Negative experience: Worst school ever!!! If I could give a zero I would. Don’t go, they waste your money. They come late and finish early so you don’t get the full amount payed. You’ll be lucky if you get 30 minutes out your 1 hour class. LOOK FOR ANOTHER PLACE! It’s not just me, I’ve heard awayyy to many story. Very sloppy and they don’t give correct information.

Hes a good instructor my parallel wasnt good at first and he help me with it and told me not to give up . I failed my road test 3 times and with the help of karl Valcin my number one instructor i got my license. Negative experience: I took a lesson last year with KJS and was very excited to work with a Black Owned driving school. I arrived on time and was asked to wait. Once I got into the car and we started the lesson, it wasn’t long before my instructor picked up his phone and had a loud conversation while I was driving. I had to repeatedly ask what he wanted me to do next as he wasn’t fully engaged in the lesson and the phone calls occurred 2-3 times throughout the lesson. During the end of my lesson, I took too wide of a turn (while no one else was on the road) and instead of verbally correcting me, he grabbed the wheel and raised his voice. I called the following day to leave a comment and the secretary (an older woman) laughed as I requested to speak to someone in charge to discuss how my lesson went because the person I called to speak about was the man who ran the school. This was my personal experience and I see that there have been many mixed reviews. I hope they begin to take the feedback/ complaints they receive seriously.

Fantastic experience: KJS SCHOOL helped me step by step the whole process. One thing I want to say is take a few lessons so you can learn the system , it doesn't matter if you know how to drive take classes otherwise the examinator will probably fail you , practice while you can and God bless you.

Fantastic experience: I orginally was going to go through North Quincy Auto School for my driving lessons to get my license but KJS had more availability. Mr. Carl and Ms. Marie were more than welcoming and schedules were flexible and accommodating to anyone's day to day life. Mr. Francis and Mr. Leo were my instructors and to say they did their jobs well is an understatement. While Mr. Francis knew that I was comfortable on the road and taught me the proper way to 3 point turn and parallel park, Mr. Leo went more into logistics and specifics- including parallel parking with cones. I scheduled my test through them and was brought to the Brockton RMV and took my test successfully. I wasn't nervous about the actual aspect of driving but rather the logistics for the test but I was WELL prepared. Thank you KJS.

If he says you need one more lesson or twenty more lessons. That's what you do. If he says go to Boston "that's what you do." Example, I made a mistake and sure enough I was told how to fix it and sure enough ?"Passed" now that's a good feeling!

Negative experience: I had my first lesson today 6/21/23 and here’s my experience. I went into it excited because I seen all these great reviews. During the lesson, Karl was on the phone the ENTIRE time. During the lesson as we approached intersections, I would ask him which way to turn? Do I turn “here” while pointing in the direction. Karl’s head is down in his phone while on the phone and just says yes without even knowing where I’m referring to. And when I “almost” made the wrong turn, he would grab the steering wheel and call me a crazy driver! I would stop at Stop Signs and he would say I’m not suppose to and I’m suppose to slow down and go. Then when I reached a different Stop Sign he would say “you’re suppose to stop behind the sign for 3-4 seconds then go”. He was so unhelpful I was over it 15mins into the lesson. Ohh I almost forgot, he didn’t even tell me to put my seat belt on or fix my mirror. I had to do them myself. If I didn’t he would have let me just drive off to begin the lesson. I would be driving 25-30MPH and he would say I drive too fast but when I slowed down he would tell me to speed up cause I wasn’t moving. We stopped midway and Karl got out the car and went to another driving lesson car to get a charger for his phone and we resumed the lesson. I literally wasted my $60 for 1 class. I felt so unsupported, it literally felt like there was a ghost in the passenger seat just poking me throughout the whole ride without any giving me any good direction. And at the end of the lesson, he has the nerve to say I need to practice more as a driver! Huh!!?? He needs to practice more as an INSTRUCTOR!! Such a horrible experience. I wanted to give my money to black folks to help me learn but I’m ashamed to say I’m going to an Asian/Latino to teach me next time. Disgusted and disappointed.

Negative experience: Did not properly prepare me at all! All they care about is taking your money. They don’t care if you pass or not. Cancelled 3 appointments. Failed to tell me about car basics. And on the day of my road test my instructor stayed on a personal call the entire duration prior to the test. Extremely unprofessional.
