Fantastic experience: Had a great experience with Osvaldo. He taught me how to drive stick shift from me having virtually no experience. His guidance was so clear and well-thought out, that it really gave me a good frame of mind for how to drive stick shift. From my time with Osvaldo, I was able to take my learnings to the Patagonia, and drive up and down steep hills and mountains, as well as traffic. I highly recommend!

Negative experience: Don't fell into that trap. They just want money towards bad and fraud service!

Fantastic experience: Thanks to my instructor, "Keith Crawford " who exercised extreme patience during my training. Doing my straight- line -backing was very technical but he showed me every possible technique to master the skill until one works for me. My "on the road" training was phenomenal as He took me through making some right turns on narrow roads with obstructive vehicles parked on both sides, hence maximizing my judgements and the importance of seeing what is going on in my mirrors at all times. On the road he emphases the need to see hazards that are ahead and taking notes of road signs and pavement markings and adhering to them. Thank you Mr Crawford, I was able to get my CDL Class A licence on my first testing. You are the best instructor in the world and you have equipped me with the necessary skills to become the best driver ever!! You are an asset enshrined in the name of Ferrari Drving School and a testament to their legacy of success...I wish you all the best Keith Crawford and Ferrari Driving School

Fantastic experience: Took two lessons with fernado and one with joseph for a refresher. Fernando was very professional, answered all questions, taught me very well and was very attentive. Highly suggest ferrari driving school for lessons. Passed road test on first try.

Negative experience: I booked a lift certification course for Sunday August 25 and on the Friday before I got a call saying the class was canceled saying I had to reschedule for the next class which was in two weeks. Then two weeks later I received the same call stating that the class was cancelled again due to the Osha instructor not being available. I was then rescheduled for the following Sunday. Now this time I did not receive any calls, emails, or texts stating that the class had been scheduled and I showed up at the course location in Astoria at 8am and there were some workers that did not really know what was going on and said we had to wait until the office opens at 9am. Once the office opened the man behind the counter informed us that the course had been canceled again and that we must reschedule. This has been 3 times that they have canceled on me and this time there wasn’t even a notice. This has been such a waste of time and I gave them multiple chances to make it right but I will never be using Ferrari Driving School again after this. All I wanted was my lift certification.

Fantastic experience: I called Ferrari Driving School because I needed to pass my driving test before July 14th, which was less than two weeks away from the day I called. They took care of me right away. The process was smooth, and the communication was clear and organized. I completed the mandatory 5-hour video on Zoom, and the instructor made it very interesting, so it went by faster than I thought. The instructor for my driving lesson was very nice, and everyone I spoke to at this company was welcoming. It would be a dream to find one of their offices in Manhattan, lol. I strongly recommend this company.

Fantastic experience: My son did driver’s Ed with Ferrari driving school. The proccess was smooth and organize. I decided to pay for some extra classes for him and we had the “luck” to get FERNANDO MEDINA as the instructor. Fernando was AMAZING! The staff is at the office are all very helpful and very informative and the drives instructions are all amazing but I must say that Hernan and Goerge are hands down the best. Fantastic experience: Ferrari driving school is a great school to take driving lessons as well as book your driving test with if you don’t have access to a car. My experience with the instructors in the queens school was very beneficial and I especially gained a lot from my last lesson with instructor Joseph Mangano, because of his instruction and patience I was able to become proficient in parallel parking and became a lot more comfortable around the wheel. Negative experience: Purchased two classes only got one because I texted them 15 hours before saying I had to work late and won’t make my class. They didn’t respond to my text in the morning and instead called me in the beginning of my class asking where I was. When I mentioned I had asked to reschedule they said they can’t and I will be charged in full for the lesson.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Ferrari learning manual (stick-shift) driving, on average about once a week over 2 months (June and July)! I already drove automatic cars just fine, but my partner owns a stick-shift car, so it was past time that I learned stick-shift. I really recommend Telemaco Alvarado who teaches at the 35-28 19th Ave location. I took 2 lessons with Jose at the 3232 Steinway St location and he was cool, professional, patient, and maybe looked at his phone a bit too often, but I still learned a lot from him. Then the Steinway St location appts were booked up, so I went to the 19th Ave location, and ended up taking 5 lessons with Telemaco. And at the 19th Ave location, I got Telemaco as a teacher, and he was very attentive, patient, funny, super experienced, and I thoroughly enjoyed my lessons and learned a ton. He even took me on routes that I knew I would have to take, and I couldn't believe that after 2 months, I'm now able to drive on the highway, deal with difficult stop-and-go traffic, and everything. My partner is so happy that he doesn't have to do all the driving now, and it's even just peace of mind for him that in case I have to take over driving, I'm able to. I'm excited! I highly recommend Ferrari Driving School for all your driving learning needs. :)

The team is amazing, everyone is super kind, and even the boss (Mr. Pinto) personally handled and expedited my driving lessons, certificate, and booking my driving test appointment with the DMV. The instructors are also fantastic!! I passed my test on my first try, and now I have my license :)

Negative experience: They are scammers now. If you study for a CDL Class A, you should be able to practice your pre trip inspection during road lessons. They try to make you pay for pre trip inspection classes. Things have changed, but you should always be allowed to practice the pre trip inspection during road lessons, after all, you paid to be trained, not drained.

Fantastic experience: My overall experience with Ferrari was excellent! The administrative staff was great, very accommodating to my work schedule, professional and communication was excellent. My driving instructor Fernando was SUPERB! Fernando was patient, insightful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional, which enabled me to pass my road test on my first try.

Fantastic experience: Overall experience was very great! Had purchased a bundle with them 1 lesson, road test appointment, car for road test. My lesson was with Renzo he is super chill. I was able to communicate things I needed help with and within 15 minutes like he said i had it down packed! The road test appointment came pretty quickly, quicker than the expected time and the instructor I had that day was very helpful towards me and the two other students taking the test. We all were very supportive of one another during that entire experience I’d definitely recommend to anyone who has had negative experiences elsewhere, people who need help with specific things and new drivers. They are very outgoing. Also I definitely passed my road test!!! Thanks guys!!

Negative experience: I never received my certificate: I took my 5 hour pre-licensing course online with this place, the man giving the course was so unprofessional. He rambled about himself half of the time then spent the other half criticizing the students in the course if anyone got an answer wrong. I took the class on 8/4/22 and we were told certificates will be mailed out by the end of the week. I waited a month and didn’t receive anything. When I called on 9/9/22 they said it was a mistake and they’ll mail it out. I waited another 3 weeks and still haven’t received my certificate so I called again and was told it was already mailed out and there’s nothing they can do. So I called my bank and disputed the charge. It was only when I did that, they contacted me from the school to say the certificate was returned to them. I’m not sure how the driving classes or any other services they provide are, but do not take the pre-licensing course here.

Fantastic experience: In my Opinion the best driving school I have been to the process was very hard as I was going through to learn how to drive. As I took classes i began to feel Comfortable with driving. If you deciding to take classes ask for Frantz and Theodore they made the driving process straight forward and boost my confidence with learning how to drive.

Fantastic experience: I was going to keep this review simple but there is nothing simple about Ferrari driving school the staff here all treat you well the driving instructors might be a little hard on you but you know why cause they are also like big brothers and sisters and want to make sure you under stand what is going on so you can pass your test i have been using Ferrari driving school know for the past 10 or 15 years and its not because I keep failing but because I passed my tests and decided to go and study for another test . I 100% Thank G*D and the people over at Ferrari Especially my guy Oz he really works with the people for the people and he really goes out of the way to try and help along with Jerry, the owner of this establishment really has a good group of people working together. Also prices are a bit different compared to other places but you are getting quality over at Ferrari... Will recommend to anyone

Negative experience: Nothing professional they charge me almost $6,000 for just ten classes and they scheduled the test rightaway so I can faiI and make me pay for more classes. I tucked; all the classes specifically driving manual was good but lack of instructions on the road, also the parking class was the worst experience ever they don't even have a safe place to perform the parking clases in Queens, all the parking instructors waste my time they didn't teach me how to do the backing the right way imagine the offset and parallel parking, the day off the roadtest came and I fail. The only good thing was the inspection class with Rafael. Great instructor to me, he's number 1, and he takes his job very seriously but they don't even have a sheet with the pre-trip classes and they don't want you to even record the classes. don't waste your money and time on this school, I swear to God, please!!!

Fantastic experience: Great training. They really teach you how to drive and get you prepared for the road test. Keith, Ira, and Francisco all teach you driving techniques that are extremely helpful. I went from never driving a standard shift vehicle and truck to driving with ease in 3 months.

Negative experience: The people at the front desk are very helpful, but if you’re doing the cdl classes don’t do your classes with Jose Soler. I only did one class total because I already knew how to drive and I studied all about the pre trip inspection on YouTube, but if I was a student that really needed help that instructor wouldn’t be the one to help. The whole time of the class he didn’t get out of the truck to explain about the pre trip inspection, which I’m pretty sure it’s supposed to be done, like open the hood, show the students the parts that need to be inspected for the road test and stuff, he just sat in the truck with the ac on and talk about the inspection, again if I was a student that needed help I wouldn’t have learned anything because I wouldn’t know what are the parts he was talking about. Also while I was doing the driving part of the class he was on a phone call for most part of it. Anyways, I passed my road test yesterday no thanks to Jose Soler. Avoid that instructor if you can.

Positive experience: Overall, a good experience. Jose is a great instructor. He really knows his stuff. Listen to him, study, and you will pass the first time. One-star deduction because they are kinda pricey, but you get what you pay for. That's why I chose Ferrari! No regrets. Pro tip: Be sure to read carefully what the DMV says about your ELDT!

Fantastic experience: First, I would like to say my instructor Anthony A. (Brooklyn location) is amazing. Very knowledgeable and teaches in a way that sticks. He is patient and really goes above and beyond to make sure you leave every lesson prepared and equipped with the needed information plus some gems! Ferrari as a whole was a great choice! Every call answered/returned, reminder texts and made changes easy. Worth every penny!

Negative experience: Future CDL drivers, this is the school for you if you have 3-6 months to get your CDL. They have Automatic and Manual trucks. The teacher you want is ** Mike Bobadilla ** . If he is booked , wait until he is available. It’s not that the other teachers are bad, but if you are paying the same , you want the BEST and he is . Me and my family have been coming here for over 10 years and 4 of 5 have got our CDL. Unfortunately the quality in customer service has declined the last 3 years. They don’t give you a date for your road test when you pay for your package. They also try to push different classes they have( CDL pre-trip inspection)but it’s not worth it . I used to recommend everyone that wanted to get a CDL to come here, now I tell them to try other places.

Fantastic experience: I have to give thanks to Ferrari CDL driving school and a special thanks to their instructor Keith. I went there with no knowledge of driving tractor trailers and by the end of my 40 hours Keith taught me everything I needed to know. How to perform my pretrip, in cab inspection and driving skills to pass my road test on the first try. I was even having problems with getting my road test and some of my hours scheduled and he took the initiative to get them scheduled for me. He even came work on his days off to make sure I stayed sharp for the road test. With instructors like Keith working there you could never go wrong with Ferrari. Fantastic experience: Got lessons from Jason who really made it easy to learn the rules of the road, what to expect in the test, and took the time to teach me how to parallel park. Because of lessons from him I passed my test! Ferrari Driving School staff was super helpful in getting me lessons around my schedule, keeping me posted if there were any road test cancellations so I could test earlier, since the DMV is so backed up. Cannot recommend them enough. It is a bit pricey, but totally worth the $$.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional and bad customer care service and very expensive. I took 2 hr class and road test vehicle service with Gerald, this man give the class based in complaint and doesn’t care of your learning, I pass my exam by mi self, he say you here to practice I can no teach all parking in 2 hr. class, he was expecting to se me failing I the road test. I No recommend that school, they only interested in earn the money. That’s it
