Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about Top Driving School and our instructor, Danny. My girls just finished their 6-hr driving lessons with Danny -- he is friendly, down to earth, and he has a wealth of teaching experience which was evident from start to finish during the process. Both my girls started off nervous (one more than the other) and they both completed the training confident in what they had learned and excited to receive their driving permits. They told me Danny was funny and, more importantly, very knowledgeable, detailed, and patient with his instruction and his guidance. My girls just turned 16, so I will be having Danny return later next year for refresher lessons before the actual test. Thank you Top Driving school!

Negative experience: The instructor was very inappropriate. There were several requests to end the session that were not respected that led to a panic attack.

Fantastic experience: My instructor was Danny and he did an amazing job making driving for the first time a fun experience. Also we covered K-Turns and parallel parking on the first day. Teaching style is great because he teaches through mistakes but will never let anything bad happen.

Fantastic experience: This review is being written from my perspective as a parent. I was invited by Danny to ride along for the last of my son's 3 driving lessons so that I could personally gauge my son's abilities and be prepared to work with him. In addition to having a friendly attitude, Danny was a highly knowledgeable and skilled instructor who provided clear instructions, helpful techniques, effective praise, and constructive feedback. My son was nervous, but Danny strived to put him at ease with his patient, calm demeanor, checking in periodically on my son's state of mind and even adapting the lesson with driving routes that suited my son's level - not too overwhelming, yet still challenging enough. Most importantly, Danny taught invaluable defensive driving methods that will undoubtedly help avoid accidents. At the conclusion, he asked for my input and followed up with appropriate recommendations. The fact that my son looks forward to practicing driving with me is testament to his positive learning experience with Danny, who has my strongest recommendation.

Fantastic experience: Yousuf was my instructor and I had a great experience with him. He helped me boost up my confidence in driving and I learned so much from him. He is patient and very good at providing instructions. Every lesson from the beginning to the end I felt like not a minute being wasted. He is also very good at sharing his experience from working with other students so I can be aware of common issues in driving. Lastly but not the least, he did a great job in preparing me for the road test by pointing out potential challenges I might run into. I passed the test today with ease. Fantastic experience: I had taken lessons with another driving school last year and wanted to brush up my skills before my road test. Enzo was my assigned instructor for the road test prep and taught me his way of parallel parking literally the day before the test and gave me extra tips for K-turns and some things to expect from the Wayne DMV location. It was so clear that I got it right away and I passed my test the next day. Highly recommend top driving school and Enzo!

Fantastic experience: Let me preface this by saying I have extreme anxiety around driving despite having a license. I wanted to finally get back on the road and after reading the reviews of Top Driving, specifically Danny, I booked my lessons. Danny is firm but gentle and tailors your driving experience to YOU, which was great for a nervous driver like me. He picked up on my strengths and weaknesses and on when occasion when I’d become overwhelmed on the roads, he quickly talked me down and would take me into a more subdued area so I could feel more at ease. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Danny if you want an instructor who gives you personalized lessons!

Positive experience: After we sent the required 50% deposit last Friday, I am still waiting for their instructor to contact me or my daughter. Today is the fifth day. So far, no contact at all. I will wait and see what is happening. I got a call from an instructor after I posted the above review. I have just revised my review to 4 stars.

Fantastic experience: Danny was my instructor for my 6 hours, and he was great, since it was also my first time driving. I was incredibly nervous, but he made me feel comfortable behind the wheel, while also giving me useful critiques and tips. After my six hours i feel incredibly more confident while driving, and would highly recommend top driving school for beginners like me. Update - just passed my road test with ease, all due to how helpful and attentive danny was in the process. The skills he taught me have transferred over incredibly well, and i would not have wanted anyone else as my driving instructor.

Fantastic experience: my experience with Raul driving instructor was good I felt very comfortable driving in the vehicle with him. Everything was easier. He taught me everything step-by-step. He explained to me things that I needed to understand so it could benefit me. My experience with him was good. I never drove before and after three days of driving with him, I drove like I’ve been driving for years.

Whenever I didn’t know something, he would answer my question thoroughly. After my road test, there were some unexpected troubles, but he always kept in touch with me to help me get through them. Overall, Yousef was a great instructor, and if I were to learn to drive again, I would choose him!

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Danny as an instructor. I already had my license but driving anxiety kept me off of the roads for far too long. Danny was able to calm my nerves and immediately pinpoint my driving weaknesses. He was extremely knowledgeable and shared many helpful tips. Fantastic experience: I recently completed my 6 hours, and my instructor, Johnathan Flores, was awesome. He’s incredibly patient, supportive, and he can turn a scary situation into a comfortable one in an instant. It’s clear that he has lots of experience with both driving and teaching. At first, I didn’t want to approach the wheel at all, and I was a very anxious driver, but after the first lesson, I found myself actually looking forward to driving (which is surprising because I’ve always dreaded it). I learned so much in just three lessons; 100% recommend!

I'm disappointed the paperwork wasn't completed for him to get his permit at the end of the 6 hours, however, that was an issue with the main office. Jonathan was really great. Fantastic experience: My instructor was Darius and he was absolutely the best! He gave me tips while regarding my own safety and also guided me along the entire process of learning how to drive. I’m glad I was able to learn with such a respectful and kind instructor!

Fantastic experience: I just passed my test and Yousef is a great instructor, he goes over every caution and tells you the exact routine on the test, so going into it i was very calm and had great practice beforehand.
