Buen día, Es desalentador llamarnos ladrones cuando reconoció que llegó más de 5 minutos tarde y leyó nuestras políticas, aceptando que si llegaba tarde no podríamos realizar su examen práctico y que se le cobraría la tarifa de reprogramación. Incluso habló con nuestro gerente de oficina administrativa, quien le explicó que nos basamos en horarios fuera de horario y que si hiciéramos su prueba, nos retrasaríamos para nuestra próxima prueba práctica. Se implementan políticas y procedimientos para mantener una empresa en funcionamiento y menospreciarla hasta el punto de dejar una reseña de una estrella por algo que entendiste de antemano que es decepcionante. Nos esforzamos por brindar un servicio justo y eficiente a todos nuestros clientes, y nuestras políticas están diseñadas para garantizar que todos reciban la atención que merecen. Apreciamos sus comentarios y esperamos que pueda comprender nuestra posición. Good morning, It's disheartening to call us thieves when you acknowledged that you were more than 5 minutes late and read our policies agreeing that if you were late we would not be able to do your road test and that you would be charged the rescheduling fee. You even talked with our Back Office manager who explained that we do go based of off schedules and if we did your test, it would put us behind for our next road test. Policies and prodedures are put into place to keep a business functioning and belitting a company to the extent of leaving a one star review for something you understood beforehand is disappointing. We strive to provide a fair and efficient service for all our clients, and our policies are designed to ensure that everyone receives the attention they deserve.
