Fantastic experience: My daughter has completed the 8hr lecture training/simulation so far. She found the course beneficial and learned a lot. Fantastic experience: I had one lesson with Taisha and it did wonders! Anytime I went to the dmv to take my drivers test I would fail and feel discouraged. I signed up for a refresher’s course and Taisha gave me so much advice and tips and even taught me a couple of tricks. I took what she taught me and practiced. A month later I went back to the dmv and passed my driver’s test!

Negative experience: My daughter’s instructor only exhibited a hint at any kind of personality when he was criticizing or being a smart ass. Other than that, we got exactly what we wanted out of the service. She was able to get her license easily. However my wife and I actually had conversation’s with the driving instructor and he was extremely rude and disrespectful as well. The director of Drive Alert kept us waiting for him 20 minutes even when we had an appointment to discuss signing our daughter up for the training. His excuse when asked about the wait although our appointment was the time Drive Alert opened for the day was that he made the appointment but early morning is when he checks emails and plans his day. Laughable for the $ we spemt

Fantastic experience: We used this company for our daughter. The instructor was great. Kept us very informed as what we could work on in between classes. Reasonable and she took her test with her instructor also, so it saved a trip to the DMV! And a Christian owned company AND Veteran owned, HUGE pluses!!

Fantastic experience: So grateful for the coordinated "pick-up & drop off services" that was provided by Drive Alert Training Academy for my daughter while I was booked with other appointments and things to do that made it almost impossible to do myself. That extra fee is worth it, if you have conflict of schedules of getting to their place of business and you're within a 10 mile radius. The entire simulation experience was cool and engaging from my daughter as well, interactive for the students to really be put in similar situations as if they were driving behind the wheel. I definitely suggest working with this driver training school that you too can be equipped to DRIVE ALERT.

Negative experience: I will not recommend this place the instructors never respond back they don’t have a structure or schedule to follow .
Mrs. Jimenez, sorry to hear this, however your sons training was completed and the DMV Road Test is an additional service and not a requirement for us to administer. Again, you had not read the instructions provided to you in your Welcome Letter sent to you in TWO ways, a tangible and digital copy on how to specifically book the lessons with your assigned instructor and NOT under a different instructor in which you continuously did. Equally important, you dropped your son off at the driving school, without accompanying your child for road test that he wasn’t scheduled for. Would you do this if you went to the DMV. NO, you have to accompany your child to sign legal documents. So, the lack of you not reading the booking instructions that’s ALSO listed on the website under EACH service is not our error but yours.
Negative experience: I'm disappointed to still be waiting after 6 months to get my driving hours so I can drive. Now the manager/owner is having people attack my mom's business.

Negative experience: If you’re going here for TSA pre check I would recommend going somewhere else. The lady doing it showed up 20-25mins late. Was very short and rude. Something happened that my wife’s appointment didn’t go through but mine did. She acted as if it was fine until after I was done and then finally when asked we were told “I can get her if none else shows” she could have let us know that from the jump and we would have just rescheduled both appointments since we live 30+mins away.. I could understand if she was jam packed at the time or had let us know right away but letting us sit there with and waste time was just uncalled for To respond to your response: you should check the camera times. I didn’t have an appointment until 6 there were 2 other people ahead of me one of those being a 5:40 appointment to which the remark was made by that person ( how is no one here to help us at our scheduled time) because she was late getting there. It was exactly 6:22pm when I finished up. You also left out that the lady that canceled her appointment had a time scheduled for over an hour later. Could we have sat there another hour yes. Was I going to sit there on the “chance” my wife would be seen while our son was already getting fussy.. no.
Mr. Grigg, TSA is not affiliated with Drive Alert, your comments will need to be reported to the customer service number you were provided. After reviewing video footage, your appointment at 5:45 was completed at that exact time and your wife was informed that there was a no show or a cancellation of any appointments already scheduled which are every 10 minutes, the agent would see her as a walk-in. Because you speculate it was crowded, the agent had 16 additional clients after your scheduled appointment in which you were completed in less than 5 minutes to make-up for the tardiness due a vehicle malfunction. Lastly, a client walked in to cancel their appointment opening an opportunity for your wife to be seen but you choose to leave after directing her to the TSA laminate. Response to your comment: The TSA agent did not show up 20-25minutes late. She showed up at 5:47 and saw her 5:40 and 5:50 appointment along with yourself in less than 5 minutes. The clients in the lobby were made aware that the tsa agent would be running late. Again we have cameras to prove so. And you were not given an option to wait on just a “chance” that you would be seen. She clearly stated that if someone does not show up you would be seen. And if not then after her last appointment at 8:10 you could be seen as a walk-in. The woman canceling her appointment opened up a spot for your wife to be seen. It is not the agents fault you did not wait because of a fussy child. Every client showed up if not on time but earlier for their scheduled appointment. Your wife would have had to wait for that canceled appointment either way. So it isn’t the agents fault for your frustration but the simple fact that your wife was not seen on your time.
Negative experience: Paid and signed a young driver up for a lesson using online system, appointment was cancelled or rejected by the instructor. Called, got reassigned to new instructor for different date, that appointment was also rejected or cancelled. We received notification if this on the day of the lesson. Called, expressed frustration. Was offered refund but no advice on how to successfully schedule an appointment. Refund received, looking for driver training elsewhere.
Ms. Miller, thank you for your comment, as we try our best to accommodate everyone in a timely manner, however it is noted on our website and before and after a specific service is selected and paid for that out instructors prioritize students that have taken our class for a mandatory driver education course especially during out peak season when school is out. We apologize we weren’t able to meet your expectations.
Negative experience: Please do NOT use this driving service!! I spent over 400$ 3 years ago and my son still has not gotten all of his driving sessions! This was a complete waste of money and they do not issue refunds. If you value your money, time and mental wellness do not make the same mistake I have made! Plus if you go up to the office they tell you, THEY CANT CONTACT THE TRAINER!!!! I'm telling you don't waste your money.
Fantastic experience: Marcus Sullivan was my instructor for the driver improvement program. The course was well organized and had a lot of good information. Marcus answered any and all questions. Would highly recommend for anyone who needs this course to accomplish their goals.

Fantastic experience: It took us a whole year to schedule the driving classes for my kid; the school honors the order and Mike Vance took his time to work with our hectic rescheduling over and over. Fantastic experience: I had a great experience taking the defensive driving class at Drive Alert. The information was not only helpful but the instructor, Mr Kelly Walker, was phenomenal. His knowledge and personality made the information come alive. I high recommend using them for your child that’s learning to drive and re-education for seasons drivers. This should be mandatory for all drivers every 5 years.

Fantastic experience: Over a year ago, I was in an accident and stopped driving for a year due to the road anxiety I developed. Fortunately, my friend recommended Drive Alert and I signed up for Refresher Training with Marcus Sullivan and it has helped me gain confidence driving again! The registration and payment process is very smooth and they have timely and professional communication. Marcus was a very patient, kind, and informative instructor. Definitely recommend!

In addition to reach your assigned instructor, each client has access to their portal to send direct messages via tech message and email and their direct phone number. Instructions are NOT in the office on a regular basis because the nature of their duties, driving and training students. Your second concern; all of instructors are either an certified educator as a profession and their credentials /accolades are contrary to your opinion. Lastly, we don’t have your name in our system as a past or current client. We would like to address your concerns further if you can provide amplifying information. Even though the lessons were short, I could tell that they were of quality because my daughter improved greatly in her driving skills and showed more confidence on the road. Fantastic experience: I have severe anxiety when it comes to driving and put off learning for many years. I finally decided to start and went with Drive Alert. I'm so glad that I did. Coach Walker was so kind and patient with me, and worked with my anxieties and helped to overcome them enough to get my license. I really thought I would never get here!
