Negative experience: Highly disappointed with his services. Didn’t teach my daughter to drive, kept telling ME I had to practice with her….. the whole point of hiring someone is bc I can’t. Package states 5 one hour road lessons…he instead bulked them into 3 lessons as to not waste 2 extra days coming out. He didn’t even teach her how to park or do a three point U-turn within those 5 hours. I requested a partial refund for services that weren’t done yet after many months of no communication. He then started to get on top of it to schedule the road test (then scheduled on a day I said she wasn’t avail). My daughter got extremely sick (ended up being Covid) the night before her test and he asked “She don’t want to go for the road test?” WTH???!!! Then continues with “can’t be cancelled less than 24hrs…….. you terminated from your side, not our side. So don’t ask for a refund!” (Verbatim) Waste of money!!!!!! *In response to your response. I never used foul language with you, I have every text to prove it. Your office is not far from where I lived, merely 17 minutes. You are very dismissive and condescending; I only accepted your doubling up on time bc I truly thought you would do what I paid you for, your job. And I am a very responsible parent and have been doing myself what you were suppose to do that I paid you for. I thought I was being responsible by hiring a “professional” . But once again your response to this review was true to who you are, very condescending. **btw I don’t like to and I rarely give a negative review…. But when I do it’s bc it was that bad. **you have mostly good reviews and I hope you don’t treat anybody else the way I experienced.

Positive experience: Global academy was very helpful in getting me back to driving on the road again after almost 10 years. Only feedback I have for the academy is to teach their students a systematic method for specific things like parallel/90 degree parking during the classes. Otherwise, the instructor was very supportive and helpful in the classes. For someone who does not have a car, these classes were especially helpful as you are picked up and off from your residence. You are also provided with training in various scenarios: residential, highway, and downtown, all of which are extremely important for new drivers.

The first thing was “Observation can save your life, so always check your Blind Spots” He also said that when the examiner tells you to move out, wait until there are no cars coming. Even if they tell you to go it is driver safety so just wait till the road is clear. I

Fantastic experience: Amazing to know how to correct parallel parking. To make a best parallel parking, always need to coordinate your brake and steering. Without coordination, no parallel parking can be made. For the first time in my life, I drove in the highway today. Amazing driving lessons, and teaching lessons.

Negative experience: This guy definitely writes fake reviews or forces people to write good ones. The owner is absolutely unprofessional and hung up the phone on me when I tried addressing an issue and then proceeded to tell me not to contact him as if I was not a paying customer. Gives a fixed price but will add random charges every week. Very disgusting and rude the way he speaks to his customers and refuses to give me a refund. STAY AWAY from this place is you want someone who will be patient with you or your kids when they’re learning how to drive.
