Fantastic experience: I’m really satisfied with my driving experience at this school. I kidd you not when I say that I would get this gruesome feeling in the pit of my stomach from just THINKING about having to drive alone. I decided to put that aside and to take driving lessons so that I can build my confidence to let go of that fear of driving. Best decision ever! My instructor Mrs. Antonella was super duper lovely. She made my experience delightful because her demeanor was super calm. If I made a mistake she will advise me in a cordial tone, and she always made sure to reassure me that she has my back if something goes wrong, which thankfully nothing ever went wrong because she made me feel self-assured. When my test day was coming up, I was not nervous at all because I had a great teacher who taught me everything I needed to learn about driving and some things about myself as well. Negative experience: I had a very poor experience with this place. The interaction with the attendant was rushed, with no explanation, and her English was hard to understand. I sought this place to avoid the unpleasantness of the DMV and paid 80 dollars for worse attention than the DMV itself. I would recommend the DMV 100 times instead of this place. Save yourself your hard earned money.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience with A&B Driving School. When I entered the office, we were greeted with a warm welcome and beautiful smile by Mimi. She was very informative and helpful. When I told her that I had no experience in driving and how nervous I was, she assured me that I was in the right place and that she would find the perfect driving instructor that would be patient, kind, and helpful. Mimi gave me Federico. Federico was always on time which I really appreciate, he was very patient, kind, informative and we had a very wonderful conversation which helped me a lot to relax and lose all my nervousness. As he instructed me, his instructions were clear, as were his demonstrations. I truly appreciate the care and thought he put into making sure that I get and understood each instruction as being careful and vigilant while driving was of the utmost importance to him then and also when I get to drive on my own. Fantastic experience: After doing classes here, I’d definitely recommend them for first time drivers. My instructor Ryan was very passionate about his job and a bit crazy lol but he breaks it down to you so you can get it. I passed my test within 5 days which I thought was impossible, but the way he trains, if you follow you definitely can pass in one go ! Many thanks to my instructor Ryan !! And good luck guys ✨✨✌️

Fantastic experience: Today I took the driving test at AB Auto Driving and Traffic School! It's a wonderful school and the instructor Walter Perez is the best! He is very kind, attentive, calm, cheerful and a real professional. He helps with driving, signals, three-point turns, reverse, park and if he is your instructor, you are in good hands, I recommend taking driving classes only with him! I have never driven a car, but Walter taught me everything, told me about all the intricacies of driving. I passed the exam on the first try and now I can confidently drive a car! Negative experience: They take your money & fail you for anything. amy instructor was so rude barely spoke english a Haitian man yelling at me couldn’t answer my questions . Very unprofessional , couldn’t even speak to a manager to get my money back , they just sent a text message. Didn’t even care to resolve the issue

Negative experience: The African America/ or Haitian male aka the driver instructor (don’t know his name) for the practice test was very rude , unprofessional and he seemed like he has anger issues . He doesn’t correct you on any mistakes , doesn’t guide you , he just gets mad and starts yellying at you after for little mistakes, he was really impatient and just have nasty energy . 0/10 communication and cooperation. I still passed but idk who he is but he needs to COPE and im not sure why they would hire someone so rude like that but he is the only African American male who works there ( if you know, you know) “However, emphasizing the instructor’s race in your feedback is inappropriate and detracts from the constructive criticism we value.” ^^ don’t care and didn’t ask , not changing how i feel and what i said

Fantastic experience: Iam from a different country and I just know little basics about cars but never tried to drive in the traffic. At first I tried driving in the parking lot of my apartment with the help of my husband but I don’t have enough confidence to drive on the main road and here comes the thought of taking lessons from driving school and from AB AUTO Driving School me and my husband selected Antonella to teach me driving. She is fantabulous, wonderful and I highly recommend her. She is very patient and supportive. Go with Antonella!!!!

Negative experience: My kids took the driving test here and passed. However, after sitting at DMV for 2 hours directly after to get the actual license, we were told nothing is in the system. DMV requested S number and multiple calls to AB auto and they have no number and won’t have the manager / owner return my call. If you expect to get your license immediately following, don’t count on it.

Negative experience: Might as well go to the dmv and wait in the long lines. This place is so slow! Was here for over 7 hours! . I came here with my sister to get her learner license.They need better instructors who can actually drive and teach . Honestly just go to the dmv

Positive experience: Take your lessons and permit test here but do not take driving test here it’s built and made for people to fail so they can finesse more money out of you for retakes they put you in a bad car and then the Haitian guy tells you wrong ways to drive way different from the way the instructors on your lessons tell you too. And he tries to convince you that you’re not ready and gives you unclear instructions on what to do to confuse you and to make you more anxious. I took my test today and the Haitian guy was trying to convince me that you’re supposed to look at both windows in the back seat when reversing and not at the back window and rear view mirror. And the car they give you is really difficult to drive it’s not like a regular car and not the car they teach you to drive in. I failed my test because another test taker was in my lane and my examiner told me to still take the left if I would have taken the left I would have hit there car he said not to do anything unless instructed. And that’s what I did he didn’t tell me to stop and wait he didn’t tell me to go the other way he wanted me to still take the left so I had no choice but to go into the left lane and i automatically failed. When all he had to do was tell me to turn right or to stop and it could’ve been avoided. But since it’s built off trying to get more money he told me to still take the left knowing I would fail. Antonella and Edgar were amazing teachers would highly recommend taking lessons. Just don’t take your driving test here. And if the Haitian guy is ever your examiner ask for a different one‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️. He’s definitely gonna fail you off of his way of driving not the way they teach you

Fantastic experience: Found out about AB Auto through a referral by my mother's friend, and I must say, I couldn't be happier with entrusting myself with them. Antonella was my driving instructor, and safe to say, I couldn't be further satisfied with the experience of her teachings. I had never driven before, and was extremely nervous to do so. As someone with awful, debilitating anxiety, I informed Antonella upon meeting her for the first time, that I talk when Im nervous. She accommodated me tremendously, never once making me feel like I was doing something wrong or out of place. When I needed a correction, she gave it to me gently, never making it feel like it was my fault. Fantastic experience: At 48 years of age I decided it was time to get my driver's license. I was a little shaky and nervous but the instructors were very concise and professional and now I'm a successful Florida driver. Wait let me change directions to this review is actually for my son just got his license passed the exam successfully the instructors were great they did 20 minutes of kind of a refresher for getting on the road which was great dash cams are in the vehicles they were on time pleasant atmosphere all around highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I recommend Carlos P. My experience overall with the lessons was great, I knew the basics, but I learned all the reasons behind it. It was great and efficient. I can reverse, do 3 point turns, learned how to drive in the highway, U turns on main roads, residential speed, close and open turns. And most importantly, parking. Positive experience: I took my driving test here because they open on weekend. The process is very easy. I had my appointment at 9:30 but i had to wait for quite a long while before i get to be in the car to start my practice. Nelson was the one who went through the practice with me. He is very kind and helped me feel more comfortable and relax while driving. I had another instructor for the test. I passed. I didn't get full mark and it would be nice to know what I did wrong so i can avoid it in real situation. I went to DMV Pompano right away after the test and thought i would get the license straight away but no... dmv asked me to wait for 2 weeks and until now i still have not got my license... not to mention that they made me wait for my "learner's permit" at least 120 days even i passed and paid for my class E knowledge exam at the DMV. DMV around Broward county is horrible.

Fantastic experience: I was very well looked after, the staff were attentive and helpful. The first lap to get to know the circuit was excellent, as were the tips on maneuvers and how to proceed in the event of an uphill stop. Although I already have a license and have been driving for many years in my country, I was apprehensive and the examiner was able to put me at ease and talk about random things. The road test process was quick and it was great to be able to do it on the spot.

Positive experience: I went today to take my driving exam and I passed very happy about that and it’s a good place but one specific employee named Jeff was off the bat disrespectful towards me and very mean and I have no idea why. He already had a bad attitude the minute he got into the car with me so I hope he will learn to be nicer.

Negative experience: One of the worst experiences ever, customer service is horrible, people working there are disrespectful, communication is really bad, everything is at their own pace with no organization. I do not recommend them at all. Make sure you find professionals instead of hiring these mediocre people/company. Don’t waste your time or money on them.

Fantastic experience: I want to highlight how respectful and kind they are all. Due to the collapsed DMV system in Florida, I had to go to them to get my permit and my driver test. Of all the times I went there, observing all of them, I was shocked at how they treat customers. Super professional, organized, efficient. If you want to learn to drive, or need to take the permit test or take the driving test, go to this place, especially if it's your first time driving. They accept walk in.

I flew from indiana to here hoping I’d get the help I wanted since dmv was almost impossible for me to test. I went there with no appointment the help so so fast but one thing I didn’t appreciate is this Haitian guy who was first doing a little practice with me before the test he was so unnecessarily mean, he was showing me how to park uphill from a poster I asked him if I could only take a picture of it because I have a hard time memorizing I’d jus keep reading it before my test he gon say nope so bluntly. My experience would’ve been perfect if he wasn’t so mean,seems like he was tired of this job. Anyways the person who tested me was very cool and somewhat polite. I finally have my license because of them I’m very grateful thank you Ab driving school,

My daughter loved every class, and after purchasing a package of 5 classes we decided to keep getting extra classes until the final test, which also was with AB. My daughter now have her driver license and we got a new friend! Thank you Antonella and the whole team for making this journey easier.

I took 5 lessons with Antonella and she is the absolute best instructor; kind, informative, relaxing, and motivating. I passed the test easily and without nerves getting in the way. Fantastic experience: They are very nice & helpful. It’s easy to make an appointment online, no need to wait months like the dmv website. I passed and literally went to get my license the next day. it’s also nice how they give you a practice driving test before taking the official one :) 10/10

Fantastic experience: (redid review after receiving response) decent driving school. Allows walk-ins and has two language options on the website (most other places dont have these). failed my first driving test but i got in contact with their customer support for a possible retest and they responded quickly and informatively.

Fantastic experience: Ryan was an amazing driving instructor. He taught me a lot outside the basics of driving. Using what he taught me, I successfully passed my driving test and now have my license. :)

Positive experience: I had passed my test from AB AUTO Driving, but DMV selected me for a retake in which AB Auto Driving helped me they sent the car and instructor to DMV for my test and I got my license. THANK YOU

I took 4 lessons with the school, my instructor Ryan Echazabal was fantastic. He helped me to correct my technic and showed me tips and tricks to navigate better and safe in the Florida traffic.
