Positive experience: I had a great instructor, Ben was awesome! I requested he all the time and got him 90% of the time. Very calm, very informative made me feel very comfortable and there was no language barrier. And the price was affordable plus i passed the road test on the first try! I had one bad experience that I won’t forgot that’s why I gave it four stars but overall great school!

Fantastic experience: The experience here was great! I went in as a very nervous and not a confident driver. I had most of my lessons with Kuang and a couple with Hugo but both of them are very informative and gentle, and taught me not to get in my own head about things. One solid piece of advice I learned from Kuang was "learn how to control yourself and then you will be able to control a car". Idk why but that quote helped me relax and trust myself to make the right moves. I had a total of 7 lessons I believe and went to do the road test and passed! I think the price is worth it and you get your moneys worth. I read another review saying if you're not Chinese don't bother choosing them and although I don't know what happened to them specifically, please don't let that discourage you. I am African American and they never made me feel uncomfortable or not heard or seen. They explained everything well and always made me feel comfortable to express how I felt. I started lessons on 7/8/24 and by 7/25/24 I passed my road test. Focused and worked hard all month and it was worth every cent.

Fantastic experience: I scheduled 6 classes (each class is 45 min) with them- they recommend taking two at a time. Worked with three different instructors, everyone had a different style of teaching. I was able to schedule a road test in a week. They train you on everything that is asked during the road test, it was easy to coordinate classes through text messages as well. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: The driving coach I got was so rude, dirty, and unprofessional. His English is not good as well. It’s so hard to understand him. He was shouting for no reason all the time. He was impatient and made me feel so nervous. For context, I have been driving in another country for for than 10 years, I only need to get familiar with the road test. I didn’t expect that I would get a driving coach who couldn’t speak English in an English-speaking country. I think this school is only good for Chinese students. If you’re not Chinese, don’t waste your time, and money here. I didn’t pass the road test with Time Driving school. I passed the road test with North Quincy Auto Academy. Their coaches are so patient. The only good thing about Time Driving School is customer service. Raymond is very helpful in scheduling driving classes and the road test. Their location is so convenient. I chose the Time Driving school because I live close by. However, I ended up wasting more time to get my driver's license.

Fantastic experience: I looked for a driving school and a car for my son’s driving test and called probably a dozen schools. All needed at least 2 weeks to schedule a test except this one. Not only they scheduled a test in the same week but also provided a class to prepare the test. The instructor was very experienced and instruction was spot on for the test. My son passed the test easily. During the whole process they were very responsive. Highly recommend

Negative experience: I am very disappointed with the service provided by Times Driving School （时代驾校). On the morning of July 11th, 2024, I called the driving school to schedule a lesson for the next day, July 12th. The representative informed me that there was availability at 12:45 p.m. and said he would send me further information via text message. Within five minutes, I received the information and promptly responded, confirming my appointment for the given time. There was no further communication from the driving school after I confirmed the appointment. However, when I arrived at the driving school on July 12th, ready for my lesson, I was informed that my appointment was not completed because, according to them, I had not responded to additional requests for information. Upon checking my phone, I confirmed that there were no additional messages or calls from the driving school after my initial confirmation. This situation was highly unprofessional and inconvenient. I canceled other important appointments to accommodate this lesson, only to be told that the driving school had failed to finalize the appointment. The lack of proper communication and failure to follow through on their end was unacceptable. I would give this driving school zero stars if I could. Their disorganization and lack of professionalism have caused me significant inconvenience and wasted time.

Fantastic experience: I previously attended another driving school and the instructor's teaching methods were so bad that not only did he not make the test points clear he would verbally attack you. So I switched to Time Driving School, the instructor is super nice and gentle, and the test focus is very clear. I successfully passed my driving test after only 3 hours of lessons. I highly recommend this driving school!

Negative experience: The instructor was very impatient, rude and unprofessional. Like the other people said he kept chatting with me the whole time but very impatient when he’s really teaching something. He just asked you how to do that and if you don’t know the answer or give a wrong answer he’s super discouraging and makes you feel like a fool. Would not recommend it to any new drivers

Negative experience: The driving school is really unprofessional. The "coach", if he deserved to be called so, was late for the lesson and said he was tired and wanted to go home right after we started the lesson. According to another female student, he even invited her to have dinner during the lesson. And he barely said any important thing during the lesson, he just said "you just drive, and do worry about the timing of parallel parking" stuff like that. And he kept chatting, asking me about which school i went to, blah blah blah. He kept chatting all the time, even when I was turning, but barely taught. And I wanted to take more lessons before having the test, but they said you just needed two class hours, since you were experienced. Who knows why they did that. I failed so I need to take more lessons, and schedule a really expensive road test with them...

Negative experience: Collude with the exam conducting proctor. Purposely failing students during driving test over single minor mistake. Don’t waste your money here!

Negative experience: 踩雷时代驾校…我在你们家考了三次都没有通过路考, 跟的是fei教练练车, 完全不出声, 偶尔帮我摆一下方向盘, 也不会告诉我错在哪里, 连平趴时只会叫我停, 而不会告诉我在哪要停, 3次都是在Braintree rmv 考, 安排我12:30到考场, 每次都要等到2点才开始考, 轮到我时已到3点多, 等到我整个人都不耐烦了……天气又热…每次从考都要付$200到加急费, 好在找到别家驾校同样的加急才收$100多刀…真的被坑了很多钱……3次路考都是遇见那黑黑的考官, 每次6，7个人才过了两个. 更令我生气的是他家利用我的账号一直在报路考, 已利用我的账号报了7次路考了, 而我才考了3次..为啥时代驾校可以那么做呢？ 我很怀疑你的review 都是买的…只叫那些通过路考的写review, 那些不通过的怎么就没有写呢？我靠…踩雷…不要找fei教练, 真的学不到东西…太随便教了！
