Junior Driving School

Negative experience: I'm giving 2 stars based on how I was dealt with from a business stand point , the woman in the office was very nice had no issue from the start ,the first lesson the instructor was horrible he held the steering wheel the whole lesson I ended the lesson early , the next instructor was great ( Frederick) if you ever want to learn how to drive reach out to Frederick great guy . My issue started after I set up my road test , I had 2 remaining lessons which I was suppose to take before the road test , they never scheduled, so I called Frederick and found out he no longer works with them . So I scheduled 2 lesson with him , glad I did . I never received my last to lessons , when I informed them , I was told they would check and call me back I'm still waiting on that call . Just wanted to take this opportunity to thank Frederick for helping me to pass my road test , and shout out to Larry for getting me to my road test on time.

Negative experience: Made me wait 15 minutes after my appointed time, Very unprofessional! Disappointed in this school.

Fantastic experience: More than pleased! We purchased a package for our daughter in January and yesterday she passed her road test! Most of her lessons were with Frederick and he made sure that she was prepared to pass on her first try. He was very calm and thorough, especially with parallel parking. Importantly, he put her at ease with what to expect, especially with certain examiners and he was on point. Juniors is worth every penny and I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Contacting Juniors Driving School for the road lessons was the best decision I made. From the point of contact to pick up, the level of professionalism was exquisite. The office attendant was very courteous and polite and made the necessary adjustments to fit my schedule. My first lesson was what I needed to boast my confidence. He would let me know exactly what I did that would make me lose points. The instructor was very detailed and patient. Even on the last few mins before I took off for the road test he was giving tips and reminder, and for that I’m truly satisfied with the overall service. Highly recommend and will recommend through word of mouth. surely I pass on the first test. I don’t need to say more, the results don’t lie.

He boasted my confidence because at first I was nervous,but patiently and calmly, he made it very easy for me to pass the road test at the first appointment. He encouraged me to relax and do it, that’s why I was successful. If you go to the school, ask for my instructor, Mr Fredrick and you will not regret it because he is the game changer. I also want to say that the lady in the office is very cordial and receptive. She made me feel at home from the first day I set my foot there. Her customer care service is top notch, always making sure that I am comfortable with the appointments and services. Keep up the good work.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with this school's driving team as a whole - they gave me the right confidence and tools to conduct the test and pass in first attempt. They are all very professional and design the schedule around your comfort. They are punctual and give you feedback on areas you need to improve. (Abigail handles the scheduling and Wes and Fredrick are the driving instructors) both of the instructors are patient and friendly - they will keep you at ease and boost your confidence. YOU WILL PASS the first time!! Tip: Take a class either a day before or day of the test and you will pass for sure :)

Fantastic experience: My daughter attended this driving school. The Office manager was professional, courteous and very accommodating when scheduling driving classes. The driving instructors were always punctual, patient and caring, providing feedback regularly if requested, relating to the progress of the student driver. The service was comprehensive, with timely scheduling and hosting of the 5-hr zoom class, and scheduling of the driving test, as well as providing the necessary transportation, guidance and tips, right up to the time of the road test. So, I was not surprised about the positive outcome. It gives me great pleasure to recommend this driving school to anyone currently looking for this kind of service.

However, upon taking lessons (I did the 10 lessons package + 2 additional lessons) with Junior as my instructor, I was finally able to pass on my third attempt! If you were like me and were struggling to find a driving school with consistent communication, VERY patient and calm instructors and staff, and constructive yet kind advice to improve your driving ability, this is your sign to choose Junior’s.

Fantastic experience: At the age of 45 it was my first time learning to drive and from the young lady in the office to my instructor everyone was patient and helpful. My instructor "Mr Junior" repeatedly talked to me calmly and without judgement when I made a mistake and he applaud me when I did great. I would definitely recommend Junior driving school to everyone. He was always on-time for my pick up too.

Fantastic experience: They have great customer service which I liked the most. The receptionist, Abigail, is really good at managing schedules and communicates well with the client. She also has a cute little baby at her office. Hard working mom :). With the actual classes it self, all the instructors would arrive exactly on the dot to start the session. Good time managment. I had two instructors, Junior and the other whom I don't know the name of. They seemed like chill people. The actually classes themselves, I don't know if they were good or not since I didn't know how to previously drive. But hey, they taught me how to drive and I passed my test. One instructor did tell more than the other. I guess it varies instructor by instructor.I guess they were good. I took the 10 classes package. During the time I was also watching YouTube videos to learn how to drive better and figure out the stuff I wasn't clear about.
