you're dedicated and want your CDL Roadmaster is where you need to be. There's no 1 instructor to point out ALL of them care and will work with you tirelessly if you put the effort in. With that being said Amanda (school manager), Eric, Devin, Mark, Roy, Dale, Paul Bob, JP, and Laderrick, THANYOU. I want to add I read some bad reviews on here about the instructors and the school in general, I attended the school for 4 weeks and a few days and I have to say I NEVER saw any disrespect from the instructors and I never once felt like they were there to take my money and kick me out the door. I do respect people's opinions but what I saw was alot of patience and teaching. And they cared whether you got your CDL.

Negative experience: School has very bad instructor. If you don't pay attention you'll end up hurting yourself thinking that you're an the dumbest person in the world. I spent days attending a class there and according to the instructor I failed a so called "log book" test. Instructor has the discretion to give whatever points he wants. A scoring system is better than letting it at the discretion of one person. If you have a face or name that he doesn't like you may not pass the test.

Fantastic experience: I am a current student and just got my CDL permit and I have nothing but great things to say about my experience here at this school. As a woman, it’s a little intimidating to come into the trucking industry and especially when you’re the only girl in your class. But all of the instructors and teachers are awesome and so helpful in learning the ins and outs of becoming a driver. It is pretty advanced but if you learn to take everything day by day and LISTEN to your instructors, you will be fine. Also, it’s a lot of information in a little amount of time but if you do study and pay attention everyone will help you out to succeed. Don’t go into this thinking you are going to get by not studying and not putting all of your attention and effort into school. I am so happy and thankful that I chose Roadmaster to further my career as a driver and I love everyone there including the office staff and teachers and instructors! I’m looking forward to eventually obtaining my CDL! * EDIT * I just got my Class A CDL last week! Thank you everyone at Roadmaster for believing in me and encouraging me!!

Fantastic experience: I’ll be absolutely honest and share my own experience. Roadmasters is a great school. I want to thank all of the instructors, Angel, Devin, Eric, Mike (Both Mikes), Jay, Lederick, JP, Bob, Paul and Dale. Each one of them teach in their own way. You just have to learn each style and use it to your advantage. I also want to thank my advisor Rebecca for Helping me start the process for my CDL and also I want to thank the manager Amanda for her support .The process of obtaining your CDL can sometimes be rough. Sometimes you feel like you can’t do it. You just have to be patient and relax your mind. At the end of the day it’s a matter of “When” not a matter of “How” you will get your CDL. 99% of people eventually get their CDL if they follow directions and be patient and just stay mentally relaxed. Thank you Roadmasters for the for the great experience

Positive experience: This wasn't an easy process. I cried, I laughed, and I conquered. I had to get out of my own way. You can learn something from each instructor! They all teach different but you have to do what works for you! Also patience is key and paying attention to the tips given. The classroom size could be smaller for such an accelerated course. Just go to learn and leave.

Positive experience: Very good experience! 6 weeks went smooth except the instructors and manager were little disrespectful here and there. Since people come with the different backgrounds there are few who has no experience and get nervous at the beginning; instructors should have more patience. They lose their temper easily, 4-6 weeks instructors were above the rating, best instructor ever.

Negative experience: Warner and roadmaster, Approved me for school paying out of my own pocket, got approved through Warner..I want local as in coming home everyday. They state I am not tied to Warner and that I can leave since they don’t have local after obtaining my CDL through there school. When you graduate they send you over the road for 5 weeks with an instructor which is fine with me after some thought since I am female I didn’t wanna stay the night with a male instructor but after some thought it was in my best interest to get a better job and to do that. I got off the phone with Jessica which they have repeatedly told me that I am not tied to Warner and that I don’t have to stay with them after I graduate. Just got off the phone and since I am not interested in Doing over the road since I have 3 rescue animals they told me there not interested. Do not believe them when they say that you are not tied to them BECAUSE YOU ARE! I need local Warner doesn’t have local so just letting everyone know before you go through the schooling.

LeDerrick for telling me to get it together and saying Hazzzzzzzzel (lol). Mark (lol) thank you for tell me when I messed up and what to do next time. Fantastic experience: I loved my experience at roadmaster school and the staff was great, especially kristan, Engel, Derick, Dall,Michael, Bob were the best instructors and staff.

Negative experience: Called and spoke to a woman who told me the deadline for CDLs was February 7th and that now I had to pay $7000 to go through their testing facility. Come to find out the deadline is March 24th now after she insisted it wasn't and was just trying to get me to take her test and give her seven grand for nothing. I would sue this place if I could. That's absolutely inexcusable and theft.
