Negative experience: If you are looking for private adult lessons I do not recommend. Ashton is one of the few instructors available and he is very condescending and rude. Terrible learning environment. When I emailed costumer service on what I should do, they didnt care at all and their advice was very unhelpful.

I just have to say that I'm so thankful that she was the instructor. She didn't make me uncomfortable at all and she helped me calm down before the test (I was anxious). Overall, I highly recommend this place. The staff are super nice and approachable. Thank you again, Ofelia!

Negative experience: I took the written test last Saturday. I did not have a good experience with the examiner Ashton Stonhill. I was within the time limit to take the test, after about 40 minutes he started pressuring me to transfer the questions to the answer sheet, after 45 minutes of the test he came back and said that my time was up. Therefore, he made me nervous, he seemed impatient, and he was unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: The currently have a course online so you don’t have to go in person for the permit test if you’re older (which is what I’m doing right now)

Negative experience: They advertise “evening and weekend “ driving lessons yet I’ve been trying to book an evening or weekend driving lesson since April unsuccessfully. Unfortunately I only discovered how difficult it would be to schedule drives after I had paid. The one time I was able to schedule a drive, the instructor was good, that’s why I gave 2stars. I’d give the instructor 4 but there is no phone to talk to a human, only email. The staff that answers the emails only tells you to keep trying to find an open evening or weekend slot and that new times are released on Thursdays. I check every Thursday and have yet to see one! Save yourself the missed time from work and school and look elsewhere for driving lessons.

Fantastic experience: Kramer Gill is a very good teacher he does his best to make the class entertaining while also providing a good learning experience I can safely say that I am better off driving with this class then I would be without this class and I have more confidence driving on the road and if you plan on taking this course then I would definitely choose Kramer Gill as my driving ed teacher.

She was very friendly and she knows, understand that some person becomes nervous during the driving test. Her instructions were very easy to understand. I was an experienced driver and her instructions were so clear so that I just followed what is she asked me to do during the test. Everything went smoothly.

Fantastic experience: 405 driving school gave me a very good practice of driving safe on the road. All the four instructors who took me to the road for practice were quite cooperative, interactive and positive. The examiner was also a nice person who encouraged me to perform the manoevers during test driving. Thanks to the management staff at 495 who facilitated well during my lessons and exam. Fantastic experience: I had Maggie as my instructor and she did a fabulous job at teaching me the magnificent art of driving. She took the time to really ensure the basics were engrained in me. She was also a very fun person to talk to. More than anything I think she really understood the driver and their state of mind. Driving with her was an experience of a lifetime.

Fantastic experience: I'm still a learner, but I had a really good experience with the instructors in this school... all of them were nice and willing to teach, it was a pleasing experience... I learnt a lot from them and got confidence behind the wheel thanks to the way they conduct the driving lessons. On the other side, the prices are bit over the average in Lynnwood and they have a bundle of 5 lessons at max(or fewer), I would ve liked to get a 10 lesson plan to practice more with them and save money... but unfortunately they don't offer that...

Positive experience: Convenient, however I would like regular feedback and better booking options.

Negative experience: Be careful with instructor ghosting you and poorly developed website. Let’s start with website, no check on what email address you put when signing up, if you created an account in a hurry and had the email address wrong, it will take several arounds of communication to correct it. Like every other website, a simple regular expression check on email address value will prevent any unnecessary time being wasted on correcting your email address. I wasn’t able to take the driving lessons because I didn’t have a permit, which I don’t even know it’s required before I paid for a 3 hours bundle. The prerequisites of taking driving lessons can be made more obvious on the bundle page. Luckily I wasn’t charged with a late fee because I can’t take the class I scheduled. And today I just stood at the front door for a good 30 minutes, waiting for my instructor Elisa to meet me. I went upstairs first and a gentleman told me to wait downstairs since Elisa will meet me in a bit. Not until I went back upstairs, I was told Elisa had to leave early today and switch me to another instructor. According to one of employees, the switch happened before my course started, nor did I receive any call or email notifications about the instructor change. The time slot I scheduled is 5 pm to 6 pm, if it is considered as a late time for instructors, I’d rather seeing no availability from website during this time period. Luckily the employee who told me the switch happened before my course started told they will call me to reschedule my course. Because I only available after 5 pm from next week, they will call me on Thursday, yeah, let’s hope for the best that I can receive the call no later than my bundle expires.

Fantastic experience: I'm the student take the driver ed class at this school, definitely worth for the price. Classes are fun, smooth and clear and the content is directly related to the test. I takes knowledge tests in other schools by self-learning before since my mom did not want to pay my drive ed. I have failed from the knowledge tests several times, Some schools will make their own version of the test to intentionally fail their students. But this one definitely does not, tests content are official and reasonable, I pass for first time after ed. They even told you about how to buy vehicles and how to deal with the insurance company.Thanks to all the instructors over here, finally got my driver license♥️

She made sure to patiently answer all of them and even gave me additional information I was not aware of. She also helped me set up my account and taught me how to book step by step.
