Negative experience: Terrible customer service and never delivered the testing service ordered and paid for. First this company cancelled the appointment with no notice, then never contacted for rescheduling as they said, and now when requesting a refund cannot get anyone to speak with us!!! Thieves!!!!!

Negative experience: They deserve negative stars. I had a horrible, horrible experience with AFSI. Attempts to call them led to a constantly full voicemail, so your message reaches no one. Instructors cancelled classes without notice almost every time. I would be waiting for my 8am class to start, no one shows up, and at 10am the instructor would text that he can't make it. What was the point of scheduling?? And funnily, they charge the student if you cancel class without advance notice, but instructors just cancel last moment at the drop of a hat. I cycled through 4 instructors this way, trying to get the 6 lessons I signed up for done ASAP, and fighting for a successful reschedule took up an entire year. They provide subpar service but try to keep you locked in by not giving you a refund. I wanted to stop my lessons with them and learn elsewhere, but they argued that they couldn't refund me and had to complete my lessons with them. At their rate of getting things done, would I wait for YEARS for a chance to maybe "eventually" learn to drive, instead of learning somewhere else? When I wanted to get the road test done with them (which I had paid for up front as a part of the package), I was informed that they were no longer conducted at my location, and suggested I could pay extra to take the test in a different city. It was ridiculous that they weren't just offering it for free as a courtesy for all the trouble they put me through - I had my classes canceled without notice and was left hanging, I had to repeatedly call their customer service (of other locations, so they could hopefully connect me with the one in Gainesville) to remind them to follow up with my reschedule request (instead of them reaching out to me) to even GET the classes I had paid for - stretching the whole ordeal to a year instead of a few weeks of convenient lessons as originally scheduled. I finally managed to convert the road test payment into extra class time. On my final day my instructor "recommended" that I needed more hours of lessons to "drive better". Lol. No way I was dealing with this school anymore.

Negative experience: DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! We paid $434.68 for lessons and never received a single one! We repeatedly scheduled lessons, and the instructor was a no show each time. The company could not be contacted for a refund. THIS BUSINESS IS A SHAM--STAY AWAY!

Fantastic experience: I recently had a fantastic experience with Allfloridasafety Driving School and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of driving lessons. From start to finish, the staff at Allfloridasafety Driving School were incredibly professional, courteous, and helpful. They took the time to assess my driving skills and needs, and developed a personalized lesson plan that was tailored to my specific needs. The instructor, Jen Kasgnoc was patient, knowledgeable, and supportive, providing me with clear and concise instructions and constructive feedback that helped me improve my driving skills quickly. Overall, great experience!

Negative experience: I wish I can give them 0 star and report them to some kind of bureau for scams, paid more than a thousand for my daughter, one year already the course still have couple hours left and no one contact us. They have been keeping changing the instructor and keep rescheduling and never got my daughter scheduled. Some kind of department should have them closed down and revoke their business license.and I keep calling them, no one answers.

Negative experience: Not sure why this place has a 4.7 rating. This company is impossible to get ahold of. My daughter waited almost 10 weeks to get scheduled only after having to send several emails to do so. We waited patiently after being told it would take 8 weeks to get scheduled. After finally getting assigned an instructor after having to complain she got scheduled. We signed up for her to have 3 two hour sessions. We are still waiting for her driver for the third lesson after he cancelled once and then never showed for the third rescheduled session saying he had personal celebration to attend and forgot to let her know he needed to reschedule again. She has been trying for a week now to get a response back for a reschedule for last session. Needless to say we may end up having to go in person to talk to a manager. When you pay almost $500 for driving lessons it shouldn't be this hard to get what you paid for.

Negative experience: Because we had a good experience two years ago, we tried this company again and it has been a disaster. We didn’t schedule a lesson because it was going to be 4 to 8 weeks to get an appointment. No one showed up to the driving test appointment which took multiple calls to reschedule (due to Covid). Now emails and phone calls are not being answered. Today I received a call back but was not given a refund. Avoid this company.

Negative experience: Took my money and did not provide the services promised. I came from Germany and had scheduled training months for my son in advanced and ALL Florida did not come through. Constant cancellations and no support. After a month I had to return to Germany and they would not give me a refund. I can not fathom how they are allowed to operate. This company is not honest or trustworthy.

Negative experience: Booked driving test appointment online Site charged my credit card No show instructor on date/time for the appointment 50 minutes waiting on the telephone for them to pick and hang up. There was a parked car with the company logo at the shopping plaza address, office is mid construction and empty.

Negative experience: If I could give this business 0 stars I would. Do NOT give them your money. They won't tell you this upfront but there are NO refunds no matter what (goodbye, sweet $500. You will be missed). They claim they'll contact you to schedule your lessons within 2-4 days (they did not). Trying to contact anyone in this business is a nightmare. You can try the central number (and be on hold for an hour or more) or try the local number (and be on hold for an hour or more). Pick your poison, I guess. I have sent at least 3 emails, none of which were responded to. I spent one day on the phone for an hour, ending the call when I realized nothing would come of it. I spend more than an hour on hold today (again, goodbye to my time and money) just to be told I would have to wait TWO MONTHS for the next available lesson. I was put on hold for 10 minutes while they sent an email of my availability to the scheduling department and told I would be contacted within a few days to schedule my lesson (we'll see if that ever happens). I was then hung up on before I could ask any further questions. Did I mention they don't give refunds? Yeah, don't waste your time with these guys. Teaching yourself will work out better (and save you money. Again. No refunds!)

Negative experience: We paid for the lessons and no one ever contacted us. I had to call and wait on hold for 30 minutes to make the appointments. Now we’re waiting for our first in-car lesson and no one is here, twenty minutes after our appointment started. I called the one number for the entire state of Florida and I’m currently 23rd on the call waitlist to see what’s going on. So frustrating. How can a company run this poorly?

Fantastic experience: I had a great time learning to drive with these guys. Mr Franko was a great instructor and I wish him the best. If you’re looking for some practice, this is the place to go.

Fantastic experience: I had a great lesson in driving a manual transmission with Paul. He started by explaining the mechanics of a manual transmission, then moved onto some basics in shifting and lower gear driving that I did not know when I first tried driving stick many years ago. It clicked and we got some experience in traffic and on a hill later. Made me confident to open up my car buying options to some potentially more rewarding cars. We did have some hiccups in scheduling because it was Christmas week but they were accomadating on rescheduling.

Fantastic experience: The scheduling team took great care of us. We personally worked with Yomary the manager who did our road test on the testers lunch break. I purchased the 18 hour package. During this time I completely learned to drive. My instructor was Adrian. He made me feel safe and confident without any experience. I had no driving experience and now I'm catching bad drivers mistakes. I appreciate such a great team.

Negative experience: This isn’t a good company ! The workers and driving instructors are great that’s why I’m giving 1 star….but the company itself and management is terrible. I was told I needed more hours of driving time because I wasn’t ready yet and I signed up for the courses and took off of work for the days of my lessons.I told them that I was moving in march so they scheduled me perfectly so I’d have time to do what I needed for my move.The instructor I had at the time (he’s awesome) left the company which threw the training schedule completely off and they told me they had to reschedule me when I suggested a refund due to me moving and the person I spoke with said they’d talk to the manager about it and manager never contacted me…instead They told me they could schedule around my time and sent a driver from a different location who didn’t know the area and didn’ t know where to take me to drive (Im not from Gainesville either) on top of that it was also night time…I worked 12 hr shifts and still attempted to do the course and was very tired when I got off work but still I attempted to do lessons! Also I ended up testing positive for Covid which later led to pneumonia I told them I’d send proof if they needed it …after the whole ordeal I called all Florida multiple times and different locations and they said they’d have to send a message for the area manager to get with me…the area manager never got with me …moral of the story I got bamboozled out of my money for lessons(I also wasn’t notified of a refund policy since I purchased it in person with a live person …you guys should disclose this)

Fantastic experience: I was really scared to drive but Mr James did a good work with me, thank u so much, highly recommended. Specially for people who are adults and never drive before.

Fantastic experience: Earlier I had awful experience with this training center where my lessons got cancelled/postponed and I had to keep on waiting for classes to start. But lately, Miss. Kaitlin, the customer Service support/Claims & Disputes Analyst pitched in and sorted out the issues for me. She made sure the training sessions are finished on/before the promised dates. I must admit that the trainers at this center are skillful and knowledgeable. By the grace of God, I passed my driving test today. I thank the institute and trainers for providing the valuable driving tips and helping me to pass my test.

Fantastic experience: I had 2 hours practice with Michael before the test and it was worth it.. Michael was very patient and corrected every single mistake i did while practice.. By the end of the 2 hours, i felt calm n confident to take the test and Passed it!

Negative experience: After making the payment online, I had to call them many time to have in-car lessons scheduled. They keep saying that they will call you to schedule the classes but they never did it. The first class was 45 days after making the payment. The second lesson was canceled without any notification 10 days ago. Since then, nobody ever contacted me to reschedule it. I tried calling them and they said that they will send an email with the day of the next class (so far, nothing). I don't recommend this company, waist of money.

Fantastic experience: The lessons really helped me turn things around, after failing my first test. James and Rebecca's guidance especially made for a non-intimidating, positive learning experience! I also really appreciated the feedback from Paul. Don't forget to stop at the stop line AND the stop line!

Fantastic experience: Area manager Jill went above and beyond. Amazing experience. Shyane my driving examiner, was not intimidating at all, providing the fact that even though this is a test it felt like I naturally knew what I was doing.

Negative experience: Been struggling to just get in touch with anyone in this office for 5 months. Gave up for a while and decided to try again - couple weeks ago when I talked to someone in the corporate office who said they’d have the Gainesville office contact me and still haven’t heard anything back. Not to mention, my first lessons were with someone who taught me basically nothing. He was on his phone and asked me personal questions about my life the whole time and then encouraged me to get on a main road during rush hour. When I had another lesson the instructor was fine and gave me the packet I was supposed to get on my first lesson, but was very obviously annoyed at the teaching of the first instructor All in all, has been an awful experience. Never got my driving test, which means I never got the driving insurance break, which was the whole reason I spent so much money on this course.

Fantastic experience: I started with zero experience, and one month later I passed the road test! Lots of thanks to my instructor Michael, who has always been very professional and patient. The test with Yomary was also a great experience. I would highly recommend this place for learning driving and road test.

Negative experience: My wife took 8-hour driving lessons from the Gainesville office. 8-hour is a decent time for anyone to learn driving. However, we mostly spent our effort and energy to reschedule last-minute cancelled lessons. The instructor did not have any interest to teach. Most surprisingly, the office is the same. We even did not receive a completion certificate. I don’t normally write negative review unless I experience a really bad experience. Unfortunately, this was one of them. We basically wasted our money and time.

Passed the driving test with them and it’s really convenient. They can pick you up and drop you off for your appointments which is especially great if you’re a college student who doesn’t have a car yet. 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic experience: Due to the increase in Covid-19 cases, our local DMV was closed this past July and I couldn’t take my son in for his road test that he’d been waiting to take… I found All Florida Safety Institute through a google search for other DMVs that were open for the road test, and I’m so glad google led me here! It was truly worth every penny! The process was smooth and simple, and our driving instructor was so friendly and patient. He made my son feel comfortable, not intimidated, so my son passed on the first try! I will be bringing the rest of my kids here for their tests in the future because, again, it’s worth every penny!

Negative experience: If I could put 0 review, I would. This place is trash. Took my daughter here for an hour lesson and driving test — they didn’t even teach her anything or comment on her driving whilst on the hour of lesson. Completely useless! My daughter had been driving in Maryland/DC/Virginia for 3 months now and this place failed her because she wasn’t straight on her parking? Even tho she didn’t hit the cone? What? That doesn’t make sense. I’m not mad that she didn’t pass, I’m mad because we paid extra 100+ for an hour of lesson that is completely trash. WATCH OUT.

Fantastic experience: It is a very good place to take the road text and 1hour training before the text. Kathy and another lady help us for the training, they are very nice and patient. They tell us all the important message for the test, and let us practice more times to handle it. Brandy helps us to the test. She is a good examiner. She is strict but very gentle, not making us nervous for the test. It is a good experience to train and pass the road test here.

Negative experience: I have left 6 messages with no return phone call. Also made payment that was taken in the amount of $69, had to cancel the appt and never got a return call to reschedule or to talk with someone of an explanation of the whole $69 being taken even though the appt was cancelled. I am still waiting on a call back

Positive experience: Excellent instructors, I had Joe and I would give him more than 5 stars if I could. He was incredibly patient with me, and I'm someone who struggles with driving anxiety. However because of COVID, you will not get your license the day you take your exam unless you make the appointment at the DMV ahead of time. I only was told this after I passed my exam, and now I have to wait two weeks for the earliest available appointment at the DMV. I needed to be able to drive this week, and now I have to find an alternative until my appointment. If you are expecting to take your exam and get your license, make your appointment at the DMV early! Personally I feel like this was false advertising, as I was under the impression that I would be leaving my exam with my license. I hope they start informing their students about this now.

Fantastic experience: I had my practice with Mrs. Kathy and she was so amazing and so sweet! She taught me a lot of stuff and helped me with my anxiety. Afterwards, I took my test with Brandy and I passed! She was really sweet and the more I rode with her, the less anxious I got! This is an amazing place to learn. Mrs. Kathy and Mrs. Brandy are amazing and such sweethearts!

Fantastic experience: I am so thankful for my instructor Brandy. I had a lot of driving anxiety and was very nervous to learn to drive, especially since I was now in college and away from home. However, she is an amazing instructor. I always felt comfortable with her as she was super friendly and calm during all my lessons. I really felt like she was there to help me improve rather than criticize. She was very respectful with regards to my nerves and didn’t make me feel bad about being worried. She pushed my boundaries just the right amount to get me out on the road driving, while still respecting those boundaries so I didn’t feel overwhelmed. I went from having a panic attack over learning to drive to passing my drivers license exam with a perfect score thanks to her. You are amazing Brandy!
