Jacqueline is truly professional and clearly explain what are prerequisites for the driving test. 2. Negative experience: Today I called to schedule my classes, as I was recommended by a friend. A girl answered the phone, and was immediately extremely rude, but she made the situation even worse when she shouted at me because I didn't understand what she had told me. And I questioned why she was yelling, and she just hung up on me. So I await the return of JAMES A. THAYER, owner of the company, retracting what happened, otherwise, I will be sure that he is the one providing these treatments to customers. So, for today my rating is ZERO and I don't recommend it to anyone else.

My instructor, Jim, was incredible; patient, and knowledgeable about the road test, and gave me plenty of tips and tools to improve my confidence when driving. I found all the staff very encouraging. I highly recommend this driving school!

Fantastic experience: Passed the road test in one shot with them. The process took 2 weeks, with 2 classes and the road test. Jim was really helpful during the class, and the road test was a cakewalk after the classes. Definitely suggest this school for anyone in the neighborhood.

Fantastic experience: I did my whole drivers ed here and it was really easy to register and they gave me classes right away that fit my schedule. The classes were with Jim and they were really detailed, enough that I aced my written test. My driving hours were also with Jim and they were fun, also really comfortable and understanding. I learned a lot during my driving hours and I also passed my road test. Really satisfied and happy that I chose Art Driving School!

Negative experience: Worst costumer experience ever! I gave one star bc they made the paperwork with RMv and I got my licence bc I'm an old driver, costumer attention is 0. I reached just for a sponsor but they force you to take a class with them which costs $70 but ok I told them I want some suggestions about driving in mass. The day of the lesson, lady on the front desk was super rude, she ask me to wait out when I say I don't speak Portuguese, then she left for lunch and told me to wait in the door until the teacher arrives. The male instructor was super rude, he clearly didn't want to give the lesson, at the end of it I asked politely what he thought about mi way to drive, what wäre my fails or some feedback but he just said: "book another lesson" and left the car. Returning at the office the lady grossly said: what else you want? I told you I'll let you know the date of your test". It's obvious this "school " just wants squeeze your money, the lesson was a joke and the attention poor. I don't recommend this schools unless you speak Portuguese, they treat you clearly different. I've read others bad reviews and they'll wash their hands saying: "your name isn't on our files". I'm not writing this bc i want a refund, I'm writing this to aware people, even experienced drivers. (If you can notice, all good reviews come from Brazilian people. Are they real reviews?, It's up to you believe)

Fantastic experience: I loved Art driving school. They offer a really good service and assistance. Jacque, the girl at the reception is such a sweet person. As for their instructors, I had classes with Jim, he’s really good at it, very patient explaining and focus on your difficulties with repetitive exercises.

Negative experience: Please don't go there they did not pass 20 clients license in the same day no even 1 passed.

I'm Brazilian and I've been driving for many years but to pass the test in Massachusetts I had to take the Art Driving School classes and I tell you I received tips that are worth gold, as well as an excellent service. I took my classes with Natalia and super recommend. Now approved I am very grateful to God and Art Driving School for the teachings.

Negative experience: Very very bad experience with jim never never recommend to go here first he show up at 7.10am instead of 7am then he ask to get out the car 7.45 even wasn’t 1hour was complete and if ask to him drive until 8am then he said he want to go somewhere that soo rediculous and once i said him i paid $70 one full hour class not for 35 minutes then he started yelling at me and said he doesn’t care how much i paid and told me to find different school very bad behaviour so rude to talk waste of money here , i took special uber from worcester to Framigham spent another $39 they don’t care where you come from because jim said they still have a alot of business thats why they treat bad to the people soo rediculous

Negative experience: Natalia owner is very rude, I didn’t like the classes, I didn’t learn anything. I went to Walthan JMC driving I did 2 classes with VAL, I passed the road test I don’t recommend this place !!

Negative experience: The state trooper grab the wheel while I was doing the test right they would not transfer me the first lesson. The first test I took the lady told the state trooper not to pass me they also fail you so you can keep paying. They have a swastica right in front where their posted the application and the state trooper will fail you for just being happy.

Positive experience: I am an older driver, and Jim was my teacher. He was very helpful in helping me feel comfortable on the road so when it came to taking the test I passed with no issues. He was on time to pick me up at my house and the costs for the lessons are very reasonable.

Negative experience: They charged $60 for road driving class, 30 mins in and driver has not shown up, no contact information on driver and when you call office , it goes to voicemail.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever .... dont waste your time or money . My aunt had 3 road test with them until she was actually able to pass . In my case I went to a few lessons. In one of the lessons I drove them to dunkin donuts they got a coffee of course I was still paying 50 per hour . Well they told me I was ready . I schedule the road test . It was a saturday morning when I was in the line . The instructor who was gonna do the road test said .( no one is passing today ) laughted sarcastically and walked away . The pedals of the car where kinda loose , they really need to check that out . I did my test . When I finished the road test he was like your a good driver but still failed me ?? So it didnt make sence . I schedule a second road test also failed it and I wasn't even able to do the test . When I told them I was gonna report them to the rmv they told me If I did they where going to suspend my driver's permit for 6 months . I went to another school passed in the first time . To everyone out there dont waste your time or money here. Really read the comments they are real .!!! Too bad I cant give negative stars because it would be a negative 5.
