All Nations Driving School

Fantastic experience: I always knew of the school by seeing the cars in my neighborhood. I had taken some lessons with a different driving school last year. And I reached out to All Nation Driving School after it was recommended by a person who closed their driving school. I signed up for two lessons and my first lesson with Lester he recommended I take more to ensure I would pass my road test. And I appreciate that. I then had lessons with Anthony who's Jamaican. Anthony is great, he communicates with you and is on time for the lessons. He showed me how to parallel park in away I would use from now on. My second to last lesson with him I was very confident because I knew from our previous lessons I knew what to do. I passed my road test at the Hicksville site. I would also like to say the two people who answer the phones at the school are helpful as well. When I stopped by the school to pickup my 5 hr certificate they both were nice. Every time I called the main lady who does the scheduling was very helpful in providing information about my lessons and informing me when Anthony would be there. I would recommended this driving school to those in pursuit of obtaining their driver's license.

Negative experience: Terrible! Do not bother using this school. My mom brought me a package for 15 lessons because she thought this school was good when my sisters came years back. When I enrolled with the only lady who claims she takes care of everything, you cannot miss her! She sounds sick and always wears colorful headbands. She made my schedule and also scheduled my 5 HR course, she never once sent me an email with the Zoom link for that day. I confirmed myself how I would be receiving it. When the day came I had to call the office asking when the Zoom link was going to be sent, and their policy says if you miss it you have to "PAY", turns out it was canceled. No communication once so ever, I still spoke with an instructor to make sure if my first class was going to happen and he advised yes. Monday came which was the following day, I waited close to 20 minutes making sure my instructor did not come because once again policy is "if the instructor comes and you are not outside you lose the lesson", no one came for me. Not only did I never take my 5-hour course, now never made it to my first lesson. NO Communication and demanded a refund, which took 3 WEEKS to receive because she kept making excuses, but once I came in person she got the manager to give us a check. Do not bother spending your $$ here, professionalism is out the window, and believe the other reviews about a refund because I was close to putting them in small claim court to get the money back. Never once acknowledged my time being wasted and was not willing to take another chance, because to her she was not on the clock in to communicate to every student, claiming too many people.. yeah no that is not how you run a business.

Fantastic experience: I passed my driving test after just five classes at this school. The instructors are skilled, and the flexible scheduling made it very convenient. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Everyone there is really nice , down to the lady who picks up the phone and to the instructers, I had Marcelo and Nicole they knew I was nervous but helped me grow confidence on the road and are the reasons why I passed my road test today !! 100% recommend all nations and if u can ask for either One of them and u won’t regret it !!

Negative experience: Scammers. I payed the 180$ package for the online course and the driving test that includes a car. When I was done with the 5 hour class I went there and told them to wait for me to tell them when to book my driving test, the lady said a date and I said no just wait for me to tell u. After a couple of days she called me saying that do you want me to book that specific date for you and I proceeded to say no just wait for me to tell u when. One day, I woke up with a phone full of calles and messages saying that you missed the driving test and there will be no refund. I called them and the lady was very rude and I told them that I didn’t book a test. Then she told me who booked you an appointment and I said you! Because she is the same lady I have been dealing with every time I do something with them. Then told me that she didn’t book an appointment and if you don’t have a name of an employee that booked u the test there will be no refund, then proceeded to shut the call and refuses to answer.

Fantastic experience: If you want to guarantee your Drivers License then this is the school for that. With the assistance of the Great Driving Instructor Mr.Jeff I was able to overcome my fear of being on the road. If you want to talk about learning the road and the correct technique, then Mr.Jeff is the perfect candidate for such. I can wholeheartedly tell you he takes his time to ensure you know what you’re doing and he won’t put pressure on you as your learning which is the best thing for new drivers. With that being said MR.JEFF thank you for the opportunity and for the lessons sir you have assisted me to my path to greatness and for that I appreciate you sir.

Firstly, the Driving School has excellent, experienced instructors: Mr. Cliff, Mr. Carlos, and Mr. Kevin. Mr. Cliff is very prudent and very friendly in his way of teaching. Mr. Carlos is very kind and very good at challenging the students to be better. Mr. Kevin is very practical and very intelligent. All of them taught me very well complementarily. Secondly, All Nations Driving School always reminds me very kindly of my next appointment through phone calls. Thirdly, All Nations Driving School listens to my suggestion. They are not stubborn and want to improve. Lastly, the 5 Hour Class Driving Lesson was very helpful, informative, and practical. I recommend All Nations Driving School.

Negative experience: This school is very bad. They try to scam you. Most of the 5 star reviews here must be paid for because this school is horrible. The lady working there is rude af. She is ghetto as heck, and when you dont let them scam you, she gets loud to try to intimidate you. Unfortunately, most of the students that go to that place for classes aren't too fluent in english or are from a third-world country, so they dont say anything back to her. They get scared and just look down. I saw it in person how she yelled at a guy for asking a question. They try to make you pay for classes u didnt take. This is how they do it. The instructor canceled the first class last minute because he had something to do and then showed up the next day without saying anything. My wife wasn't home because he never told her anything. When i called to tell them what happened, they said it was our fault for not being ready. How can we be ready if they didn't tell us they set up the make-up class on their own for the next day. They made every excuse to try to charge us for the 3 classes even though they never gave us one. I had to physically go to the place and get my money because they wouldn't give it back. Bunch of scammers. The classes must be bad too because when we told the people working at the dmv, they told us that most people that go to that school end up failing the test anyway. They said we should save our money and go somewhere else. We ended up going to the Trujillo Driving School instead, and she passed on the first try.

Fantastic experience: Lester is a wonderful instructor, makes learning easy and fun. He made me feel very confident to be on the roads. It was a pleasure to be his student. If you get some classes make sure to request him, you won’t regret it. Classes and packages are very affordable and the receptionists are very kind and bilingual. They will text you before your scheduled courses to let you know.

Negative experience: They told me that I will be picked up and dropped off from & back to my home. I had a road test today & was told it was for office pick up only AFTER BEING TOLD WHAT WAS INCLUDED FOR THE $95. Then I was also told they don’t know if he’s going to be able to make it on time because he’s out on a road test now mind you this is about 45 minutes before my test then was told sorry the girl that took my information is new, who lets someone take information over the phone personal at that, to not follow up on. Mmmmmm NEVER AGAIN IM NOT WAITING ON A REFUND

Fantastic experience: Sebastian is a great driving instructor!! he taught me everything that I needed to know the day of my road test , i was very nervous because I haven't drove in a while and I was anxious that I wasn't going to pass my road test so he practice with me several times and when we went to the real test I was a little anxious but after I proceeded to do my road test I felt confident that I was going to pass , and 3 hours later I PASSED MY ROAD TEST!!!! because of Sebastian! thank you Sebastian so much for helping me pass my road test he is an excellent , enthusiastic driving instructor <3

Positive experience: I’ve had two instructors from this school, both of which have been very patient and understanding. My only complaint is that the quality of their student vehicles vary, I’ve driven 3 different vehicles, with one of them being a very beat up Corolla with very bad brakes. I would appreciate it if the quality of the student vehicles were more consistent.

Fantastic experience: Sebastian is very friendly and gives very clear instruction and driving guide to ensure the learner is able to pass the test. By taking the lesson with Sebastian, i gain a lot of confidence in driving and taking the road test which eventually leading me to pass my road test in my first attempt.

Negative experience: one of the worst investments I have ever made, I wasted my time and money contacting this school which I absolutely do not recommend at all. The instructor refused to take me to my driving test, while there was still time and a chance to arrive, not to mention his poor treatment of the public, yelling and speaking rudely. After refusing to take me to my driving test, I asked to change the date and he simply replied that no, I lost my money, I feel cheated by this "car school" I can only wish that God multiplies everything they do

Negative experience: I would not recommend anybody to waste their money on this driving school. The person who took my call (apparently the owner) was completely rude and unprofessional. She doesn’t have the patience to help you. She is always raising her voice over you and doesn’t have the manners to talk you. The instructor was late therefore I couldn’t have the time to take my lesson and they didn’t want me to reschedule it. There is plenty of driving schools around Hempstead that will be able to assist you with professionalism. Do not waste your money and time of this ratchet place.

Negative experience: I will do anything in my power to discourage anyone to ever come to this driving school. From the the rude nasty secretary to the mute unhelpful driving instructor After 10 driving session I still have no clue how to parallel park or do a two point three turn. Why because my driving instructor never taught me. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY. They do not care about you. The secretary is rude and disgusting if you are any other race but Spanish. But if you’re Spanish you will get A1 service. How can someone pass there driving test when they were never taught half the test.

Negative experience: Cars are extremely old , I would not recommend taking lessons here the instructors don’t know how to teach in my opinion, I wouldn’t waste my money if I were you . If your a brand new driver learning in a beat up car with weird breaks and an old wheel is not the way to learn .

Fantastic experience: This driving school was recommended to me by step mother and everything worked out perfectly. After my lessons i was able to pass the road test on my first attempt. They have great driving instructors who are detailed oriented, determine what your strengths and weakness are and help you improve as a driver. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone. P.S. if you live in Nassau County, I recommend taking your road test in Garden City Park or Massapequa not Wantagh.

Fantastic experience: If you want to get a license, go here at All Nations in front of Hempstead Court located in the heart of Hempstead. The professor is really good. He’ll answer your questions. The instructor is good. His name is Riccardo. He’ll believe in you and boost your self-confidence so you won’t be too nervous. Just go inside and ask the spanish lady to help you if you need a car for the road test. She has everything under control just please have your permit and certificate ready from their 5-hour class that’s worth it.

Fantastic experience: I have to give the biggest thank you to my instructor Cliff, it's thanks to him that I was able to pass my second road test! He helped and guided me with all my driving lessons; He made sure to cover all my weaknesses ( right and left turns) and covered all the basics! I have serious test anxiety and he really came through for me while making me laugh. He had a lot of confidence in me when I didn't have any for myself, even gave me car buying advice (as a newbie who has no experience in that arena lol), as well as many more useful information I needed (as if I had already passed my test) and I really appreciate it! So if you need to pass your driving test and you want a solid instructor: please request Cliff! He is truly the best, thank you. You deserve all the praise! P.S. Also thank you to Weasley, another great instructor, who was kind enough to help me on my previous lessons and who referred Cliff as well!

Fantastic experience: RICK is the best thing that’s happened to this school I’m an amazing confident driver because of him. Passed my road test with flying colors because of his 4 point rule that I now use for everyday driving. HE’S THE BEST TEACHER EVER, THANK YOU RICK!!!

Fantastic experience: My instructor Lester was very patient with me throughout the lessons we had, and on the refresher lesson on day of the road test, he carefully made sure that I remembered and practiced fundamental safety principles (lanes, signals, blind spots). Fantastic experience: Ricky was really good and patient. I get nervous and have tendencies to overthink which causes anxiety but as soon as I got in the car he assured me to just be sure of my self. He tells you what you need to hear and key things to work on even after your test. I passed today because of him. I didn't over think and just go with the flow. Fantastic experience: My experience was amazing , I wouldn’t trade it for anything else, I came in as a young women not knowing how to drive AT ALL, I had just purchased a 10 lesson package, knowing that it wouldn’t be enough , but with the right instructor everything is possible , I started with Mr.Cliff as my first instructor and also finished with him all the way to the road test site. He really guides you to the road of success , I definitely recommend all nations , the staff is very polite , and also the front desk lady Iris , who is very helpful and resourceful whenever you need anything or have any problems to be fixed!

Negative experience: Their website is wrong, this school does not offer CDL courses at all, but they do offer it in their website.... and even after I called them to verify it, when I showed up (20min driving) to the office *surprise we dont have CDL courses, at all* , please don't waste your time with this place if you are looking for CDL schools.

Negative experience: I CALLED TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT AND WAS RUDELY PUT ON HOLD AND THE WOMAN FORGOT TO PRESS THE HOLD BUTTON AND AFTER 2 MINS OF HEARING HER PERSONAL CONVERSATION SHE RETURNS TO SAY THEY HAVE NO TIME UNTIL NEXT WEEK THEN QUICKLY SAID HOLD PLEASE YET AGAIN. WE WILL BE GOING ELSEWHERE, I WAS CALLING ON BEHALF OF MY JOB (A CAR DEALERSHIP) THAT WAS LOOKING INTO A CLASS AS A GROUP AND I WAS TRYING TO KEEP BUSINESS LOCALLY BUT SHE RUINED THAT FOR US ON FIRST IMPRESSION.

Negative experience: At first they are very nice and take your money but if you have difficulty learning how to drive and need a longer period of time dont go with this company. I paid for 7 classes the 5hr course and for them to set up the interview and the girl said you can come anytime for the 5hr course but I got injured that year and just now came back and they wont even honor the 5Hr class and when I took the lessons had to request a specific driver because the first 3 were late and got angry when i made a mistake. God dont like ugly!

Negative experience: Terrible experience, especially with the person in the office, they messed up the lesson times and the driver was on the phone while teaching a beginner!!! They haven't even reached out to find out when I'm coming back for my last lesson and road test, and my last lesson was months ago!!! Dont waste your money. Go somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: I’m very pleased with my results! Cliff is an excellent driving instructor. He was always encouraging and offered constant positive reinforcement. He is very skilled at correcting mistakes without making you feel stressed, which is ideal for new drivers. My previous driving school was frustratingly resistant to teaching me basic skills like parking, but when driving with Cliff, I would constantly drive on both residential and main roads, switch lanes, park, make K-turns, etc. I never felt like any skills were being ignored, and switching things up helped me learn quickly, efficiently, and thoroughly. I was nervous for my road test (as everyone is), but Cliff was realistic about when I was ready to take it and had total confidence in me, and I passed it on the first try :) Couldn’t be happier with him and the school!

My driver instructor's name was Howard who indeed is the absolute best ever. I recommend him to anyone who goes to this driving school. Negative experience: I would give 0 stars if I could. These people do not know how to do business. Where should I begin? They charged my little sister $370 for lessons that she never received. My little sister, a minor of 16 years old, was asked to meet instructors at public places, only to wait for hours and then asked to go home without receiving any lesson. They wasted her entire summer and now she has to go somewhere else and pay another few hundred dollars for lessons. They shut down their Westbury location, where she signed up, and they didn't even push the phone to transfer to the new location, so my sister was left blindsided with nowhere to call. They did no outreach and made no attempt to schedule lessons which we paid for. Absolutely ridiculous. I would never recommend these guys to anyone. They should be shut down.

Negative experience: Needed a Copy of my defensive driving completed certificate bc i did not receive first 1. They took my info numerous times such as name, address and license #. Never called back. I called n it just ends up w giving my info again n telling me they 'll call me back after they speak with certificate company.

Fantastic experience: I couldn't be more satified with the experience and results I got from All Nations Driving School. I did my five hours class, took 4 lessons and used then for my road test. I had Moise and Howard as my instructor and all I can said is that I was lucky to work with both of them. they're the best guys who care about you learning all the necessary skills to pass your road test. Howard took me to my road test and he made sure I didn't loose my focus, and told me that I was going to be just fine. Well I couldn't be more happier with the result because I took my test today at 1:00 PM in Hicksville and I passed it with almost a perfect scored. Once again thank you Howard I appreciate your advice and the great conversation with had. THANK YOU!

Fantastic experience: I used All Nations for a lesson before my driver's test and as a ride during the test and I 100% recommend. I had Howard as an instructor and he was very helpful and critical of my driving, which helped fine tune me before my test and know what the instructor wanted me to do. His tips were helpful beyond just taking the test and also applied to driving with bad drivers on the road. I passed my drivers exam thanks to them.

Fantastic experience: I reccomend this school if you're serious about getting your liscence. Staff is very helpful and Courteous. A friend of mine told me about them but I procrastinated for a while being that I tried another school before and felt as it was a waste of money, but now that I finally went, I see what he was talking about. They will help you with all the ins and outs to pass your exam and beyond.

Fantastic experience: Cliff is amazing !!! I had seen the goood reviews about him before coming to this driving school and I decided to ask for him , my overall experience was great I passed my road test with no points . If it wasn’t for his help I don’t think I could’ve did it . By the way even if you already know how to drive you should definitely take lessons because it’s very different once you get to the road test there’s so much things you need to know that could make you fail your test . Two or three lessons could make a big difference !!!!

Fantastic experience: I worked with the instructors Cliff and Howard. Both of them are two individuals who are extremely qualified and helped relieve my stress of being a new driver. They taught me all the skills needed for the road test and certain common mistakes that I should avoid. It is because of their knowledge which enabled me to pass my road test on the first try. I highly recommend All Nations and in particular these two individuals to let them help you learn how to drive.

Fantastic experience: I had to go retake my permit test as it had expired during the summer last year and thought to myself I don't want to go through this again. I had failed the road exam elsewhere utilizing a different school. I found ANDS and it was a breath of fresh air. from the 5 hour class where the instructor used a dry erase board to illustrate driving scenario's with participation from us in the room, to the day of the road test assisting me with my issues turning and other smaller nuisance. In the end I finally passed and am extremely happy with my decision to chose ANDS and would recommend to any one any day of the week. On a personal note I did say I would post a review and it took me a little while because I got swamped in my new job but if you read this like i know you would THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU
