Administrator Krystyna will provide you with qualified consultation with all necessary documents. Theoretical training is at the highest level thanks to Maria, she explains all the material as simply as possible, thanks to which everyone understands the entire course. Practical training will be easy with the instructor Stoyan, he is an extra professional who knows how to explain how the main components of a truck works and the principle of operation. The owner Kaisa has always been so helpful and on top of everything and made me feel comfortable and confident as a female in the program! The front staff Veda was great she always had a great attitude and made sure all my questions were answered. Fantastic experience: Kasia and her driving school are a great place to consider if you are wanting to get your CDL. It’s more than just another driving school where all they care about is getting you in and out for money. My time here was very personalized between working with them to fit my schedule and getting one on one time with instructors, a huge plus! The instructors care for you like you are one of them and want to see you succeed. When Stoyan noticed I wasn’t taking my class seriously he gave me a huge motivational bump and I managed to learn the entire PTI procedure in one day before my exam and passed. Not many people can push you like that to that extent. I am extremely appreciative of the program, Kasia and the instructors and would refer anyone to them.

Fantastic experience: I went to this driving school for my teen driving classes and I loved it. Staff is very friendly, nice and helpful. Teachers and instructors are supportive and willing to teach. At my classes, I wasn’t prepared just for my test, but for different situations that can occur behind the wheel.

Fantastic experience: If I had to describe Viking Driving School in one word, I would say 'Family'. Kasia or "Boss" is what some call her, has absolutely the biggest heart in the world, and cares about every single one of her students. No matter if you are 16 years old and getting your 'Drivers License' or if you are 72 years old and getting your 'CDL-A'. You will always be treated very nice and respectful. Vada at the front desk, as well as Kasia's other assistants helped get me set up to get my CDL-A license. They were very respectful, nice, knowledgeable, and friendly. While also making sure that I understood everything that I was signing up for. The classroom hours, which are usually taught by a super smart woman named Maria, or by her super smart husband named Stoyan. These classroom hours definitely come in handy and prepare you for the CDL-A exam. But you must show up to class and take it very serious. just like anything in life. The yard hours are going to be a bulk of how you will learn and prepare, so you can pass you exam. I would say the 'Yard' is where you will learn about 75% of the knowledge and skills that you will need in order to pass you exam. Every instructor is very good in their own way, and every single instructor cares about every student who they are instructing. If you feel one instructor doesn't work for you, then don't be afraid to speak up, and call Kasia (Boss) to let her know. I had the pleasure of being instructed by 3 wonderful individuals, who I made wonderful memories with. Stoyan, Max, and Eddy. Eddy helped me with learning my 'Pre Trip' , Max who I spent a majority of my hours with, helped me with my 'Skills/Driving' , and Stoyan helped me with my 'Driving/Downshifting'. Without these 3 Gentlemen, I would have never passed my CDL-A exam, or even been prepared. Lastly, if you do end up using Viking Driving School. Always remember that everyone is there to help you, from the assistants, to the teachers, even on the yard. Ask as many questions as possible and believe in yourself. Viking driving school feels like a home.

Fantastic experience: viking driving school is the best!!! just before the new year, I passed the exam for the first time and received a gift under the Christmas tree) and this is all thanks to the wonderful team of this school. They are the best because, in addition to the standard mandatory program, they told and helped more than I expected. although I have only been in this country for a few months and do not know the language very well, it was not a problem for the entire learning process and I even easily learned everything necessary for the exam in classes and lectures. I thank the president and teachers for the help, the work done and the opportunity to change life for the better! my respect!

Negative experience: I signed my daughter up for driving lessons with Viking. I know that a lot of people use Viking since I see their cars out on the road quite often. There are not a lot of reviews that help you judge the quality of the driving schools. Therefore, I wanted to share my experience. She only went to one lesson. The teacher told the kids that he had dressed in a suit in order to impress the parents on the first day. He then told them that they would probably not be using their books the whole time. He wanted to connect to everyone on Instagram and he told them if they did not show up to all of the recommended classes, he would not tell anyone. One of our friends had sent their son to Viking. He said that he was happy that they did not keep track of missed classes since his son was not very good at attending class. I called Viking and was told that the teacher was very well liked by the students. She said that he just wanted to be friends with the kids and that's why he asked for their Instagram. I explained that he should not be communicating with his students outside of class through any social media. I told her that she was leaving herself open to a possible lawsuit. She didn't seem to understand where I was coming from. She was very unprofessional. I explained that they were in charge of educating these kids so that they could be good drivers. Why should parents have to pay Viking for this type of education. She didn't really have any good answers. I then asked for my money back. She asked me if she could change the instructor for my daughter. I said that I would rather have my money back if this was the type of instructor that they hired. She did return my money without a problem. I have heard that this instructor may no longer be there. We then went to Top Driver for our driving classes. We couldn't have been happier. They were much more professional and took their job of educating these kids seriously. I hope this helps others to make a good decision as to where to send there kids for drivers education. If you have to spend that amount of money to teach your kids how to drive, you want to know that they are getting the education they are paying for. Apparently anyone can open a drivers education business. There aren't too many standards. A lot of these companies do not care if they are producing good drivers. They just want to make the money.

Negative experience: Went to get my driver’s license about 3 times and every time the DMV tells me I don’t have enough information/requirements to take the road test. Viking driving school is very unprofessional and never contacts you. Non mandatory driving hours are actually mandatory, and setting appointments up is nearly impossible and when you finally do, they aren’t available for weeks.

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience with Viking Driving School. I got referred by a friend. I was skeptical at first when my friend told me that the people at Viking are so amazing and really care because is just a driving school when you learn how to drive. But now I can they’ll that my friend was 100% correct. All the office people the classroom and yard instructors are amazing. They are super helpful, work with you if you have any issues and they just really care. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I don’t really write reviews, but I decided to write this one to let know the drivers to be that viking will be excellent choice!

Fantastic experience: By far the best CDL school around. I joined 6 weeks ago and I now have my CDL. The owner, teachers, instructors are incredible, starting in the class room, they dive deep into everything you need to know and have a fantastic teacher. Fantastic experience: Just passed my cdl test today. This school really challenged to get my cdl and without everyone in the yard it wouldn't have been possible. Maria was a really good teacher, always brought the class alive, and taught the best way possible. Max, stoyan, Elias, and Eddie were great instructors, they never gave up on us and always pushed us to meet our goal. Kasia always looked out for her students and found every way to help us out for anything we could ask for. For sure ill let my family and friends know about viking.

Fantastic experience: Very pleased with everything. Everyone at the school is amazing to work with. The teacher always made class fun and she’s very knowledgeable and knows what she’s talking about. The guys at driving yard we’re very patient and made it easy to learn. They also made it fun and kept encouraging me. Highly recommended it. Best driving school in Illinois. Fantastic experience: Attended Viking Driving school to obtain my CDL. I can’t say enough good things about this school. From the moment I walked in everyone made you feel at home. The classroom instructor Maria does a great job teaching the material for the Pre-Trip Inspection. Viking really know how busy everyday life can be. With there flexible schedule you can get your cdl at your pace. Fantastic experience: Just got my CDL and diploma today! I’m so happy I found Viking driving school. Everyone here is great and wonderful working with. My teacher is a experience commercial driver, she thought us everything she knows about trucking and answered all my questions to get me prepared for the Road. Also The instructors on the yard are very knowledgeable and taught me everything I needed to know about the truck, including how to properly down shift gears and how the transmission works. When the time came for my exam I was ready and passed ! Thanks Viking for everything and the great experience Truly appreciate!

Fantastic experience: Arthur was a great instructor and did an amazing job preparing us for the permit and driving test. The course is easy but made all the easier by the professionalism of the staff and instructor and viking driving school is a great place to learn to drive. Great location as well, very easy to get to the school.
