Negative experience: Horrible! Don’t come here. The female teacher allowed me to drive for less than 30 minute while, I was supposed to drive for an 1 hour. It is extremely difficult to get an appointment after paying b/c the driving instructors constantly randomly cancel and there is no set schedule. The only good instructors here is the older man, who actually tries to evenly split the driving time b/w both students drivers. I would not recommend this place at all unless you’re willing to deal with the chaos that happens on the daily.They call you to tell your appointment time you can’t actually pick. If that day doesn’t work well your out of luck; try again next week. Do not waste your money. If you’re actually trying to learn this is not the place. This place is so unorganized!

Fantastic experience: Took my road test after putting it off for a few years and it was a smooth and easy experience. The staff and instructor are really nice and it is pretty fast to book road test. I definitely recommend this place for any adult that needs to get their drivers license.

Negative experience: This experience has been so discombobulating. They had one price online and charged another in person. They are so unorganized. They do not communicate well at all. The class time, ONLY 14 hours behind the wheel and road test that is needed to get your license is included in the price but NOT USING the company car for the road test. They lost some of our paperwork and told us we were done over a month ago, just for us to get to the dps and find out we needed a form from them. This place needs to do better cause it’s horrible.

Positive experience: This driving school was a very new experience for me. The classroom hours felt a bit tedious, but I definitely learned a lot from the instructor, especially during the driving practice hours. As I'm writing this review, I am about to take my road test, and I believe that the driving school (along with personal practice) has prepared me to the best of their ability. It is a long journey, but if you're looking to get your license, this school isn't that bad.

Negative experience: SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES! Booked a road test for my son in advance and they quoted $60. The day came and I made sure to confirm the appointment as soon as they opened. The receptionist confirmed and that was that. It was pretty easy. The problem happened when it was time to take our test. The instructor was over booked and I was given no notice. We walk in there and the receptionist just stared at us. I told her we have an appt. She said ok the instructor is running late and it’s cash only or card with a $10 fee. I wish I would have known that upfront. She said she’s waiting for the owner to call her back since he’s running late. I wait in the lobby along with 6 other people and a lady who came in after me. He calls the receptionist and I guess tells her he’s not going to make it. She lets me and the lady after me know that we need to reschedule for tomorrow, then he calls her back and say to reschedule for next Tuesday. The other 6 ppl in the lobby were Spanish speaking only but she doesn’t inform them to reschedule for whatever reason. The lady after me and I start protesting about how this is an inconvenience and unprofessional. Not even a courtesy call was given that they were overbooked and couldn’t make it. This place was so unprofessional and wasted my time. I found another place to book the road test. BEWARE this place! Do not trust them!! Aside from the unprofessionalism the area is not the best/safest. There were random people sleeping outside of their office on the floor in the concrete (not their fault but it’s a bad look). The office itself inside is rundown and dirty. You’re better off going somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: The best driving school in Kirkwood. Learned how to parallel park and other driving necessities and took my test in just 2 hours! Arturo and Asif are two very nice people and were able to work around my schedule perfectly.

Negative experience: Not at all good, looking towards situation of learner they will change price for test and extra money requested due to fuel been expensive and that was not updated ahead of time. Asked for 10$ extra for fuel and 10$ extra for using debit card. After first failure asked to come on another day for 2 hours practice and test including Pre test charges. Again failed and requested to come tomorrow, test failed is not issue but I personally noticed they are just making money and prizes are not consistent.

Negative experience: Kirkwood Location! Do not pay! Do not pick this place! For me to write such a lengthy review is for people all over Houston to save yourself the pain and stress. I should have invested a little more money to get the quality service my son deserves. Please be aware. Do not get scammed. This is not a good location for driving school. On 2 occasions my son was scheduled to drive and they cancelled on me without notice. I was lied to about their driving portion. I was told they had weekend driving times, so I paid for that. Come to find out they do not have driving availability on the weekends for teens. I called about getting a refund for the driving portion and the girl there all of a sudden is so busy. She was rude and they did not call back. If you see good reviews for this location trust me it is a friend or relative of someone who works there. From what I have suffered through they maybe taken money on the side, which would explain the 4 star reviews when this place is totally not what you would want your teens going. Update 4.7.22 - Extremely not happy that I am still dealing with these people. I paid for the driving portion and they have no records of it.... So happy I kept my receipts. For the money you pay for driving school this has been the absolute worst experience ever. This location needs to be reported. They guy claims they charge $7 per on the road driving. I am at a lost for words because I still need to get my son on the road driving practice. Times are hard and we did not deserve the treatment we were given.

Fantastic experience: Best decision I made to take my course in All ages driving school it was very helpful and the faculty are very nice .I even took my road test here as well and it went very well my instructor was very nice and friendly I’m glad to have been able to take it with him. I really recommend this location!!

Negative experience: Not good customer service at all I was supposed to take my road test yesterday but they push it for tomorrow which was fine but I have to work today can can’t make there new time they trying to schedule me for supposedly they going to try to schedule for tomorrow when they only do Tuesday now . Feel like it’s waste of time and they won’t even refund me for my test. Like i know y’all have $110 in cash give it to me because that ain’t for you guys to go by your word.

Fantastic experience: The owner is very professional and courteous to his staff in conducting the continuing education four hour training. He reviewed policies and procedures for all ages driving school. Mr. Hassni is an awesome instructor and boss. He is very patient and understanding. You will do well bringing your students to his driving school. They will leave with professional and thorough understanding of driving laws, rules and procedures.

Positive experience: I don't think is worth the money. 90% of the time is just watching videos in a room. Very little actually driving.. I would not pay again. The kids you can take the course the dmv requires online for free .

Fantastic experience: The driving school did a nice job teaching me how to parallel park! Within my second try I’ve already mastered it. I took two hours of instruction plus the driving test with them. The instructor was so nice and gave clear instructions while driving to help your nerves. With 2 hours and the driving test I passed. Will highly recommend! All ages driving school is affordable and efficient, they instructor also taught me some rules of the road and didn’t dock points because I didn’t know something’s instead he educated me. Once again highly recommend this driving school they will work with you.
