Fantastic experience: Mr. Dago was an excellent instructor. He was very calm and wasn’t harsh on me but made sure I did everything good. He made sure i felt good about what he was teaching me and had me do it over and over until i felt comfortable with it. He took time making sure we were understanding.

Fantastic experience: I was a very low experienced driver, and I probably never drove out of my backyard ; Despite all this instructor Dago, knowing the risks and the lack of experience, still decided to train me, he was very well-mannered and thorough with his instructions; he knew how to explain with ease, the rules of the road, what to pay attention to, and the steps of turning , parallel parking etc ; in simple words he was very communicative and he would repeat. Even though the times when we were close to an accident, He still chose to remain polite and respectful the exact whole way through

Negative experience: Today on July 16, 2022 my daughter was scheduled for her first driving lesson at 5p with instructor Tracey. We waited outside our home until 510p when we decided to call the instructor to find out her whereabouts unfortunately our calls went unanswered…We called one final time at 520p at this time our calls went straight to voicemail. We were baffled that an employee/instructor for this company would behave in such an unprofessional manner which peaked my interest to surf the web to find out if this has happened to other clients pretaining to this instructor. As a result found out that this has been a pattern with clients that has been assigned to this instructor. As a parent I was very disappointed that due to this employee lack of commitment to her job shattered my daughter excitement to embrace on the next journey of her driving experience by this employee/instructor with in minutes how careless..However we were contacted via text message by another employee for this company in which they stated our daughter will be assigned another driving instructor on Monday…

Negative experience: Politely called this company on the phone, the older guy who answered was extremely rude and impatient in explaining the process. If they are rude and impatient with me on an initial phone call imagine how rude and impatient they would be to your nervous teenager who's just learning how to drive, think about it. No thanks!

Fantastic experience: Jim was my instructor today he’s calm and patient ex specially considering how new I was. He made everything very easy to understand and simplified the more complicated instructions. If your new I’d definitely recommend asking for Jim!

Fantastic experience: Just got done with my first driving lesson, with my instructor Aarika, and even though it didn't go quite as smooth as I thought (it was my fault. I was very skittish) it was still a very good first lesson. My instructor Aarika was very polite, informative, and chill. She definitely taught me a lot about the rules of the road and I can't wait to drive with her again to further improve. So Aarika, if you are reading this, I just like to say thank you for the first lesson and I can't wait to drive with you again. Thanks.

Fantastic experience: i did my 6 hour driving with my instructor barry rash and we went through the procedures necessary to help me prepare for my driver’s test. it was very helpful in allowing me to feel ready for test.

Negative experience: I would not recommend this company I paid for my daughter to go to the class paid up front. I paid for the first lesson and at that time I told the instructor that I will Pay for a couple extra lessons I was told it would be $70 extra per lesson I said that was fine. Know they are saying 220.00 per lesson plus $135.00 for the last driving lesson/rd test. I will hire another company to complete my daughter’s lesson

Negative experience: The Instructor was 30 minutes late for registration this morning when we finally left he still hadn’t showed up! As much as the class cost you expect a certain level of professionalism! These people don’t mind taking our money but expect people to have to sit around and wait for them 30 minutes to a hour ! Other parents called while 20 or more people stood around waiting and the best answers she got were… He might have overslept and he should be there soon! Poor excuse for a company that claims to be professional! I refuse to spend money with someone so unprofessional! I will take my child somewhere else that will actually teach my child something useful! The same thing happened 5 years ago with my oldest daughter at the same location and same scenario!
