Fantastic experience: I passed my road test today because of them. I picked this school because it was the best reviewed in the area, and I wanted to work with the best. I had never driven before in 30+years, so I was actually scared of the thought of driving. From the 1st day, instructor Judomi made me feel at ease and gave good, solid directions. He corrected my mistakes and showed me how to do better. I felt more and more confident after every lesson and my driving improved a lot. I can't believe just a few months ago that I was scared of driving and now I can't even process the idea of not driving. I'm on cloud 9 right now and it's all because of the way this school teaches, and treats you like a person. Plus, I got a nice certificate from them at the end to help lower my auto insurance as a new driver. If you want to pass your road test, pick Primary!!

Fantastic experience: I went for a few lessons and the test, my instructor was very easy going and helped me build confidence în my driving, and then the instructor who took me to the test helped to review the information and made things clear. Which all lead to me passing! I'm very thankful for this school and I would recommend it to anyone who asked.

Fantastic experience: Primary driving school is the best driving schools, I was enrolled in the 16 year old driving program and they handled everything for me. When it came to driving, my instructor, Judomi, was incredibly nice and helpful. He told me what I did wrong and told me exactly how to fix it, he trusted me, and he was also very communicative, he taught me how to drive like a pro without being harsh and rude.

Fantastic experience: I took my lessons from this institute and it was an excellent experience. My instructor JUDOMI is so patience, kind and supportive. He helped learn driving very easily and comfortably, teaching from basic to being a good responsible driver. From driving, to turns and parallel parking he was so good at all in teaching. This helped me boost my confidence and I passed my test at once. Fernando, also helped me book my test and was very helpful. For driving lessons, I recommend this institute. They are super nice, helpful and friendly and good teacher.

Negative experience: No la recomiendo. Especialmente si eres nuevo conduciendo, a los instructores le falta paciencia para enseñar. Reply: I did not pass my road test due to my lack of experience driving. That is exactly why I'm higligthing, that for those that do not have any experience driving should not got to this school. I did not receive a profesional experience at all, the firts instructor forgot to return my permit back and the whole time was making innapropiated coments and jokes. And the second instructor started better but it was the same at the end. Again, a lot of this instructor lack patience to teach. And the only reason why I took two classes was because the firts instructor told me that I was ready. I planned to continue learning at this school, but after thinking it over there is no way I'm going to keep trusting this people with my time and money. Noboby has to take my word for it. I recomend anybody thinking on going to this check the reviews on yelp and to analise the tone of this replies in this reviews, and that will tell you if this people are true professional or not. Fantastic experience: My instructor Judomi, who was really helpful, and after just 6 hours 3 classes I feel like I can pass my driving test. I would suggest him since he is excellent at breaking down tasks into manageable steps and showing you how to execute them.He is chill and funny to be around and try to make the classes easy and entertaining.

Negative experience: If I could rate O stars I would, everyone here is rude especially the guy at the front desk, we had a problem and my instructor told me to call the office to solve it, the guy at the front desk basically called me a liar but all did was tell him what the instructor told me to do, he told me that he spoke to the instructor and she said she never said or advised me to do that, so am I making stuff up? They told me to stop by to talk to them and I didn’t end up doing that because the disrespect they serve tires you out and drains you, they don’t give you any room to talk and explain yourself, they don’t hear you out at all and don’t try to work things out with you, I’m never coming back or recommending this place to anyone. I strongly advise looking elsewhere. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment. There are plenty of other options that are not only more affordable but also treat their customers with respect and courtesy. Avoid this place at all costs!

Fantastic experience: II AM OFFICIALLY STREET LEGAL thanks to Primary Driving School!!! I called this school 5 days before my road test and the owner, Fernando was so helpful in fitting me in for a lesson and the road test date. For such a short notice, he made sure it worked with my availability and my preference. Also, the prices are so exceptional for the quality of service they give. I only booked one lesson and then the next, was the road test. The instructor assigned to me was Victor, and he was such a great guy. He was so patient, clear and taught me the little tricks in parking that got me to do it perfectly after 2 tries. I'm usually an anxious driver, but he made me feel very comfortable behind the wheel. On the day of my road test, I decided to add a 50-min lesson prior to going to the test. This time, Fernando himself actually instructed me. This just shows how much this driving school cares about their students because Fernando could've simply told me that all his instructors were all booked, but instead, he made the time to personally teach me and take me to my road test. Fernando gave me the best tricks and tips to remember when it comes to the Wayne road test site. He is very knowledgeable, clear and concise and he made sure you understood. He gave me scenarios of when I make a mistake, and how I can adjust myself to fix it. He makes you think out of the box! When it came to the road test, every tips both victor and fernando gave, helped me out so much and aced parking, k turn, reversing and turns. Imagine, I only started driving and because of them, they got me to pass in under 5 minutes. I recommend this school to everyone!!! 10/10 quality service. Thank you so much Victor and Fernando!

Negative experience: My son found the lady instructor to be excellent, teaching him everything he needed. However, the gentleman in the office was disappointingly rude when I called to inquire about my son's progress after a 6-hour lesson. His raised voice and lack of courtesy were not reflective of proper client treatment. Subject: Clarification on Recent Interaction My review was an honest one and you responded with a long lie and gaslighting comments. I am not stupid I can understand English very well. Yes I have an accent because I was not born and raised here in the US but i can speak 4 languages. I only ask you once to repeat your statement because you were cutting off. I didn’t blame you for anything nor complaining. I was just asking you about the progress of my son and how to get the certificate for his finished driving lesson. And I know I asked you in a polite manner. But you answered me sarcastically like you were unhappy answering my questions with your raised voice. I hope you won’t treat your future clients like you did to me for your business to be more successful. I wish you well and your business.

Negative experience: Gina was a great instructor on the first driving practice. However, the day of the driving test my daughter had a review practice test with another girl that was rude and told her that she will not pass the test which got her even more nervous. Very unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: May seem pricey at first but when you get behind the wheel with the instructors from this driving school it seems like pocket change. Clear, calm, and patient instructors. I would definitely recommend for new student drivers. Never touched a steering wheel before or after my permit, but after just three lessons I passed my driving test.

I called within the same week of my road test since the car I was using got the engine light on and they were able to help me. Even tho your suppose to call in advance.
