Fantastic experience: Had my test with Ed (I hope I got his name right!). He was a nice guy, gave a fair test, and even though I passed he still gave good advice where to improve.

Negative experience: I am appalled by the apparent conflict of interest upon which this business (and other private driving test institutes) operates and how that seems completely acceptable. They would fail you even if you did an almost perfect test after over five years of clean driving record just to make you take their classes or pay for another test. Ed seems to enjoy this power, though Josh is a kind soul! Good luck.

Negative experience: Sadly this place is not a reputable place and I would highly encourage you to look elsewhere. The elderly instructor we had the unfortunate luck of driving with couldn’t explain the reasons for failing the test besides rambling and contradicting not only what the 30 hour driving course and 6 hour behind the wheel driving states are laws but himself. One reason was for going 4 miles over the speed limit to which he said was illegal to speed but then can back around and stated keeping with the speed of traffic was acceptable. Another reason was not a full stop but then came back and said you don’t have to make a complete stop and even went to the extent of telling my son he can go into the bike lane and make bikes and pedestrians go around him? I asked why his laws/ teaching was different from the other two companies to which he couldn’t answer. This was not only an unfortunate waste of money but also confused me as a driver for 20 years and my first time driver. YIKES!! UPDATE-12/16/24 My son took his driving test with a DMV Approved reputable company and he PASSED! The instructor had no feedback and stated he was an excellent and safe driver. Meanwhile this company sent me a “coupon” for a discounted retest?!? With that and the other previous reviews stating the same thing “they fail your driving test every time” we can safely assume the testing is how they make their money. $100.00 for 10 minutes….. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! I’ll be sure to let the DMV know About this company and the HUGE discrepancies. Good luck to you and your new driver!
