Fantastic experience: My son had a good experience at this driving school. I love that we are no longer required to go to the DPS for a road test. Shout out to Mr. Arturo who is a very kind & patient man.

Positive experience: I liked the fact that the teacher showed video examples but most of the time it was hard to hear what he was saying even though I sit in the front( apart of that was because I got board and couldn't pay attention anymore and also he needs to talk a little louder).All in All I feel like I easily got board and distracted because hear him talk on and on for almost an 1hr and 50 min without any engagement such as asking questions to the class or something like that made me give the school 3 stars

Positive experience: Was polite overall however was very disorganized when it came to informing us about the class we registered and paid for being canceled entirely. Not a phone call, email, text, nothing. Came in on the designated day only to be told that class was canceled and our options was to be moved further back into the day or refunded.

Positive experience: The teacher broke it down in the simplest way he could and that made the class a lot easier. The only thing stopping the 5 stars is that his accent was allittle hard to understand at first but i got used to it after a week or 2.

Fantastic experience: Boring class but the teacher at least tries to make jokes and bring up everybody’s moods from the sad videos we have to watch. Would recommend but not worth it if the students won’t pay attention (a decent amount of kids just sit in the back and sleep or get on their phones). Class isn’t too hard but that’s me personally. I got a 92 on the written exam no studying no memorizing just listening and paying attention.

Negative experience: Read the reviews after noticing the signs. They can't make a correct sign so surely instructors can't be trusted, right? Reviews say ABSOLUTELY. I've sat in the lot and watched how these guys work and honestly I don't think they're qualified to teach. At owner: you don't need apostrophes on "teens" or "permits". Learn how to write and be a better person.

Negative experience: Horrible experience! Still waiting for call from Director for refund. I signed my son up on July 7th for 12pm to 2pm classes, Arrived Tuesday to only be advised class was cancelled because they didn’t have enough students. No one called or email me. Drove 40 minutes and told this like it is what it is… So next was told the 4pm to 6pm class was available later today. Then told actually no because instructor was impacted by the storm which is completely understandable. I just asked for a refund and was told they don’t give refunds and I will need to talk to Director. I’m still have not heard back from Director. This is nasty work right here. Save your money and energy. It’s too many other places in the area and trust me when I say the reviews have to be fake.

Negative experience: My son Matthew came here last year missed 5 days due to illnesses, was informed by instructor he could not make it up gave him his slip to still get his permit. Fast forward my son comes back at 6 month mark to take driving test he pays this school they set him up and and then when he gets there they say hey you didn’t complete your 14 hours of hands on driving portion with us, okay fair, didn’t know that since the instructor made it seem like he was good to go. They say okay we are going to pull your files and see what we can do. It has been 2 MONTHS of calling texting asking what steps we need to take so he can get his license, no response or front desk just says we will check the files. It’s been 2 months you have taken my sons $90 dollars he worked for have not refunded or even informed us of what extra we need to pay for him to complete the hands on driving portion, no manger response, no call back. Beware

Negative experience: Terrible customer service.Paid $35 fee for them to look for records for my daughter 1 week ago just so I can pay them again for driving lessons I paid for because they have a time limit.told me didn’t know when they whould be able to find record ,refused to refund my $35 fee .beware of this place.

Fantastic experience: I actually really enjoyed this class, our teacher was very straightforward with everything but he also knew how to keep our attention with stories related to the topic of discussion, I learned a lot more than I originally expected too.

Fantastic experience: I honestly had the best experience at all ages driving school Cypress location, my instructor was very patient and calm even when I kept making the same mistakes and sometimes didn’t follow instructions on time. They have really great hospitality and customer service and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to gain confidence on the road and driving skills/experience!

Negative experience: I signed my daughter up for this class, the instructor was rude, put his hands on my daughter and was racially profiling the children in class. At one point the instructor had the kids come an hour early and had the kids outside waiting for an hour with no supervision. Needless to say the changed the instructor. After having waited for an hour he had 10 students in the lobby advising they did not prepare for a test. My daughter missed 3 classes due to her sports and had to go back to finish the classroom portion of the course. She had to go back into a class with the same instructor that they removed. I asked if there was going to be any type of retaliation, their response was no. The instructor waited til her last day and told her she could not come in the class room and had to take a 187 question test in two hours and pass or her driving permit would be revoked. I asked to speak to the owner, I made several calls and sent several text message with no response. I am not even sure if I will get my refund from the class or where we stand. I will be reporting this business to the better business bureau. This is unacceptable taking people money and intimidating kids.

Negative experience: My mother has been doing driving lessons with Richard for months on and off. She has taken the driving test 3 times and today is the third and each one she has failed. I am not understanding how Richard has been her training instructor and the same one who has given her the test and yet she has failed. It seems like this establishment is just a money pit and they are purposely failing her to get more money out of us. Each time she fails she has to pay another $120. Then the instructor had the audacity to tell my mother he needs to speak to me. Nothing he and I should discuss since I am not the student and she is. Taken advantage of the elderly. communication-wise this establishment has not been great. Had I known this stuff from the start I would have taken her to Cypress Driving School versus this place. Which is where I went years ago and they have multiple locations, updated on their technology where you can pay for things online, etc. Hours at this establishment should also be standard versus changing and need to change their setup from old school paper copies, etc to electronic. They have been saying they are going to hire new driver teachers for months and nothing had materialized. Also, make sure you read ALL printed signs on computer paper...extra $45 to use driver ed car for road test, must have exact change if paying in cash, and so many other ones to be mindful of. So don't be surprised if you pay more than you are bargaining too. Coming from a background in compliance and 15 years of experience in Corporate America this establishment could use some hardcore administrative training for their personnel, filing training to ease finding their clients paperwork, upgrade from hardcopy to electronic copies, etc. 03/31/2022 UPDATE The owner said the $120 fee would be waived for the retake of the driver's exam. Nothing was documented in office so payment was made. Now trying to get a refund back has been hard. Sent a message to the number in the reply with NO DAM response. Please learn how to adequately communicate and conduct business. Mrs. Richardson needs her refund of $120

Negative experience: Paid $325 for 4 hours of drive time just for 2 days total, and was pressured into paying for the driving test after that. Told to have a family member teach me how to drive so I wouldnt have to pay $150 every week. The driving instructor was okay but not great he keeps holding on to the wheel most of the time, basically driving for you instead of letting u practice and learn on your own. Felt like we were fighting the wheel which is very dangerous. Overall felt more like a cash grab then them trying to teach me.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with All Ages Driving School. They were very patient and I learned so much during my drive times. I was able to pass my drivers test thanks to them. I definitely recommend it to everyone!

Negative experience: My son showed up for a scheduled drive at Cypress location and no one was there and nobody manned the office to accept our call. I called today to reschedule and the driving instructor called me a liar stating he was there and my son was not. When I asked when we could reschedule I was advised they needed to get approval from the owner because it was a missed appointment. This location is unprofessional and the young lady at the front desk needs to be taught manning a front desk with her unprofessional idiotic self.

Fantastic experience: Sent our last teenager here to get drive time and take her driver's test. Instructor was very patient and good at making her feel comfortable enough to drive on 290. If you see a lot of the reviews upset it was during COVID where not many places had control over what was happening. We got all the paperwork BEFORE writing the review. I'm just mad I didn't go here sooner.

Fantastic experience: Update. Both my teenagers have successfully passed and earned their license. They had a genuinely good experience with the instructors and felt comfortable with them. For me, the office personnel was pleasant and made me feel welcomed. I especially liked how they called with a reminder for the instructor led training. As for the cost, I paid a total of $732 for 2 students. This amount includes the $275 course, $75 road test, $11 administration fee and $5 fee for paying with a credit card. These prices may be different for others. Still, I do recommend them and hope my review helps anyone thinking of going here.

Negative experience: The reviews here are fake. Don’t be fooled. They make students write good reviews for good written test grades. They also refuse to let our 2 kids finish their class because of the Covid. Our kids couldn’t get their temp license due to DPS being limited and the wait took months. When we called to tell they said it was okay. Then they got sick with Covid. But they don’t care. They said on the phone they would let them retake the class for a lesser fee but when I came to sign up they changed their mind.

Negative experience: We purchased a driver's education package for my son that included a number of instructor-led driving sessions. Because of Covid, we were delayed in completing the driving portions. When things seemed safer with Covid goings on, we attempted to contact the business a number of times to schedule the next session. We were repeatedly told that they hadn't set the schedule and that we couldn't schedule a session, or simply didn't have our calls returned. After over a month of attempting to get in contact with anyone with some authority, we were told by someone that they were no longer honoring our contract because of the length of time from the time we started the course. They only offered to allow us to complete the driving portion if we paid hundreds of dollars extra (in addition to the ~$500 we already spent). According to my son, they also offered to pass kids on the classroom tests if they left a positive review, and the instructor told my son that it is fine to go over the speed limit in a 20mph zone in one of the only driving sessions he actually got to take.

Negative experience: Me and my mom went to the driving school to ask about drive time with an instructor which requires the standard fee of $310. Since, i wanted to learn within the next few months, we paid the fast track fee and was told that i would do 14 hours in 3 weeks. The next day i had a drive time and my next one was scheduled 8 days later. When i went for the third drive time (which was scheduled 3 days after the second one),they said the next available spot is in two weeks. Which will total to almost a month of driving and not the original three weeks they told us. My mom called and they then told her that due to Covid it will be 7 hours. WHICH IS NOT WHAT WE AGREED ON!!! Meaning that we paid the extra $150 for practically nothing!!!

Fantastic experience: Great experience, great service! Everyone there is so nice! I only took my drivers test there, honestly for a great price skipping the dps lines! Richard & Jasmine were awesome! Also, another receptionist I talked to two times before was really helpful, didn’t get her name. Mr. Richard, who I drove with was very patient & calm. I passed on my first try, Thanks! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: i really enjoyed the last 16 days of the all ages driving school. It was really fun to be around a nice class. The class was quick and easy and our teacher Mr. Zaheer Anwar is honestly so nice and made the class so much better and really fun. He always made comic reliefs and overall was a amazing teacher and helped me understand the concept of driving. I really recommend going to this driving school because its very convenient because you can choose which days you would like to go to and the class is only two hours. It’s very affordable and cheap and I really loved the staff there.
