Negative experience: I repeat because I don’t see my review anymore. Do not use this company. We filed complaints with BBB and nothing happened. $1,000 dollars was stolen from us. It’s been almost a year with one lesson for 1 hr that was provided and that’s all. They will schedule you knowing they will not fulfill their obligation. Avoid at all cost!! They are thieves

Negative experience: $1200 stolen no call backs or emails to reschedule lessons just weekly reminder emails for lessons never given I would think if you knew you were not going to provide lessons and were going to close shop you could atleast call and let people know or respond to emails and calls to let people have a choice to make other plans. Scamers and theives!!!

Negative experience: I give this company 0 stars, they stole $623.94 from me and never provided any service. They proceeded to lie to my credit card company and provided them false information and documents that did not pertain to me, thereby making my claim with my credit card company rejected. They do not respond when you submit a formal refund request (that was only because they were completely unresponsive and unable to provide the services purchased in the first place). Do not give this company your money!

Negative experience: I registered for a 4 hour lesson plan. I applied for the plan today and tried to schedule dates. I couldn't do it on the website, so I called. The first time I called, the person on the phone said that the first available date for me would be September 28th (2 whole months from now). I said ok and then she went silent for a while and hung up the phone. I called again and asked the same thing and the person who answered asked me a few questions before saying that he would check up on something. It' had been over an HOUR that I had been waiting and I even said hello multiple times and no one responded. I'm still waiting for a responded. I then started to type an emai asking for a refund and then I heard the phone hang up. I sent the email and then called a THIRD TIME and immediately asked for a refund. The person actually stayed on the phone the whole time and then told me 5hatbit had to be approved and I should receive an email. So here I am waiting for an email and to get my money back. I don't appreciate being treated like that, especially of I paid over $500 for lessons.

Fantastic experience: Just passed my road test and it’s all thanks to the legend himself, Mark. I highly recommend AFSI if you want to be a confident and safe driver. Like most newbie drivers, I’m anxious behind the wheel. But with the practice and patience from instructor Mark, I was able to overcome the fear and drive swiftly, finally getting my license. 10/10 thanks (gracias) Mark!!!!

Negative experience: SCAM!!!! I called to register, paid in full and was told they'd contact me in 3-5 business days. It's been about a month, they don't respond to emails, if you call there's always a queue, if you ask for. a call back they don't call and if you wait when it gets to you the message says "we have too much call volume, number for call back or leave a message". Impossible to contact them. I will be trying to contact my bank to get my money back. Insane that they have so many "good" reviews here, should've check their Yelp and seen real ones.

Negative experience: I purchased the package on August 10. I called multiple times to get scheduled which is very challenging to get through to talk with someone which I never got to talk to anyone , left voice messages and nothing. I get text message that my son is schedule for October 10 and 11 from Samara and when the day comes it's a no show or no call but got email this morning confirming the appointment. I call the instructor Mike and he explains he no longer works for them. Please don't waste your money on this company seems to me a big scam... I can't even request a refund because it's like no existing.

Negative experience: My appointment for my classes it’s in a month and a half days… when I tried to call back for a refund or a closer appointment they told me that I all I can do is cancel my order. I don’t recommend this people at all, when I called them before paying they told me that after paying they would start my classes in 3 business days. This is not fair at all, and it’s almost a scam.

Negative experience: I scheduled my daughter to have driving lessons at All Florida Safety Institute. They told me they would be sending an email on the same day with a document to sign, then we would be scheduled for lessons in early September. I called and spoke to someone 2x at which point they told me the email would be sent right away. Weeks later and no email, so my daughter wasn't scheduled. Out of the blue, they finally reach out with us being scheduled with days and times we didn't even discuss or agree on and they are in October! Of course, that doesn't work for us, but they tell us they have a NO REFUND POLICY! So they are free to treat customers however they feel with no consequence??

Fantastic experience: Everyone we spoke to, Emma, Samara, and Randall, we’re all amazing! My daughter struggles with learning disabilities and failed the permit test on her own. We did the permit training class and she got her permit and then we did the 18 hour driving course and she got her license on the first try! We are so thrilled with the service and kindness we were shown. The instructors genuinely cared and were first rate! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: My son did his road test at All Florida Safety Institute in Dr. Phillips with Samara. So much better than doing it at the DMV. Very nice professional people. It cost approximately $80 with tax to use the car for the test or you could use your own for a lower amount. Money well spent.

Thanks to Karolina and Samara for helping me to learn and clear the test. I would recommend to any new beginner and who came from other country and trying to get the license in USA …

Positive experience: I really would like to rate this as five stars, but, honestly, the experience with the company is barely average. I have a feeling they are dealing with staffing issues from the pandemic, but it gets to a point where you start to question if you're really receiving the value for the money. First, I paid for the 24 hours of driving for my child. Honestly, this was way too much. They tend to arrive late and drop off early, resulting in anywhere from 5 -20 minutes being cut off from each two-hour lesson. Over the course of 12 lessons, that's at least an hour being cut from the total driving time. While I understand they have a plan of maneuvers to accomplish, when someone is paying for 24 hours and you're only receiving 20 - 23, that's an issue. If I had only purchased a few hours of driving time, I wouldn't be that upset with the time loss... but it adds up over the 12 lessons. Second, it can be difficult to get a hold of them. There was an issue with someone not showing up and I couldn't talk to anyone to figure out if the driver was just late because the office wasn't open and the mailbox was full. I finally was able to reach the area manager who assisted. Third, when you have something cancelled, through no fault of your own, you get pushed back to the end of the line. For instance, they canceled an appointment due to someone leaving the company. Fine. But then they told me it would be weeks to before they had an opening -- as it was the end of the lessons, my child had the appointment for their driving test already scheduled. The same happened when the driver no-showed. I can understand personal cancellations causing that to happen, but when the actual business cancels, every effort should be made to change schedules around. Honestly, I give it three stars because I genuinely feel like the driving instructors my child had taught him a fair amount. If I had purchased less time or used this service without the staffing issues, I would probably give a higher rating... but as it stands, my experience was three stars -- plus 5 for the quality of instruction, minus 1 for the time issues, minus 1 for the staffing issues.

Negative experience: They will say you have to pay first to see the schedule/time availability, once you pay, they will say its 3-4 weeks out and is non-refundable if its too long of a wait. Later you cannot get hold of anyone for hrs.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing and they have great customer service!!!! Mark was my instructor and he was awesome!!! He made me feel comfortable when i was nervous. I had a 20 hour course with road and highway driving, i was really nervous about driving on the highway but with marks guidance i felt confident to drive on the road. Im soo glad i went with this place to learn to drive. My test proctor was also amazing she made me feel comfortable and we told allot of dad jokes while i was taking the test that i forgot i was even taking it. The staff at this place is soo amazing and i would defiantly recommend this place for anyone who wants to learn to drive.

Fantastic experience: Randall is a wonderful driving instructor. He is extremely knowledgable, encouraging, and patient. He helped calm my nerves and become confident in my abilities as a first-time driver. I felt very prepared for the road test and passed on my first attempt. I highly recommend working with him!

Fantastic experience: I can’t sing enough praises for this driving school .They were extremely professional, always returned calls, very prompt, and super nice . Our instructor Randy was amazing! He made my son very comfortable and gave him great confidence. Samara was the nicest examiner ever! We had overall an amazing experience and highly recommend this school.

Fantastic experience: Did my drivers test at the Clermont location with Carmen, and it was great!! She was super nice and made sure that I wasn’t feeling nervous at all during the test. Definitely would recommend to my friends and family because it was so easy to book an appointment through the FLHSMV website. Carmen was really attentive and the whole process took about 25-30 minutes (10-15 minutes actually driving, extra 10 minutes because we decided to use our own car and had to fill out like 2 papers, which also was fast and easy) super happy with my experience and I’m so glad I finally have my license!!!

So grateful to my instructor KAROLINA I learned so much from her, improved so much compared to previous myself. She is best instructor absolutely. Very professional, dive into details, make progressive schedules tailored for me. She knows what are my weak points, and select the suitable roads/areas so I can grow up most efficiently. So much shared with me - her valuable experiences, expertise, and safely driving tips. I am very fortunate to be able to meet KAROLINA and keep learning with her. And will continue practicing with her to improve my skills.

Fantastic experience: THIS WAS AWESOME!!! I had zero experience and my Instructor Randy taught me everything I needed to get going. He was patient and very knowledgable. The staff here is awsome and very professional and chill. If you want stress free lessons, this is the spot. Pass my road test first try. Overall, I had a good experience here.

Fantastic experience: I moved to Florida at the age of 54 and never had a driver's license. I was very nervous and had a lot of anxiety about driving. I had tried once before to learn 20 yrs earlier when I lived in NY but had a instructor that was awful and I gave up. Randy at All Florida Safety Institute was amazing. He's very patient and encouraging. I don't think I could of got my license without him.

Fantastic experience: My instructor was Mark, he made me feel very welcome, and prepared me for my drivers test. The lady who gave me my test was also very sweet, and assured me every time I started to get nervous. I recommend this driving school to beginners and advanced students.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing. It takes a minute to find, it is literally in The Workonomy Hub, the people are amazing. I did the hour driving lesson with Nanette who was patient and encouraging me throughout the lesson. Afterwards I had Samara who did my road test. She was kind, funny and made sure I knew where I was going.

Fantastic experience: Moved from NYC & found this school to teach me how to drive! I had some amazing instructors, Daniel & I had Nanette right before my test & they were so helpful! SO PATIENT! Fantastic experience: My daughter got her license on 2/2/22, so it has been awhile, this is the first opportunity, I have had to sit and write a review. The entrance was hard to find. It is on the top floor of the building right in the middle on the left above Gators Dockside. In the same parking lot as Sonny's. When you walk in, you may be confused, there are no posters, no decorations and nothing really in the room. They have bathrooms and chairs though. However all you need is a qualified teacher/instructor and Rebecca was an amazing person. She was helpful and nice. She made my daughhter's anxiety calm done with her demeanor and they went for a drive. She not only graded her, but she told her what she did wrong and how to improve and what was right and what was wrong and she told me what she got marked off of as well. The place is clean, efficient, and there was no wait when I was there. I don't have to go back, but I would if I ever needed to. Thank you Rebecca!

Fantastic experience: I signed up for an 18 hour program with the driving test and my experience was fantastic. My instructor was Randy and he was great, I had a little experience driving before with some understanding of operating a vehicle but I really needed to build confidence on the road and that was something Randy really helped me with. He gave me a lot insight into driving safely, performing maneuvers, what to look out for and how to tackle situations on the road. I passed the test easily and I'll be getting my license soon. All Florida Safety Institute, Samara especially was very flexible in adjusting my lesson schedule even when I had to cancel a lesson on short notice. I wholeheartedly recommend All Florida Safety Institute and Randy as an instructor if you ever need driving lessons.

Fantastic experience: I was very nervous going in to start driving at my age. But I took a chance and trusted all Florida safety and do not regret any moment of it. I went online and purchased a class of 12 hours and the next day I was greeted by one of their office managers, Jeff, to figure out my schedule. He was so nice and friendly that it made me feel really secured about this place. First impressions are everything! I had majority of my classes with Mark A. and he basically taught me everything I need to know and made me feel really safe. I also had classes with Daniel M. and Karolina V. They taught me how to park perfectly and reverse perfectly! Everyone were super good instructors and I definitely recommend taking as many classes as you can because time and effort is required. On my test date I had Jeff for my practice 1hr test and he calmed my nerves to be ready for the test which I took with Samara. They were both super friendly and comforting and not intimidating at all! Mind you I was soooo nervous and they assured me it was going to be okay. I really appreciate everyone on this team for all their efforts and you can really trust them to get your moneys worth. If you are not sure to do it, remember that it’s an investment for a lifetime skill.

He went me through the minutia of driving from the neighborhood areas to the main road. I went through the test skills every lesson thus I pass one time! This guy indeed rocks the turns, the speed, staying on lane, lane changes, parking and the overall road and driving analysis and execution! Jeff was the one who gave the road test and this big guy may intimidate you at first but actually he is so helpful in maintaining calmness during the exams! I am so proud of them! I was taught by Mark, Randy, and Karina, and they were all very kind and patient. I feel like I am now well prepared and quite a bit more confident when it comes to driving thanks to their lessons. Fantastic experience: The lessons here are great! I loved it! I implore you to have Scott Randall as your driving instructor 10/10 great man, great enthusiasm, very caring, patient, and friendly, someone I really recommend. After discussing/recapping on what I learned my first lesson, he was ready to give me my next lessons but I had some more questions to ask such as my blind spots, and he was happy/patient to answer my questions. Today I completed my road test with Samara Gluck who is a great woman who is very down to earth, she made me comfortable even though I was a little nervous, she is patient as well and does her job well, when ever I had to call her either to reschedule my lessons or something to ask her, even if she didn’t pick up and I left a voicemail she would either call back that day or help reschedule and send an email! I did the 12 hour package but they said I can try to do half of it as just 6 hour and if I choose to pay the rest I can and if I don’t they won’t charge the rest of the 6 hours. Fantastic experience: I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I’m someone who suffers with severe anxiety around driving and had been struggling to overcome this and get my license over 10 years. After many HORRIBLE experiences with the rmv/dmv I decided to try going here. I cannot say enough amazing things about the staff at the Doctor Phillips location, they were so kind and patient with me and my anxieties. Randy was my instruction and I felt so comfortable and at ease with him. I was able to work on all my concerns with him in a safe environment and practice the real test! When taking my test with Jeff I felt at ease, he was very professional as he needed to be when administrating the test, but was also so kind and patient. I’d recommend using this driving school to anyone but especially if you’re like me and have anxiety with the dmv testers. This was such an amazing experience.

In order to take the next step in making my decision I called the agency and was assisted by Dee Dee (from the JAX office) who was very delightful, professional and extremely knowledge of the packages. She took her time and answered ALL my questions providing the clarification I needed in order to make my final decision for the right package for my son. However, before being to complete my order I needed to call back but Dee Dee provided me with her direct extension so she could assist me and I could pick-up where I left off on completing my order. As a matter of fact, I called back and Dee Dee was not readily available and one of her colleagues assisted me (Grace-JAX office) who also provided me with good customer service. I also had left a message for Dee Dee to follow-up in order to review my finalized transaction. Dee Dee promptly returned my call and assured me everything was in place and all set for my son to attend the selected classes! HATS OFF for such excellent customer service Dee Dee M.

Fantastic experience: Randy was an amazing driving instructor. He was patient with his instructions and always made sure I felt comfortable while driving. Samara and Jeff were also helpful when I was taking my road test and everything went smoothly. Great experience all-around.

Fantastic experience: My instructor, Elvin Ortiz, was great, he made me comfortable throughout all my lessons. During times where I needed extra help he had no problem assisting me and overall I had a great experience.
