Negative experience: I have booked practice session and the test here. The trainer did not mention anything during practice and failed me in the test. She didn’t even completed the 1 hour practice session and asked me to join the classes.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I would like to clarify your points. First of all we never fail customers, they disqualify by not knowing the rules of the road and making too many mistakes or they perform a dangerous action. We conduct road tests according to DOL rules and regulations and are objectives observers during the test. To the point of the hour practice, the package you purchased and were provided is the warm up and test. If you look at our website in the description of the packages you will see where it states “the warmup portion is for those who know how to drive and know the rules of the road but need a little time to get comfortable before taking the test.” It is not for practice and getting tips for passing the test. The warmup portion is between 30-35 minutes then the test is no longer than 20 minutes to allow for review of your scoring at the end as with all tests. The whole time behind the wheel is 1 hour not a practice for 1 hour then the test. You were provided the service as you paid for. We offer all customers who disqualify several options after the test, of which one is always lessons so we can provide the guided practice to help customers learn the rules of the road and potentially qualify the next time they feel ready to attempt the road test again. You are more than welcome to purchase lessons or another test at our location or any other driving school of your choice. We do recommend getting some more practice before attempting the test again. My all four instructors were professional, amazing and made me feel confident behind the wheel during my all classes. Negative experience: So you can count us as another story of being failed multiple times after taking 911's driving class and then passing another school no problem. My son took the 911 driving school down in Puyallup and failed there and so after some more driving and watching him drive and feeling like he was probably pretty good. When he moved up here with me I had him take the driving test here, he failed for some pretty ambiguous things that really have nothing to do with the law, which I thought were kind of BS ticky tacky. Like the other person who was able to get into the dol and get tested and have their kid pass no problem. I was able to get my son to pass only unlike them. I was able to get a walk-in with another driving school same day and he cut his score in half 4 hours later and passed no problem. It's been 2 months or so since that happened. No accidents, no tickets, no driving infractions. No issues. I don't think the school is entirely to blame as a lot of the things they seem to test on now are completely arbitrary and have nothing to do with the law such as when they said he parked too close to the wall. They had him parallel park next to but gave no actual measurement of what too close actually is. It is what it is, but at the end of the day if you're trying to get your kid. Allison and you feel like they're good enough driver and you don't want to pay over and over and over for driving tests. I would recommend a different school.
Hello, We do not fail people. Customers disqualify themselves. Usually they learn from the first test what needs to be done if they do not qualify and usually pass the second. We operate skills test according to DOL standards and are trained. We do not have a wall for parallel parking at our location and feel your review is inaccurate for us and is for another location. In defense of all driving schools, we teach the basics in the few hours we have students in the car with us and the habit forming behaviors are the responsibility of the students and families in their 50 hours of driving required for license. Nerves play a rather large part of road tests and sometimes we see this on tests. We kindly ask for you to remove this review as it’s not our location. Happy safe driving.

We teach foundational skills and not everything that happens on the road can be covered in our short time with students. The expectation is that you practice outside of our lessons. Thank you for taking the time to give your opinion of learning to drive. We’re glad that driving is not a video game.

Negative experience: The place is to just to make cash and the team do not have any intention help learn. Even after taking classes from them, they expect us to take more classes. The women instructor did not take test on all grounds (Eg Parallel parking, uphill, downhill). She did not provide the marking for which she has failed. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We give our professional opinion when we feel more lessons or more practice is needed as we do not want customers to take the road test when they are not ready. Also only driving with instructors and not practicing for a minimum of 50 hours outside of lessons is not enough driving practice. This is the minimum hours set by DOL. We operate skills test according to DOL standards and are trained. You are happy to take your test at any DOL approved testing location.

Negative experience: This place has been nothing but a cash grab, don't waste your money on these guys. They will try everything in their power to upcharge you, they charge 50 extra dollars for nothing but a 30 minute warm up and abuse the drivers ed legal requirements in Washington to charge ABSURD prices. The owners are extremely unreceptive and the hassle for the most minor mistakes and inconveniences at this place is HUGE. They state at the beginning that if you simply miss 4 days they will completely cancel your course and charge you hundreds of dollars to redo it. For a place that advertises being instructed by cops, these people are insane crooks, they try everything in their power to squeeze your wallet and abuse the systems in place to upcharge you, just consider the insanity of 30 minutes of driving costing 50 dollars and 30 hours of extremely subpar and frankly useless instruction costing over 500 dollars. They failed my child on the drivers test for going TOO SLOW and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ELSE, forcing us to spend another exorbitant fee on another driving test because they know the regular DMV system is a huge hassle. DON'T GO HERE FIND ANY OTHER DRIVING SCHOOL
Hello Holliman, I believe you left this review on the wrong school. We do not charge 50 dollars for the warmup prior to the road test. Our location does not try to upcharge anyone. We give options and unbiased opinions when asked for them and do what customers ask for when they purchase services for our location. As the owners, we monitor emails and voicemails outside of business hours and respond when necessary during those times. We are very accessible and responsive to concerns. We do not hassle anyone for minor mistakes. We follow DOL guidelines as required by them. The fee for reenrolling is based on DOL and the WAC requirements that teens are only allowed to miss 6 hours and make up the learning. At our location it is only 3 as our lessons are 2:20 in length. We do our best to work within the constraints of DOL to help all our teens be successful in learning to drive in the timeframe allowed. We are owned by law enforcement, our staff are military, law enforcement, medical, and class C drivers and we offer a vast array of skills and experience. If you have a problem with the state requiring drivers education you should take it up with state officials. Read the WAC for drivers education or you can have your teen wait to be 18 and to take the state testing for their license. Your accusation is 100% false that the 30+ hours of learning to drive is extremely subpar and frankly useless. In our opinion it’s not enough. You are lucky your in the USA where teens can drive under 18, other places in the world require much more learning and time and also be over 18 years old. Applicants can disqualify for driving more than 10 mph below the speed limit because it’s a danger on the road, especially at higher speed roads. This is from DOL and not driving schools. Customers must pay for services rendered, I am sure you pay for new phones and other items without stating they are exorbitant fees. We are happy to have a discussion with you, please give us a call during our posted hours.
Negative experience: Saw one of their cars get totaled a week or 2 ago from a student driving. For the record, the car was fully off the road and hit a tree. Either the instructor didn't do their job and stop the car, or the brakes weren't properly maintained.

Negative experience: genuinely the worst. i would not reccomend this place to anyone. the owner talks to you in the most degrading way possible and has the biggest ego due to him being a "former police officer" as he needed to state in the email lmao what a joke. learn how to treat others with respect.

Positive experience: I've enrolled two different children through the driving school and we have learned that they sell packages that expire if you don't consume them fast enough, but won't tell you the lessons have an expiration date at the time of sale. I'm also surprised to see my son's 1 hour lessons end after only 45 minutes, leading me to believe the instructors are cutting corners. That said, the instructors are relatively competent and provide valuable services. There are very few places to park in the lot, but you can sometimes find a spot or two if you drive into the eastern part of the strip parking lot. Otherwise, plan to drop your kids off and do some chores for an hour.
Our packages expire in 1 year because permits expire and we encourage everyone to get it all done within that year so you do not need to renew the permit. It is in our policies every customer gets. Our instructors often will leave early if all parties are present which make the return time early. I assure you we do not cut corners on lessons. We always tell the drivers we are leaving early so we will return early. We agree our instructors are competent and helpful with instructing customers in driving. Unfortunately we can not do anything about our parking lot. We have several repair shops and an enterprise we share the lot with. We too share that frustration.

Positive experience: Class sizes are too huge. Classes are always booked out forcing you to extend the course by paying extra. Even a slight delay is not excused and is a reason to pay more fees to extend the course.
Our teen course is 6 months for 5 drives and an observation. Our classes are not huge and we are able to meet our students needs. Waiting until the last 4 days of your course to complete tasks and not finishing your course in that time frame is not up to us. Extensions are granted for 2 months. We make it clear of the timeframes for the course as well as for makeup sessions. When you show up after the time unfortunately we can not help and you need to come back. We work hard to help all our students complete their course and send reminders out with all the information and do our part to help everyone finish timely.
Negative experience: I recommend you find another place. I scheduled a drive during school hours, because everything is filled up. They are overbooked. My son arrived at the correct time for the drive, the door was locked and no instructor there. After a very lengthy debate with the owner, we were not charged. This was a bad experience. They are not equipped for the number of post-Covid drivers trying to get training, in my opinion.
Hello Mr Miller, Please allow me to clarify your points. Your drive was scheduled by you on a Monday and our office is closed so the doors are locked per the signage on the door during drives. While there was no office staff at the time of your students drive there were 2 other instructors (other than yours) both with drives ending and starting at the time of your drive so there were staff in the building and movement at the start of the hour. The doors are locked between drives when there is no office staff present and instructors wait the 11 minutes into the hour before locking the door as they are told due to the state requirement of student teen drives be no less than 50 minutes. We do everything we can to make sure drives happen smoothly and on time from our end. If you find the door locked it must have been past 11 minutes of the hour. We are not overbooked and have lots of instructors who put up hours that work for them. Our "prime time" hours fill up as quick as they are added because of course there are more teens/adults wanting to drive as we have instructors. That being said we still have plenty of availability to support our school. We are very equipped to handle the amount of students we have and when students stay on top of their schedules, they have no trouble completing their drives for the course in the 6 month timeframe given. Glad your teen were able to also complete all drives in your 6 month timeframe.
Negative experience: I would never do business this place again! They kept failing the driving tests so you have to keep paying $75 for retest. They failed both my daughter’s driving tests… I was told if she had to wait for 6 months for driving test at WA DOL… so my daughter paid another $75 for the 3rd test and scheduled 3-4 weeks out! When I called DOL, they were able to get my daughter test scheduled in 2 weeks! She passed the test at DOL and paid only $45. When I called and asked for the refund at 911 Driving school, the office manager told me only $50 back as they have to keep $25 as “process fee”. Now 11 days later we have still not received the $50 refund! The office manager now told me she needs to contact the owner as she has no authority to process a refund! This is dishonest way to run a business especially mostly dealing with kids under 18!
Hello Angie, First lets start with failing driving tests, we are required to be objective and complete the testing per DOL standards. We do not fail anyone, they do not pass based on observed/standardized deductions and errors made. It often the case for customers to pass the road test on subsequent testing opportunities because they have taken the test prior and the anxiety/fear is much less. As far as schduling tests, we are usually book out 1-2 weeks in advance and do our very best to get customers tests complete as quickly as we are able. We are however glad that you were able to get into DOL quickly, that is often not the case we are told. Per the issue of the refund, owners complete the refunds for consistency and review of accounts. This process is handled as quickly as we are able given all the circumstances of each requested refund. It is not something that staff handle. Per the testing policies, that you clicked you reviewed and understand when signing up, on line 11, "There is a $25 processing fee for all refunds once a test is scheduled." Your test was scheduled. We have these policies in place for reasons. Your refund was given. As far as your dishonesty comment, we respectfully disagree with this as we are very transparent and work with all customers to help the best we can.
Fantastic experience: Just completed a 5-hour course at this driving school and successfully passed the test. Both of my instructors, Patrick and Dennis, were amazing teachers. Their professionalism, patience, and courtesy really stand out, making the learning experience delightful and productive. The test with warm up was very helpful, which allowed me to get better-prepared and pass the exam smoothly. Overall, I had a top-notch experience here and would highly recommend them to any prospective students.

Fantastic experience: Patrick Korbel was my examiner for the road test. I have to say I had an amazing experience. I was very nervous about the test. But he made sure I was comfortable. Cracked a few good jokes too just to get my nervousness under control. He is a very fair examiner and if you want to give your road test or need instructional lessons, request for him!

Negative experience: The instructor took a jolly ride and the only instruction he gave was go faster. No realtime feedback. He ended the session 10 mins early no feedback nothing. Waste of money. Update: 1. My wife took that class. 2. Makes real sense to ask a person with subpar control to go faster. 3. The instructor ended the session early and didn't give a reason for it. When I asked inside, they mentioned its for giving feedback and clean the car, but he didn't give any feedback or clean the car. He drove with another student without any cleaning. 4. Looks like he just wanted to finish the session without giving any valuable feedback or any feedback. He was there just for the sake for being there. Be careful
Karthi, Can you please tell me who the instructor was? Your name does not come up in the system. I’ve taught for many years, generally if all I’m asking the student is to go faster that means general control of the vehicle is sub par which does not allow me to teach anything else. Real time instruction is difficult for an instructor when they have to worry about getting hit from behind because the student can’t pick up speed.

Negative experience: This place can schedule appointment only in phone but it is busy most of the time. I had to call multiple times to be answered. Next, they have visibility of next few weeks but none are available. Next availability would be in next month but we have to call every day to know if booking has begun. Ridiculous!!
Our driving school in summer is busy with teens who are required to have drivers education to begin driving and cannot have lessons during school times in the winter months. They do take priority. We do our very best to answer all calls in a timely fashion however we also have customers in the store we are helping throughout the day and at times are unable to answer the phone. Our phone message clearly states to leave a message and we will do our best to return all calls in 48 business hours. Please leave a message next time and we will answer calls in the order received. We are generally booked out a few weeks unless there is a cancellation of which we do our best to fill so sometimes appointments are quick to get started and sometimes it may take a few weeks, much like a doctors office with scheduling appointments. I am sure it is not ridiculous to wait 2 weeks for next month to come when booking other appointments, especially with doctor offices. We do the best we can with the available hours. Our instructors put up hours when they are able to work and in summer like many others take time off. We try our best to get everyone on the road learning to drive as quickly as we can.
Fantastic experience: Finally passed my drive test. I highly recommend Patrick as he is a great teacher, very professional. He gave me many tricks and tips which are of huge help. He is also with a good sense of humor, making me not that nervous during the test.

Negative experience: Arranged for my written test and did it awhile back. Didn't do so hot and ended up failing my first attempt. Haven't gone back because when the test got scored and handed back they were beyond rude about me failing my attempt. Least yall could do is be polite about it and say better luck next time instead of making us feel like garbage for failing.

Had this come to my attention last year when you allege it occurred, I could have investigated and got to the bottom of it. Fantastic experience: I passed my driving test today !! I took few classes here at 911 driving school Bothell. Patrick was my instructor .He is an amazing instructor.I was little nervous before.But ,after taking few classes with him. I was able to improve my driving skills and confidence.He is very experienced and explains things very patiently and tells the pointers where you need some more practice. I would recommend this place to others .

Fantastic experience: Loved working with Brenna, Colin and Dennis. Dennis is the best instructor. He helps boost your confidence by taking you straight on the road and not just in the parking lot. Brenna at the reception is extremely patient with whenever you need to call to schedule a different time for the lesson. The owner though is not very polite to talk to but the staff is super friendly and helpful.
We are very happy our staff were Kind and patient and helped you become more confident with driving. As owners, we often are the ones to have the difficult conversations that need to happen when situations arise.
Fantastic experience: Just passed my drivers test today with Collin! My journey so far with this school was absolutely amazing. I took around 6 lessons in total here before starting my drivers test and this school taught me from being a complete beginner who didn't even know how to properly reverse a car to being able to drive completely on my own in just a month. I was unable to practice with my parents so this school pretty much taught me everything I know. Every instructor I had was kind, patient, and had a passion to teach new drivers like me. So I'd like to thank Joe, Eric, Collin, and all my other instructors of helping me achieve my license. I do wish scheduling could be done on the website though, but aside from that everything else went stellar.

Negative experience: Obviously they do not care about the saftey of other drivers on the road. I have witnessed multiple times with multiple vehicles and instructors allowing students to drive into opposite lans of traffic. Driving down the middle of a 4 lane road driving on the dividing lines between lanes and the list goes on and on. If they are to be ex police as instructors they have to be the ones that aged out or got fired because i would say a video game could teach someone better then this place. Just don't use them look at their negative reviews and their responses to them.. save your money and go someplace else. This place needs to be shut down.
Hello Tim, Your review is HIGHLY inaccurate and misplaced. We are confident in our teaching skills of new drivers from all over the world and all levels of experience. All of our cars are visably marked as instruction cars and it is expected that mistakes will happen as the drivers are novices and we are helping them overcome the fears of driving and improving their skills. We would love to have examples of where this intersection and./or road was so we can verify if there is any clout to your statement. Positive experience: They were inexpensive and worth the time but they do adhere to strict regulations by the department of licensing so don't be amazed if you get failed for something you thought was right, they were courteous well educated and even though I had to do it twice the driving part always make sure to get the proper information prior to the driving part that they do have at their disposal thank you again you guys were good
Hi Richard, We are required to adhere to strict DOL regulations for testing since the test is standardized. You are correct we are able to provide “what’s on the road test” handout if asked for it ahead of time. Our instructors go through training to properly administer the exams and hold all customers to the standards set by DOL and that training. Happy and safe driving.
Fantastic experience: Had my road test with Instructor Patrick today. He was so nice and patient. I was a little nervous at first, and he tried his best to make me feel relaxed. Negative experience: My friend took the driving test with 40 min practice and the instructor didn’t even answer any questions she had during the practice portion. Not sure why it states on the website that, “Testers will answer questions and practice any skills the customer wishes to work on during the warm up period”. That was clearly false advertising, I can’t believe they charged her $110 when they didn’t even help her during the practice portion. I strongly recommended you avoid this place, the instructor didn’t even give her a photocopy of the exam sheet. Really unprofessional I suggest you go to Xcelerate, at least they won’t over charge you or scam you.

Fantastic experience: I took my road test today and passed. I took 5 classes with 911 bothell and they have excellent instructors. This place is very organized. I took most of my classes with Joe who is very detailed and is very patient . My test instructor was Patrick and he was super nice and thorough when he gave me the details about the points in the end. It was a good learning experience at 911 bothell. I highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: I get lesson from Patrick most of the time and he's a really good coach.while you are driving, he will tell you things that you need to pay attention to so you have an idea what should you keep an eye on. He also teaches in detail the steps of doing things(for example the steps of turning).

Fantastic experience: A great place that I would recommend to everyone! I took a class at this location. All the instructors are kind people who are great at teaching the subjects and also making it interesting. The driving part of the course is also very practical and informative. Patrick, Stuart and Joe were my instructors. They are very professional, straight forward, and very patient. They help you build the courage you will need to learn how to drive. Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend them enough, I had the luck to have a lesson with Collin and take my driving test with Patrick and they were both wonderful. They were very patient and always took time to explain areas of improvement and were always super respectful. Negative experience: Totally unprofessional. Cancelled 11am appointment at 11.05 and does not have courtesy drop off(since it’s their fault) after I dropped my wife at the driving school. I am sure they would have took off the entire class fee if I did the same, ie cancelling appointment after the class start time. After taking the fee, they make it hard to book the appointments, they don’t have any open slots during weekends and even their weekday appointment is one month out and cannot book more than 4 appointments at any time. Now, I have to chase them to book my missed appointment which is no fault of mine and scheduling my remaining upcoming appointments which would be one month out on a weekday. Totally frustrating experience
Your driving instructor had a family emergency and was unable to complete the drive as scheduled. We are sorry for the last minute notification. It was out of our control.

Positive experience: Very good teaching instructors. Patrick and Denis taught skills well. Margaret ensured my test experience was less stressful. The only con is that it’s tough to reach the school office through phone to know their test and class availability. My phone calls weren’t answered, but pick up phone calls weren’t answered, but going in person and scheduling classes or tests works
We are happy that our instructors were very good and calm during your lessons and testing and that you were able to be booked during our peak season. We do our very best to answer all phone calls when we are able as testers and walk in customers allow. We strive to answer all voicemails within a 24 hour return. If no voicemail is left unfortunately we do not know who called or what the call was for. Please leave messages for future needs. Happy and safe driving.

Negative experience: While the tutor I had was awesome, the front desk guys need to learn a lot about how to communicate with the customers. I had called in sick a couple of hours before my class as I had a terrible backache. I left a voice mail. No one responded. I didn’t even get a call back acknowledging that they have received the message. No response to the email as well. Gave me an impression that they’re keeping you in the dark and waiting to charge you that $40. The person who spoke to me gave a classic example of a doctor charging you for no show despite booking an appointment. That honestly makes no sense (though it was stated in their policy) here because you’ve already paid for all the classes before. When questioned further, he said that we’re only paying for the driving classes and not for the cancellation. I guess these guys expect you to attend the classes even though you have symptoms of COVID or flu to avoid the $40 fee because *clearly* that’s what their policy states. It’s pitiful that these guys are not at all being flexible about their archaic policies especially during times like these. I’m more than happy to pay twice as much and take my business elsewhere than dealing with them. Good luck to anyone who joins because dealing with their rude customer service is nothing short of a nightmare.

Missed lessons or cancellations less than 24 hours before the lesson will result in a $40 missed drive fee for 60-minute office lessons. An additional $15 will be added for pickup/drop off lessons. Showing up for a lesson without a valid license or permit will result in a missed drive fee. While it is never our desire to charge a fee, once we are withing the 24 hours window we are obligated to pay our instructors their regular rate of pay whether the drive is complete or not." You called this morning at 9:59am to cancel a drive that was at 11am. That is outside the 24 hour cancelation policy and the charge is automatic. We replied to your email as soon as we were able to later in the day notifying you of the charge and attempted to reschedule at a later date. We simply stated the policy to you over the phone and attempted to assist you with locating the policy on the website for a review as you have to click a box when enrolling stating that your read and understand the policies. We also set you up with drives on weekends during our peak season of summer to help you with your learning to drive to accommodate your needs. We wish you the best of luck and hope your back (which you said was the reason for cancelling) feels better soon.
Negative experience: My wife joined the classes here. They have very poor customer service. I am not sure they understand how to talk to a customer. My wife was sick on the day of the class and we had a few questions about the no show fee. Firstly they didn’t lift the call when we called in the morning 2 hours before the class. There was no call back and we ended up seeing the 40 dollar no show fee. When we called again, the way they answered makes me feel they lack empathy. We ended up canceling the rest of the classes, as I didn’t find the place safe enough after the way they spoke. Wouldn’t recommend the classes to anyone from my end. Note that, the problem was less the 40 dollars fee they charged for the no show(which doesn’t make sense though their policy states that) and more about the unprofessional attitude and the tone in which they were responding to customer questions. To be fair to the driving tutor, he was very professional and good.

Negative experience: I recommended this place for my boyfriend to take his driver's test since this is where I passed and they were very nice. I have regretted the recommendation since. One day before his drive test my boyfriend suffered a seizure and had to cancel. They still charged a full cancellation fee, and then months later tried to claim he never paid it to get more money from him, when he explained that he had a seizure and was unable to take the test due to not only medical advice but also,, the LAW (you cannot drive for 6 months after having a seizure)... They said it didn't matter and they still charge for cancellations. I'm usually not one to write reviews even if the experience was bad because I know people have off days and make mistakes, but to me this was a choice and really dismissive of his horrible situation. A seizure is not something you choose to do or have any control over, and the cancellation fee to a degree makes sense because it was sudden but they were so insensitive about the entire situation and really made me feel like they don't have respect for their clients, they only care about good reviews and making money

Negative experience: I took 5 classes here, they give me 3 different instructors, they didn’t teach me properly on parking on curve, parallel parking etc. After 5 lessons, I practiced by myself by watching YouTube videos. I gave the driving test after 1.5 months of practicing. The instructor who took my road test, didn’t communicated me well, at the end of test he said I didn’t passed. When I asked, he said I scored 67 but didn’t explain where I made mistakes. They even didn’t give me the photocopy of my exam sheet. After two days, I went to the Everett 911 driving school, took the road test and passed easily. I would not recommend anyone to this driving school.
In reviewing your record, Our instructors helped transition you from a novice driver to a driver and worked on skills for the test and how to be a safe and confident driver. Having multiple instructors helps customers learn from various viewpoints as each instructor looks at and teaches a little differently. Our instructors are kind and genuine in helping customers learn to be safe on the road. The expectation of having 5 lessons with minimal practice between then passing the road test is a tough feat for all learning drivers. We strive to get all our customers safe and confident on the road.We happily provide a copy of the results of the test to any and all customers that request it. We strongly encourage all customers to practice what we teach between lessons so we can advance the difficulty of each lesson. We are happy that you were able to pass the test the second time, less nerves and knowing what is required on the test helps the second go around. We wish you the very best with your driving.

Fantastic experience: Great team of instructors. Professional and safe. During Covid they offered online training, required masks and ensured the cars were cleaned before new drivers started their lesson. They were very flexible with timing. My son passed on his first attempt!

Fantastic experience: Had a really pleasant experience here with one brush up lesson and a road test. Enpart is a great instructor and made me feel at ease when doing my test even though I was nervous. The cars are compact and nifty so there's not too much stress about parallel parking etc. 10/10 would recommend this place

Negative experience: I don't agree with you about making affirmations about my tests. The second time I took this test I noticed was something wrong with the speed in the car I had to control with the brake being careful to don't make a bad stop and hurt the instructor next to me. I told her 3 times during that test was something wrong with that and her answer was, "it's ok, that happens with these cars". Then happened what you are saying I was going 33 in a 25. She asked me if I knew the speed limit in that place and I answered right away it was 25 because I knew it, but I was more focused trying to control that problem in your car. Then she said about I did wrong the parking on the uphill. They gave me papers, videos, I read the manual again, to come and they said the curb there was a "soft curb" so I should put my wheels to the direccion of the curb. I told her in the manual of the state of Washington says, curb or without curb no about "soft curbs". I told her she can check it on the manual and she did and she said, "I dont like here doesn't say about the soft curb but it's what it is". It what it is? Is what she says it is and she said to me she didn't even read the manual because she came from California when she was 16 and she didn't need to take that so she just passed the road test and now she tests people. ??? I took a test with a person who didn't even read the manual of the State of Washington! And I paid for the third time for a car with issues! Because I told her and she confirmed me it. Then she wanted to give me an advice about when I stop in the stop signs I should do it passing the stop sign to can see and I said, the other instructor told me it's ok to stop behind the stop sign and then in case I cant see good I can go a little more to can see and she told me to just stop passing the stop? In the paper they gave me is so clear where says: Note: if after you stop at correct stop and vision is obstructed then inch forward to open your line of sight to make sure it is safe to go... Your own paper says that! 2 times I was super scared and I agree I didn't do it well but this last time I was completely confident and paying 60 dollars 3 times, one in Kirkland and two in Bothell for me this is really suspicious.
DOL sets high standards for test takers. Your second attempt unfortunately you were observed doing 33 in a clearly marked 25. That is speeding. Best of luck

Negative experience: Today in this place I was absurdly mistreated by an instructor who took the proof from my hand without even explaining the reason to me. arrogant and stupid, I believe he is a xenophobic, he thought I would be a Spaniard, but I'm Brazilian and I'm learning English, I couldn't understand the reason for his ignorance, a very arrogant and xenophobic bald. I don't recommend this place to anyone. I am waiting for the return of my money, because he did not want me to do anything there.
We are not xenophobic. We are a diverse employer and help people from all over the world learn how to drive here in Washington. You however were observed to be cheating on the test after being instructed, in English as well as Portuguese using google translate, on how to mark the answers on the test. We issued you your refund the same day.
Fantastic experience: By far the best driving school, came in not knowing how too drive , did 5 lessons and then my test and past on my first try !!! I do recommend this school , they have the most amazing staff , everything worked out like it should’ve !! I’m just so happy and excited too start driving . Thank you guys soo much for everything and the help you’ve given me !!!

Fantastic experience: This driving school was the best decision I have ever made. It is the epitome of a good and well organized driving school. There were many instructors, all with same attitude, striving to make you the best driver you can be. They are very friendly and try to make conversation as much as they can without distracting you from driving. By far the best option when it comes to learning how to drive the right way!!

Fantastic experience: This driving school is outstanding. The moment I walked in I felt welcomed by the staff. They were ready to help me reach my goals. I drove with Enpart and he is a great instructor. I took an hour lesson with him and a warm up before the exam, and within a few days I got my license. Enpart taught me all the necessary skills to drive safely. He has tons of experience and his teaching style is easy to understand. He was especially helpful with parallel parking! I get nervous before exams and he helped me calm down and feel confident. Thank you again Enpart! I highly recommend this driving school.

Fantastic experience: This driving school is amazing! I loved all the instructors and my driving skills immensely improved as time went by. I just took my driver's test and it went pretty well; Enpart was a great instructor and I passed on my first try!

Fantastic experience: I just passed my driving test. I took 10 lessons driving class. 4 instructors named Dennis, Jennifer, Enpart and Liam taught me driving. Dennis understood my level of driving and taught what I need to improve on. Jennifer gave me confidence initially and focuses on being cautious on roads. Enpart made me drive with safety in mind. Liam made me drive confidently and kept me improve my driving skills with each class I had with him. Overall, this driving school is great and best. As I learned with multiple instructors, each one analysed what I should improve on and made me confident with driving finally and I cracked the test. Cars, reception lobby are all clean with sanitizers all around. They provided me with wipes for cleaning before each drive. Best place to learn driving! Thanks a lot, 911 Driving School of Bothell!
