Positive experience: Everyone keeps saying that this driving school is good so we decided to use them, the driving Instructors are nice, howerever the unprofessional part is the 5 hours class Instructor the man is a harsh person, he keeps yelling at you on the zoom meeting and expects you to answer him, how can a student feel comfortable answering a question when you yell at them for the answers? Professionalism is key but that man needs to know we are paying for a service and we are humans too and if this is how you talk to students and expect them to learn that's not the way, yelling at me for an all way stop sign won't teach me.

Fantastic experience: The driving school is of high quality. I took lessons twice. The first experience with my first instructor was not good. However, the second instructor was kind and friendly. He always said encouraging things to boost my confidence, such as "you're a good driver" and "congratulations." This was very helpful in assisting me in obtaining my license.

Negative experience: The worst experience ever! The instructors have no patience! They are not properly trained nor engaged with teaching new drivers. My daughter had the 10 lessons package and it was a waste.

He was patient and didn’t pressure me into driving perfectly. He also answered all my questions during my lessons. On the day of my road test, the instructor that was with me and other students, David, also gave us some last-minute lessons. He made sure that all our questions were answered. Fortunately, I passed on my first test!

Negative experience: I had a bad experience with a driver. They were rude criticizing every thing I did wrong, mind you it was only my second lesson so I was a new inexperienced driver and they knew that but still acted that way. They also would prefer if you drive to school rather than the driver driving to you depending on how far you live which they didn't tell us so both lesson they would complain about how far I live. I never had the same instructor either. I wouldn't recommend this place especially if your a new driver.

Negative experience: i really don’t recommend this school, they always just gave me a random instructor that was available and never one person consistently. i would have classes canceled last minute all the time. i ended up failing my road test and my money going to waste. i went to different driving school with a set schedule & same instructor, no cancellations and finally passed my test. look for a different school in my opinion

Negative experience: The reason for a 1 star review is Ali Rahaman. He told me that he hates teaching new un-experienced drivers because it's more work! As well as requesting I pay cash for an hour session, which I paid my package deal for my lessons. And I was assigned for a 2 hour class today but he only took me for an hour.

Fantastic experience: Excellent professionalism, very good communication, wonderful staffs and instructors fully trained and experienced ( Margaret & the lady to the right) whom I have dealt with. The school prepared you and gave you more than enough training and information to successfully pass your road examination and also to become an excellent road user safely.

Negative experience: I have been extremely patient with Enas driving school I paid in full for my daughter to learn to drive & they continue you cancel appointments. Her road test is Tuesday the 11th of April which she was supposed to have 3 lessons leading up to that day. The school claims they only have 1 instructor who constantly calls out leaving not only my child unprepared for her road test. This is the most unprofessional school & has been a complete waste of money & time. Please “BEWARE “ that if you choose Enas driving school you will probably not get what you paid for & expect. Also the the the receptionist Daisy lack of communication skills is extremely horrible. They rather have an instructor who is preparing for his CDL call out on not just my child but the whole schedule for the day so he can prepare himself to pass a test. Which I was informed by the school which is unprofessional to not only the clients but management. I will take this also to the better business bureau immediately. PLEASE DON’T FALL VICTIM INTO THIS TRAP OF CONARTIST.

Negative experience: This driving school is very unprofessional and I believe are fraudulent. I paid $400 for 6 sessions. Please note, they don’t provide you any policy upon payment and will make rules later on. For example, if you cancel a class they will deduct $35, which was never communicated upon purchase and will remove a session. The front desk/receptionist are absolutely rude and will avoid your call. Many times I called to schedule a class and they never answered. To the point they avoid picking up phone calls. After taking 3 classes, I insisted for a refund because the instructor was horrible. I called them many times and they told me they would get back to me. In return they avoided giving me an answer for 3 weeks. I spoke with Maddi and Nadia and both of these ladies were rude and disrespectful. They did not want to provide me the manager or owner’s number, which is ridiculous knowing a customer has an issue with the business. After finally getting an answer and being on hold with them for hours on the phone, they decided to give me a refund via Zelle. But ofcourse the Zelle never went through and they made run in circle on the phone. I told Nadia the office receptionist, expressing my frustration with the situation and she hanged up and would nto answer any call. SO I HAD TO WALK INTO THE OFFICE, which the front desk ladies found it very amusing and were still very unprofessional showing massive attitude. I had them call the manager and he paid me in my refund in cash. Absolutely poor customer service and business practice. I don’t know they were holding money but this appears to be very fraud like. So choose them at your own risk.

I had a license before from a different country, but this region is a different ball game. Tips to be successful: 1. If you already know how to drive, just forget that for a second and focus on what your instructor tells you. 2. If you are unsure of something, don't be afraid to ask. Fantastic experience: AMAZING driving school!!!!! Let me start off with saying that I was a very nervous driver and never thought I will learn to drive but the school made me so comfortable from the very beginning. The girls at the front desk are awesome and are so sweet and not to mention, the schedule for classes are so flexible; working 2 full-time jobs and going to school full-time I didn't think it was so easy to find time for classes but it was! The instructors were very helpful and ensured that I was prepared and ready to take the road test. The driving school genuinely wants their students to pass and really takes the time to listen to the needs of the student drivers. I took a total of 15 lessons (because I recognize that I was nervous and needed more classes than the average) and I am very happy to say that I did pass! I had most of my lessons with Hallie, unfortunately she does not work there anymore but she was great. I highly recommend this driving school to anyone wanting to learn to drive and I especially recommend it to people like me who are/were nervous to drive. Thank you Ena's for the wonderful experience!

Fantastic experience: I really recommend Ena’s Driving School!!! I had five lessons because I have previous experience driving so I just wanted to get a few more practice lessons before my road test. Everything went smoothly, they were always available to ask questions, and they remind you of road practices and road test appointments. My instructor was great! He really did help a lot and I can proudly say I am a driver!!!

Negative experience: I contacted Ena's initially because of the great reviews but I would have to advise against using their service. They are one of the most disorganized businesses I have ever encountered. I feel like all the bureaucracy is a show to make up for their lack of quality. The cars are disgustingly filthy. The instructors rarely pleasant or respectful. The two stars that did add on was for the politeness of the receptionist during phone calls. This service is insanely overpriced. Expect 2 star service at 4 star payments.

Fantastic experience: These people are very professional, and always answer the phone when I call. I don’t think I ever had to be on hold for more then a min when getting in touch with staff. My driver Omari was amazing and really helped me with my parking and driving and made sure I had my signals on when needed and was very observant when I wasn’t I recommend him 100 percent.

Negative experience: Today was my second class and they sent me Eva. She was very rude and impatient. Spoke very harshly and she was on her phone alot texting. I will update my review later on when I complete all my classes. I have a class with Vishnu who apparently is the best instructor (I can't wait for that.)

Fantastic experience: I am leaving this review for Aria Driving School. I did not do well with ENAS, but I ran across Aria's. When I found out that they were affiliated and located the same place I felt discouraged but was reassured by a rep that I would be given one of the best instructors. My instructor was Vishnu. This man was truly the best and I passed my test. He is very informative, knowledgeable and patient. His teaching techniques are well structured. The personality for me was a 10. Negative experience: Horrible Horrible Driving school. You schedule and they cancel on you the day off, even after taking off work (they don’t care about your time). All they care about is money, they don’t care about their students either. I advice you not to go here. They also never feel apologetic it’s quite disgusting.

Fantastic experience: Y’all I did it!!! I got my license today. Overall, I had an amazing experience with this school. My driving instructor was Vishnu, highly recommended him. I don’t think I would have passed without him. He is a good teacher especially when it comes to certain tips and opinions about driving on the road. The school always calls and text which reminded me about my upcoming lessons and available days. My examiner was really honest with me and told me what was necessary. David on the other hand was so polite and helpful because I was very nervous about taking the test. You got this guys!!! Just be careful when pulling out of the lane, there is a bicycle lane. Make sure there is no vehicle coming when pulling out. And stay within the speed limit.

Fantastic experience: I took my road test this morning and I passed. I originally did my first road test at different driving school and decided to switch. That was the best choice I have ever made. Maala my driving instructor from Enas is the best! She is patient, knowledgeable, and overall a great person. She has a passion for teaching others how to driving. And last but not least this driving school is superb! I had my 2nd road test appointment scheduled before going to Enas and they did not have anyone to take me but the owner said if Maala was willing to take me then no problem. In two hours I was taught everything I needed to know! He was very nice, patient. I recommend everyone who want to pass the test quickly to give him a try. The school overall is amazing!

Fantastic experience: To anyone, who is trying to get their license should definitely give this driving school a try. I just got my license today, and believe it or not i never thought i could have done it on my first try. I would like to mention my instructor Vishnu, he is an amazing instructor, very knowledgeable. He was very patient with me from the very first day and told me what was needed to be focused on. Also helped me a lot to overcome my fear of driving. The driving school itself is on point, with scheduling lessons, road test the 5 hour class.Very professional and convenient!
