Negative experience: Avoid at all cost! Choose hundreds of other courses out there...They do not send an email out that you have completed the course and wants 7.99$ to send that email. Every other defensive driving course does send an email with that statement.

Fantastic experience: The course was straight forward and easy to follow along. I had some issues obtaining my driving record and their customer service was very helpful in troubleshooting my issue and helped me get everything I needed to resolve my ticket. I would definitely recommend them.

Positive experience: I personally did not find this course entertaining and would have preferred a straighter presentation with more solid information. The low-brow gags and skits feel like a waste of time, and are annoying.

Fantastic experience: Super short (compared to the other options anyway), super easy, totally worth the price IMO. I was expecting the humor to be super corny but you know what? It was actually pretty entertaining in a cheesy way, and I genuinely laughed a couple times. It did the job of making the course bearable with a large variety of skits, characters, and styles, so it was never dry- while still delivering the important information. Major kudos to the actors who threw themselves completely into these absolute ridiculous videos- special shout-out to Gunther, the Vaudeville actors, and the luchadores. It was stupid, but in a fun tongue-in-cheek way, and most importantly, it didn’t make me want to throw myself out of a window like these classes usually do. You can split up the classes and the quizzes are super basic- I knocked it out in a couple of hours. Also believe it or not, I actually learned something too. So thanks CDD! I recommend this course 100%

Positive experience: my husband took the class and they were Good . bad part you cant get the certificate free of fee option because they will not send it on time expected so you have to pay to get the certificate. Also have trouble with the certificate needed to go twice to the court because certificate number was wrong.

Positive experience: I took the online course. While the humor was often cheesy or at times, a bit inappropriate, I will say that it sure beat other courses I've taken where the material is presented in a very dry and boring way. If nothing else, you're not going to fall asleep in this course! Also, each section is only between 2-8 minutes long making it super easy to do things in bite sized bits as you have a moment. The tests were made in such a way that, if you were paying attention, there's absolutely no way you could fail. No trick questions! If I was paying for humor, maybe I'd give it two or three stars, but let's face it....this is a Defensive Driving Course and not only is it hard to make that material entertaining, I also had a very low bar set when it came to expectations. I don't care that I didn't laugh at most of the jokes...just glad it was way more engaging than most courses!

Negative experience: Do not trust them to submit to dmv for you, cost me 83$ in late fees because of their failure to do so.

Fantastic experience: Jessie was amazing at helping through the entire process. He showed so much patience and explained the fees with complete transparency. He stayed on the phone with me through the process. We need more customer service people like Jessie. He's the reason I bought the course.

Negative experience: Customer service will flat out laugh at you. Not in a comedy way, but an insulting way.

Fantastic experience: I was impressed. The teacher was a no show. Which I hear that it's unlike him to do. They sent another one . It was Daun. She arrived quickly with short notice. The crowd was agitated. Some where unkind about the Delay. Daun won everybody over. She made the whole rest of the class easy and fun with plenty of breaks..

Fantastic experience: My husband and I took Daun's class today for insurance purposes. She was hysterical and made the six hours fly by. She is truly talented as a comic and personality. If you have to take a defensive driving class, I highly recommend her. The location at Picasso's Pizza was easy to find as well.

Fantastic experience: Went to Picasso’s Pizza for a 1-day class. Instructor Chris was fantastic and helped everyone w/ the important test questions. Very relaxed atmosphere, learned quite a bit, ate a great lunch and I highly recommend Chris and any of his 1-day classes.

Fantastic experience: Initially I dreaded going for 6hrs, but after going thru the class I am glad I went. The time went faster than I could imagine. I could not believe how much information I retained. Which must mean, I enjoyed it more than I thought I would. Our instructor was very good in making us feel very comfortable and more importantly I think his approach vas very effective in allowing us to realize the importance in what we were dealing with. Negative experience: Had 2 classes cancelled on me, couldn't get anybody on the phone after the second cancellation and nobody called me back after submitting a callback request. Finally just asked for a refund.

Fantastic experience: Very good experience. The in-person class helped make the information more interesting and easier to remember. The interactions between the instructor and attendees kept me engaged. Daun was great. I hope to never be in a situation to need to take the class again...BUT, if I do, this would be my first consideration.

Fantastic experience: Well. I thought it was going to be boring and a long 6 hour class. But it wasn't. The instructor was really funny and it made the class go by faster. We took breaks and we had a lunch break right there in the braums. It was great! I would definitely recommend you take this safety course if you need to. Laughter food and fun. And of course teaching safety lol!!

Positive experience: It was relatively painless and not unpleasant. Defensive driving is always a pain in the @$$ but at least the instructor was engaging and she didn't make it didn't seem like we were being waterboarded or forced to watch paint dry. I hope I don't have to do this again soon but if I do I'd take her class again in a minute.

She made the time fly by with her lesson plan. They are available to answer questions and help out. Don't delay give them a call or visit the website. Now take it slow , pay attention behind the wheel. Be safe.

Fantastic experience: Great instructor! I enjoyed the course. I also enjoyed having The option to eat from Becks Prime while attending the course. My advice would be take some extra cash with you because the restaurant can be a little pricey. I would attend this course again if I received another ticket.

I learned a lot, and the test is super easy at the end if you paid attention. It was also nice to be able to have 10 minute breaks every hour with food. Definitely recommend over online!

Fantastic experience: This was by far the best defensive driving class I have attended to date, and that is from decades of taking classes for my insurance discount. Having a place that serves food and coffee was a huge benefit as well for getting the class knocked out in one day. The instructor was fun and made the class time go by very fast.

I liked the in person comedy class in Houston - there was good interaction with others and laughter which made it much more enjoyable than sitting in front of a timed computer training which invariably takes far longer than 6 hrs. Peace, love, and a few silly jokes go a long way to turning something dreadful into something fun. While no one wants to have to take defensive driving, you might as well make it as painless as possible. Would highly recommended this place to friends and family.
