Negative experience: These people need to be reported to the BBB, FTC, Don't use these thieving scamming sites! I'm going to report them to Austin, BBB, the Federal Trade Comision. They scamming you out of fees charge you twice! Firce you to pay extra fees to get your certificate after you spend hours on their program! WARNING DO NOT USE THIS DEFENSIVE DRIVING COURSES! CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU CAN GET THEM IS RUDE! This owner will reply to this and deny his scamming ways to steal people's money! Owner wake up. You've been called out on your scamming, deceitful ways over and over and over again! You're a fraudulent scamming website ! Just here to be as deceitful as possible, charging hidden fees over charging people for services!

Negative experience: Customer service is off on Sundays but they say they have 7 days a week service. 3 different transactions totaling 130$ when advertising 25$!!! People have their money counted for essentials and random transactions is not okay

Negative experience: The worst DD course I've ever taken and then at the end they try to scam you into paying an extra $25 to get your cert digitally! If you deny they make another offer to get the digital copy for $10. I would not recommend this class to anyone for any reason.

Negative experience: IF I could give less than 1 star I would!!! The driving record request is a SCAM!!!! I never received a copy of the driving record, the website does not work and customer service never answered the phone!!

Negative experience: Scamers they just took my money and I dint even wasn't able to watch the last video. I want a refund.. plus the "customer service" doesn't even exists !!!!scamers! Don't use this site!
