Positive experience: I would rate my experience with this auto school as a disappointing. I brought my mom here to prepare for her driving license, and while I had hoped for a thorough and supportive experience, that wasn’t the case. The biggest issue was the lack of proper preparation. The instructor waited until the one-hour practice lesson on the day of the road test to teach parallel parking—a critical skill for passing the exam. This'd felt rushed and unprofessional, especially since it left my mom feeling anxious and unprepared. There was no time to build confidence or reinforce the skill, which only added unnecessary stress. Another major concern was the lack of guidance about rescheduling the road test. It was clear early on that more practice was needed, particularly for better vehicle control. However, the instructor never suggested postponing the test or taking additional classes to ensure readiness. What makes this experience even sadder is that nearly my entire family has gone through this auto school to get their licenses over the years. Unfortunately, it seems the quality and care that once defined this school are no longer the same. Given the cost and time invested, I didn’t feel this experience was worth it. The school should focus on better planning, clearer communication, and offering a more student-centered approach.

Fantastic experience: The best driving school around Lowell

Positive experience: Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. HOWEVER, I am hopeful for my next lesson as I scheduled it with another instructor. I had an hour lesson for parallel parking with Bunrith. He was kind, but English obviously was not his first language so there was a severe language barrier. I feel that it's necessary for a driving instructor to speak and understand English 100%. Bunrith was also extremely unprofessional. He answered phone calls twice during my lesson, once in the middle of my parallel parking "lesson" which left me wondering and guessing what to do next as he continued talking on the phone. I seemed unimportant and like an inconvenience to him. Plus, for a lesson specifically about parallel parking, I only parralel parked 3 times, once on my own because he was talking on the phone. But, as I said, I am hopeful for my next lesson with a different instructor. Will update after it.

Fantastic experience: Everyone talks about Lowell being the hardest place to pass the road test, well that’s just not true. I went in yesterday and passed with complete ease after being on the road for about 5 minutes. I was hella nervous and JP calmed me down with his reassuring and casual demeanor. He explains things well and does not confuse or freak out on you. Overall, good school and I’m so happy I’m done with the whole licensing process!

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about Jorge's Auto School. I successfully passed my road test 2days ago,after 3 refresher driving lessons with Luis & Kenia. These instructors are amazing! Kenia is such a vibe and makes driving stress-free! I only drove with Kenia 2 times but I learnt a lot from her. Fantastic experience: got my license like 2 days ago, had an amazing driver instructor Kenia towards the end and Jp in the beginning really nice people that have good social skills. I found it extremely easy to feel comfortable with my divers instructor. As for the 30 hours in class, Jorge is a great teacher very understanding and helpful. My money was not wasted!!!

Fantastic experience: I did my road lessons and road test with Jorge Auto School, through most of it my instructor was JP (I also had Kenia and Luis and they were also amazing and patient). He was very kind and took his time each lesson making sure you understand each thing to do while driving. He was patient and was clear which made learning everything i needed to for my test easier.

Fantastic experience: I had Kenia as my instructor for most of my lessons, and she made driving very stress-free and had many tips for the maneuvers and driving techniques. Highly recommend Jorge's auto school, they have a very affordable price for the service as well. If you can, definitely get lessons with Kenia!!

Fantastic experience: In 2017, as someone who had no idea about driving, I took 10 classes with Jorge. That was the best investment I did. He is an amazing intructor, knows what they will ask in the exam and prepare you well for that. I used his car in the exam (Lowell) and passed in my first trial. Just suggested Jorge's driving school to somebody else, so I just wanted to come back and write this review. 100% recommend his classes.

Fantastic experience: Don't worry if they don't answer the phone, they will call you back. And take you all the way to passing the test! Bunrith was a great instructor, reminding me that a calm driver is a safe driver. And JP came in clutch during the test, coaching me through the whole test while we waited for the examiner. Fantastic experience: Everything about this place was good. I paid for a 2 hour ride session and a road test with with these guys. For both the ride session, and the road test, I got a guy named JP. He walked me through everything I would be expected to do for the road test. I told him i was worried about parallel parking and he walked me through it all step by step on how to back into the spot safely. After my 2 hour session with JP I was able to pass my road test with no problems!! This place is 100% worth the money! I would give this place more stars if i could

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Jorge’s auto school for booking a road class to practice for getting your license as well as getting a sponsor with them if you don’t have one for your license test. I had the pleasure of getting JP when doing my road classes. He was very helpful with helping me relax my nervousness/overthinking and helping me get ready to take my road test (which I recently just passed thanks to him) he’s very easy to talk to and can answer any questions you may have about the road test and will get you ready to pass it. Had nothing but the best experience with Jorge’s auto school.

Fantastic experience: Good school, Q and JP are good instructors & I passed my road test the first time I took it. My only real complaint is that if you really need to give yourself more than 1hr for a lesson since sometimes you have to drive to wherever the next student is and then pick you up and then the first part of their lesson is dropping you off (or vice versa) but you can probably ask them to avoid this when scheduling if you want. Avoiding lessons that end when school gets out is another option since a lot of the times we'd pick up a high schooler and get stuck in school pickup traffic.

Negative experience: I have the worst experience there. If you have an appointment after your driving class you will definitely miss it because you don’t start on time or finish on time. You have a one hour class but you will stay 2 hours. The instructor pick up and drop off learners during the lesson. There is no respect to you or to your time. It is also hard to communicate with the instructor. I don’t understand him. He barely speaks English. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Please don’t be scammed with all the good reviews. The truth is different.

Negative experience: *EDIT*: of course you wouldn’t find my name among your students anymore because I chose a different driving school after the horrible service I received from you!!! I don’t even know where to begin. These people will text you and ask you to leave a good review for them on here, while delivering a terrible service! I was misled by the number of good reviews on here until I found out the reality of this school. First off, their instructors will cancel your appointment and reschedule you without prior notice!! No consideration for the fact that appointments exist for a reason. Then when you complain that you can’t accept the rescheduled appointment, they will postpone it for weeks. The instructors are always late, even when you send them clear directions for pick up, and sessions are always cut short because they will pick up the next person. I literally Had to sit in the car for 35 minutes while another student was driving around, all at the expense of the 2 hours I paid for!!!! If this is not a blatant scam, I don’t know what is. In the few sessions I took with them, I lost my money and time and learned close to nothing from their highly unprofessional instructors. Some of them barely speak English even when you mention on your reservation that your preferred language is English, one of them who I believe has Southeast Asian background could barely speak English, I couldn’t understand anything! And he shouted at me when I clearly couldn’t understand him. Way to make a new driver nervous and traumatized. Overall, one of the most terrible customer experiences I have ever had. STAY AWAY!!

Positive experience: When I started at Jorge’s Auto school I was a bit nervous I could admit but after going to class and seeing how the people were so nice made it a lot better to attend. now as for the lessons I was nervous at first but the instructors JP and Q made it a lot better it was very comfortable driving with them almost like driving with someone you knew for along time they made it easy to learn and comfortable enough so that you weren't nervous I would definitely recommend Jorge’s Auto school .

JP was my favorite instructor he was very nice and helpful and I learned a lot about driving from him and road rules. They are really patient and easy going, made me feel more at ease than my dad lol. They don’t belittle you or get mad when you make mistakes, they’ll teach you how to improve . Fantastic experience: I had taken two classes and one of them was Jorge who was nice to learn from. I had my second class with another instructor who was super nervous and hardly let me drive properly. But what I appreciate the most is the attention I got on my driving test day where I had Jorge walk me through the process, steps, what to expect etc. This was super helpful. I had gone through another driving school in Lowell (I don't wish to name it) which didn't even care and no one from the school spoke to me (literally not even one word) on the test day. I failed in that test because I couldn't show the hand signals! Ridiculous reason to fail, but that was "my" fault that I chose the bad school without paying attention to the reviews it had online which could have saved me time and money. Anyway, passed my test!

Fantastic experience: I took my driving lessons at Jorge's and passed my road test at the Lowell RMV which is supposed to be a very tough place to pass. I would highly recommend getting your driving lessons either with JP, or Jorge. I took most of my lessons with JP, and that really helped me in terms of gaining confidence to master the maneuvers like parallel parking. I really like the practical approach of the lessons especially with JP. While other driving schools just focus on passing the road test, at Jorge's, students are taught to do the hard & practical things like parking in tight spots, parallel parking between 2 cars, checking tire pressure etc. It's the best auto school within a 20 mile radius, it's perfect for people driving for the first time as well as for people looking to sharpen their driving skills.

Negative experience: I signed up for a driver’s ed course back in June of 2021 and emailed them multiple times with no reply back. It had messed up my current schedule at the time and furthermore, I had received a phone call about my absence even though i did not receive a zoom meeting link. They handle customer service very poorly and they are unprofessional in their interactions with their students. Another thing is that I called for a refund back at the beginning of August, 2 months after with decent service and to this day, i have not received the money owed in my bank statements. Do not go here if you are planning to take driver’s ed.

Fantastic experience: JP from jorges auto school took me to my test today (8/31/2021), i told him i was really nervous over parallel parking & he helped me calm my nerves by letting me practice before my road test, because of him I passed!! & got my license. He's an awesome dude!

Negative experience: Jared is very rude and likes to be dramatic and belittle the student which is very unprofessional and upsetting since his job is to teach us what we don’t know. He gets mad a things that are out of your control and things that you are taught by other instructors. First times drivers are made to feel like they are supposed to know everything but if they did they wouldn’t be here. He likes to yell and scream at the student which just makes them uncomfortable and nervous. I would not recommend coming here.

Jorge the owner took the time to pick me up early explained everything to me step by step and answered all my questions before my test.
