Negative experience: I repeat because I don’t see my review anymore. Do not use this company. We filed complaints with BBB and nothing happened. $1,000 dollars was stolen from us. It’s been almost a year with one lesson for 1 hr that was provided and that’s all. They will schedule you knowing they will not fulfill their obligation. Avoid at all cost!! They are thieves

Negative experience: $1200 stolen no call backs or emails to reschedule lessons just weekly reminder emails for lessons never given I would think if you knew you were not going to provide lessons and were going to close shop you could atleast call and let people know or respond to emails and calls to let people have a choice to make other plans. Scamers and theives!!!

Negative experience: I give this company 0 stars, they stole $623.94 from me and never provided any service. They proceeded to lie to my credit card company and provided them false information and documents that did not pertain to me, thereby making my claim with my credit card company rejected. They do not respond when you submit a formal refund request (that was only because they were completely unresponsive and unable to provide the services purchased in the first place). Do not give this company your money!

Negative experience: I registered for a 4 hour lesson plan. I applied for the plan today and tried to schedule dates. I couldn't do it on the website, so I called. The first time I called, the person on the phone said that the first available date for me would be September 28th (2 whole months from now). I said ok and then she went silent for a while and hung up the phone. I called again and asked the same thing and the person who answered asked me a few questions before saying that he would check up on something. It' had been over an HOUR that I had been waiting and I even said hello multiple times and no one responded. I'm still waiting for a responded. I then started to type an emai asking for a refund and then I heard the phone hang up. I sent the email and then called a THIRD TIME and immediately asked for a refund. The person actually stayed on the phone the whole time and then told me 5hatbit had to be approved and I should receive an email. So here I am waiting for an email and to get my money back. I don't appreciate being treated like that, especially of I paid over $500 for lessons.
