From the initial consultation to the final test, the instructors demonstrated exceptional professionalism, patience, and expertise. Their ability to break down complex concepts into manageable chunks and offer constructive feedback helped me build confidence behind the wheel.

Positive experience: I loved the staff of First Class, but I didn't finish my lessons. The owners started as a family business, I met Chris(?) and he was always very kind and supportive, and his parents were true sweethearts too. I feel bad because I don't remember his mother's name but she facilitated my 5 hour class and she was stern, but so helpful and taught me and the class basics and was so easy to talk to when I picked up my certificate. The issue is, I got their new instructor, Jeremy. I am definitely an awful driver, but Jeremy barely gave feedback and spent most of our lessons talking about conspiracy theories about billionaires, once he literally told me that Ideal supermarket is a government plant made to destroy neighborhoods, and sometimes anime. I was always trying to focus on the road, of course I talked back a bit, but I was asking questions and trying to learn while he was more interested in having conversation.. Nice guy but I feel like I learned nothing and switched to a different school. I wish I could say my experience here was perfect, and honestly I jumped the gun and should have switched to a different instructor because the other instructors seemed so much more helpful.. Thank you Chris and family you guys made me feel a lot less scared about driving!! On top of that, I wish you guys did pick up because the neighborhood is honestly really creepy and I kept seeing a homeless guy with his.. genitals out a block away and every other school does pickup..

You can tell from the very beginning this a professional company and they maintain a high standard of service. I’m a horrible driver and they taught me how to be a solid driver. They advise both on how to pass the road test but even how drive once you’ve passed. Great experience overall!

I was privileged to received Luis as my instructor for 1 lesson and he was an excellent instructor and very knowledgeable. I also had the opportunity for Christopher to be my instructor for the remaining of my lessons. Chirs" knowledge of driving goes beyond my expectations. his guidance and communication was at First Class. I must commend these two instructors for their professionalism and their phenomenal service that led me to PASS my driving test on my first attempt. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this school enough, my daughter gave me a mother’s gift and that’s was the money to learn to drive, she went online and she searched for the best schools and First class driving school was one of the options, she reads the reviews and she said mommy I think this is the school I think you should use.I must say my instructor Christopher was very patient, understanding, knowledgeable and communicative. Fantastic experience: Well for starters every one is so kind and Patient when I first started with my lessons I wasn’t comfortable at all with driving my first instructor was Darnell he was funny and made learning to drive fun but because of me being so uncomfortable I needed more lessons and when I went back he was Gone so I worked with Marco and Christopher very patient very encouraging and excellent teachers one things I will say is they are going to make sure you get it! Literally the entire staff was pleasant I literally don’t have anything bad to say this driving school stands on it’s name FIRST CLASS and I highly recommend them for your teaching ps I PASSED MY ROAD TEST!!

Fantastic experience: The entire staff has been very helpful and supportive throughout the entire process of obtaining my license. I purchased package C (10 lessons, 5 hour pre licensing course, road test appointment, and car for road test) for $495 and it was worth every penny! Without the top notch training I received during my lessons I am positive that I would not have passed the road test. Thanks again! 10/10 Would recommend! All that I was taught is exactly what I was asked to do on the road test .On our way to the site, Mrs Rojas went over the process again which I found very helpful because it helped calm me. While I was doing the road test all I could hear in my head is Mr and Mrs Rojas voice this really helped me, Is like they were there in the car as when I was doing my lessons. Fantastic experience: Living up to their name they are First Class at the Jamaica Branch. I happened to be walking down Jamaica Avenue from 175th and I saw a driving school on 171st close to Jamaica Avenue. I opted to go inside to get some information on cost and availability for one lesson to test out their instruction. From the moment I spoke to the person at the desk to first lesson, 3 more lessons, then to Road Test day - I was impressed with them every time. First class advice, first class thoughtfulness, first class genuineness, first class instruction - which truly prepared me and helped me gain more confidence to give my second Road Test a try. I truly enjoyed and learned a lot from the 5 hour class, the lessons, the day of the test advice as well. My kind of people because their goal is to genuinely help a student succeed. I felt that every time. I highly recommend this Driving School because they prepare you properly, they are kind but are no nonsense at the same time, and they are very professional. My advice to you is to also be professional just like they are because they have many students who count on them so it is important to keep them updated on any changes or if you might be late. Fantastic experience: A very big thank you to the entire staff of First Class Driving School for guiding me through the process of passing my New York State DMV Road Test. Previously, I had a very poor experience with another driving school, but when I met with Jeffery Jr, I knew I was in the right place. Everyone, Jeffery Snr, the wife, Jeffery Jr, and Christopher at the driving school were above and beyond nice, and exceedingly helpful throughout and even up to the day of the road test. The first time Jeffery Snr tutored me, I was like WOW! Then came Christopher, I was WOWED! Meeting their mum a day before the road test, she was super concerned and nice.... I can still remember what she told me.... to "see the road test as a whole, and to not let the challenge in one area affect my overall readiness and mindset towards the whole road test". Her solution to the challenge and advice really worked. Generally speaking, my experience with First Class Driving School was very remarkable and exceptional, and their service was excellent and very professional...... truly a first-class service. Negative experience: This school only teaches the basics of driving and does not manage to successfully teach specific techniques necessary to pass the road test. I was not taught how to properly parallel park nor did my instructor focus on the importance of not always relying on mirrors when turning lanes, etc. I had to switch where I receive my lessons to hopefully pass my road test.

Fantastic experience: My experience with First Class Driving School was nothing short of phenomenal. I would encourage every and anyone that wishes to get their license in NY to attend. They were hands down the most professional, friendly and down to earth family oriented organization I've ever witnessed.

Positive experience: My experience with the school so far has been pleasant and I love that they offer home pickup. However, the slight concern is with one of the instructors. He was really cool, funny and chill... but he made me do things that I wasn't supposed to do. He told me to drive in the middle of narrow roads, when we're supposed to always stay towards the right (as much as possible). I didn't learn much with parking. He got out of the car and went into a store during one of my lessons. Also, he said he offered private lessons outside of the school and completely ghosted me when we made plans for those lessons. So I would say he was unprofessional, but I will admit that he made me comfortable during my lessons. And the other workers (desk and road test escorts) were cool as well.

Fantastic experience: This is a very good driving school, they are all professionals and they really care, Ms.Omayra tells you your do's and dont's before the road test she calms you down and get you relaxed , my instructor was Mr.Darnell he is truly amazing, he give you great tips on parking,U- turns overall driving, he is an amazing instructor from start to finish. They had confidence in me when I didn't in myself, I was very nervous but I passed my road test the first time,I guess that's why it's called First Class Driving. To celebrating my tears of joy when I passed the road test. Mr Darnell was the best instructor ever. Let’s you take your time and gives you all the great cheat codes and easy actions to learn how to drive. And he has the funniest sense of humor, which made lessons a breeze. This driving school is one of the biggest reasons why I got my license. You guys made me feel like family and that was the best part. Thank you !

Unfortunately, I couldn't continue to go here because I'm trying to get my license before I go back school in August. However!, my experience here was only 1 day and it was really positive and amazing. Darnell (instructor) really made me comfortable and also gave me good tips and a heads up! So shout out to him, I definitely recommend him. The lady at the desk ( I wish I got her name) was very professional and was nice as well. Overall I recommend going here, if you're a first time driver that is nervous and needs quality technique. Fantastic experience: Love love love this school !! The first time I went in the energy was amazing. She was very professional and super caring about her students. I felt nervous at first but she reassured me that she is here to help and that made me feel very special. Other schools would grab your cash and go but she was supportive, encouraging and most of all attentive to my needs. It was more than just teaching us how to drive but also learning to love it. They helped me schedule my road test around the convenience of my schedule & every time I needed something they were there to answer any and all questions I had. I cannot explain how grateful and appreciative I am with the way they helped me. Negative experience: I wouldn’t recommend. My instructor was no good. He never told me what I did wrong, no critique, nothing, all he did was sit in the car and had me driving around. It was after I failed my exam and move on to another driving school I realize that there was so much I needed to learn and was doing wrong. I literally wasted my money here.

Fantastic experience: I just passed my road test today and I honestly would not have been able to do so on my first try without the professionalism and exceptional lessons from this school, especially Christopher. What's not listed on their packages is the confidence boost, positivity/encouragement, and accommodation that not only your instructor, but everyone there will provide. Christopher is such a clear and well spoken instructor he is very easy to understand and is obviously well versed in what he's doing and explaining. From theory to practice I received so much logical guidance, nothing but my nerves would of kept me from passing. They really set you up for success in all ways and that's exactly what was achieved. The prices are affordable especially compared to other driving schools in the area. They have a FUNCTIONING and easy to use website, but are also available by phone and email to answer all your inquiries, which they do quickly, politely and professionally. I was also able to do my 5hr class through zoom which was very convenient! Overall, I'm so glad that I chose this school. If you want to be technical about things, I mean sure there are other driving schools, but if you couldn't tell from the name, there is a reason why this one comes FIRST! Fantastic experience: Driving can be scary and complex when you haven't had any prior experience of driving. But my instructor, Christopher, really helped me out throughout all of my lessons to be more confident in myself when I was most anxious! He's a great teacher that's very patient and kind. He taught me everything I needed to know for the road test and I was able to pass yesterday! I would highly recommend this driving school for new drivers!

Positive experience: I purchased a package here because of the reviews. Not only does this establishment NEVER answer the phone. My instructor was constantly late, forgot about my appointment and the day of my exam forgot that I still needed to learn to park. I am pretty disappointed with my experience. I was hoping for something so much better. I do not recommend this place. The only upside is the instructor does not yell, he is pretty calm. Other than that, you can find a place that is less expensive and still gives great lessons.

Fantastic experience: My instructors were Ghufri and Darnel both of these gentlemen were knowledgeable and helped me with the rules and driving. I struggled a bit with the parallel parking but yesterday Darnel really helped with it and I NAILED it on road test. Omayra drove me to the test site, she was very nice and gave me a lil pep talk before I started my test. I passed my test! You should definitely use them if you’re looking to get your license.

They don't care about you, only thing they care is money. If you don't wanna waste your time and money don't get classes here.

Fantastic experience: I just took my road test today and I PASSED on my first try!!!! Im so overjoyed and happy cause I’ve always wanted to get my license. I purchased the 10 lessons package which included the car for the road test, the appointment and the lessons! And for the price, you really cannot beat it! My instructor (Guillermo) is the BEST!! Hands down! I came in a nervous wreck on my first lesson and finished with a relaxed and positive outlook! My biggest fear was parallel parking and on the test I nailed it! We practiced parallel parking every single time i had a lesson and that really boosted my confidence for the road test. And on the day of the road test, another instructor (Omayra) took me to the test, she is really awesome, she re-assured me and gave me a few pointers before and it was sooo worth it! Overall, I highly recommend you come to this school, i had nothing but an awesome experience!

Fantastic experience: First off I just want to say the Rojas family is amazing. Before my lessons I have never drove a car before, no prior Experience with driving and I passed my exam on the first try with 8 lessons. Christopher is an AMAZINg instructor, very patient, understanding, cool and really knowledgeable. His mom really came through for me when making a schedule that suited me and was able to help me get my lessons, 5 hour class and road test scheduled before my permit expired. I would recommend First Class Driving School in queens to any new first drivers, you won’t be disappointed.

This school teaches you everything you need to know for the road test and allows you to work through what you’re struggling with. I was nervous about starting lessons, but quickly felt comfortable as I was given tips and skills in a calm manner. Fantastic experience: Such an amazing driving school with friendly, knowledgeable staff! I purchased a 10 lesson package which came with everything included, even the car to use on the day of the road test. The two instructors I had were very well-spoken and patient. They helped me work on my turns and practice parallel parking. Instead of dwelling on the mistakes I made during the lessons, they offered solutions to help me fix them all. I left this school feeling comfortable getting back on the road, which was exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend this school to anyone that wants to learn how to drive. The wonderful staff here has helped me so much, and I've got my license to prove it.

Fantastic experience: This is my first driving school I have ever attended and I AM VERY grateful that I have done so! Today was my driving test and I have passed using the skills, advice and knowledge given to me. The package price was reasonable and it includes the 5 hour class, the lessons and the car itself to drive. The instructors were amazing, patient and kind! I was a nervous wreck prior and within halfway into my lessons, I already felt comfortable. They are not afraid to answer any of your questions or concerns and they don't hold back when it comes to the student learning their mistakes. They are also very accommodating! There were times in the past where an emergency came up and they were willing to move my lesson to another date whenever possible. I never felt like I couldn't do it because they have uplifted my confidence all the way! THANK YOU GUYS ONCE AGAIN!

Fantastic experience: A mom and pop store with heart and soul. I honestly am so thankful that I found em. I don't think I could learn at ease like how they thought me. I really appreciate the time and patience they had with me. I especially love the fact that its a family business, it makes me feel right at home. Plus they are bilingual, Spanish and English.
