Fantastic experience: Literally the best driving school in Ridgewood. I got the 20-class package and learned from Stef and Crystal. I was fully prepared going into the driving test. They were attentive, so nice, and constructive with their feedback in a way where they know you are actually taking in what they’re saying. I also have tricks up my sleeve (like their method of parallel parking) that I’ll never forget.

Fantastic experience: passed my test on the FIRST try and that’s all thanks to Stephanie. i took 10 classes with her and all those 10 classes really payed off. Stephanie is honestly just a really good vibe and she makes driving really comfortable, she doesn’t judge you AT ALL and overall she’s just a really good, AMAZINGGG instructor. the people working in the office too are amazing yk thanks to them as well but if yall really looking for a driving school, come to this one and book with Stephanie, ur guaranteed to learn a lot and def pass on ur first try. once again, thank you Stephanie for everything and thanks to the people in the office as well.

My instructor was incredibly patient and always willing to answer my questions, each lesson was designed to learn step by step without overwhelming me, we started in quiet areas which helped me lose my fear, every time I made a mistake the instructor gave me practical advice on how to improve and this made me feel safer and more confident when taking the wheel, the school gave me access to educational videos and traffic sign guides. Fantastic experience: This driving institution have great instructors. I had Marcelo Arias who really helped me understand how and why we do things while driving. Understanding that and his method of teaching made it easy for me to drive and to be a safe driver. I also had another great instructor, Krystal that helped me a lot while I was just started driving. She helped me catch my errors and helping me fix it.

He failed at the other school. I looked up the amazing reviews at San Juan Driving School and decided to give this place a shot. I went in with my concerns and was helped and my son was matched with the perfect driving instructor Crystal! She was amazing and helped guide my son and walked him through his mistakes and errors. Because they cared and helped guide my son he didn’t need any more lessons than the package I brought with San Juan. He took the road test right away after he finished his lessons and PASSED!!!!!! Fantastic experience: I came to San Juan Driving School after taking 18 lessons at a different school and failing the test twice. The awesometastic Stephane was my instructor at San Juan and she undid all the bad driving habits I had learned at the previous school and instilled in me a real confidence not only myself but in my driving ability. She's very friendly and made the lessons educational but relaxed. After 10 lessons, today I passed my road test!! Also, thank you San Juan driving school for working with my schedule and communicating with me all the time. The lesson reminders were super helpful. I honestly have no complaints about the school or Stephane. Its conveniently located, well priced and if Stephane is anything to go by they have great instructors.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing and breezy experience. My instructor Stephanie was super transparent and easy to talk to! Stephanie helped me master parallel parking and turning and be really comfortable behind the wheel. Everyone in the office is very helpful as well and do their best to give great customer service. Negative experience: Stephanie is on her phones mid lessons. Doesn’t teach much and wants you only to drive straight and turn. Don’t like the tone she speaks in either. I’m sure the other instructors are good however

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience. My instructors was Stephanie and Roberto. Both parties were patient and helpful. Stephanie helps with the entry level driving and Roberto is more like an old school uncle teaching you how to drive but it worked, especially for the 3 point turn and the parellel parking. I took 10 classes plus drove with family and leading up to the test I took 4 more classes. On my first road test I passed my exam. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: The office staff was extremely helpful and quick with their response time, if not for them I would have given this place a 1 star rating. The instructor, Stephanie however was terrible. She was on her phone during lessons, which is illegal. Instructors are NOT allowed to be on their phones during lessons. She was not friendly, in fact she often made me more nervous during lessons and would made me feel stupid for asking questions about driving. She had road rage and overall was not a good instructor. I see there are multiple mentions in the reviews specifically about her, it’s very clear she is not fit to be a driving instructor. For anyone looking to take lessons here make sure it is NOT with her, because from what I’ve heard all the other instructors here are good.

Fantastic experience: Excellent driving school. They simplify the entire process, are a great value and more importantly - have very patient instructors. I really enjoyed the entire process of getting my license with the help of SJDS - I passed on first try! The staff at the office is very helpful, they communicate very efficiently. Fantastic experience: Coming from someone who has never driven before instructor Krystal made me feel so comfortable and confident behind the wheel. Krystal was more than an instructor but a friend who always gave me tips and was honest on my driving skills. I applied for one of their packages and it made every aspect of preparing for my driving test easy. They literally did it all, the classes to the road test to providing the car. They provided lessons for the Spanish and English speaking person. The instructors were very spot on in their feedback to persons and whether or not they would benefit from additional lessons. I didn't feel pushed into doing anything. On the day of the exam they drove me to my test and back and....boom! I passed on my first try! The key was following their recommendations. I would recommend going there.

They are all so welcoming and warming… I was so bless to have Crystal available to teach me how to drive and learned the skills that are very much needed in New York. I also had lessons with Jocelyn and a lesson Stephany on the day of the road test. And those lessons were so informative too. Fantastic experience: i would highly recommend this driving school to anyone. all the staff is super kind and respectful, i got the pleasure of working with raul and he was so patient with me even when I would get frustrated with my parking, he would constantly reassure me saying I'm doing good. He helped me improve my parking by showing me a trick to get closer to the sidewalk. it's also a very family-oriented company, you will feel at home and comfortable driving. I knew nothing before coming here and now I'm confident in my driving and I know how to parallel park perfectly, you will also pass your driving test right on the first try because of how good they are. They have a variety of great deals you can take if you aren't in the financial spot to spend a ton which is a bonus. I took advantage of the highway classes seeing as that's what I need more assistance with.

Fantastic experience: This school helped me pass my road test in the first try! As soon as you walk in the door you receive the assistance you need and clearance regarding any confusions you may have. I payed for the a package that included 3 driving lessons. Stephanie my driving teacher, pointed out everything I needed to improve in, what I forget to do, and how Im going to be graded. Stephanie did an amazing job at preparing me for my road test, I was barely nervous! No doubt, going to recommend this school to everyone i know that needs to get their license.
