Negative experience: I will not recommend this school First, state recommended 6 hours behind the wheel they do, 1 hours and 45 per day 3 days and thus stealing 45 min from each customer My daughter was taking school class there First day instructor arrive on time but all other thing was wrong. He was all time on phone, not giving instructions and after 3” min went to office where was 5-10 min and continue with driving and return back my daughter after 1 hour and 35 min

Fantastic experience: I found this driving school based on a list provided by the DMV. It was close by and a cursory google search gave me a bunch of positive reviews. I am happy to say that it was worth trying and after 10 years of balking to get my driver's license, I am proud to say that I finally earned it this summer. My instructor German was super calm and collected during our sessions, which really helped me to focus on actually driving. One time, we got caught in a heavy rainstorm with near zero visibility, but he helped me navigate the car to a safer location without getting frustrated. I'm sure that I stressed him out many times, but never once did he make me feel bad behind the wheel. I don't have a comparison for other instructors but the pricing wasn't bad for me. When I did it, it was $110 per session and $320 if you booked for three sessions. Each session is 100 minutes each and they pick you up from your house (or wherever you designate). When you rent the car to use for the driving test, you have the option to also pay for a short review lesson prior to going to the DMV. Overall, I'm very pleased with my experience with this driving school.

Negative experience: I unfortunately tried to call the Enterprise Driving School and was left on hold, which is completely fine but then after 10 minutes of being on hold they hung up on me.

Fantastic experience: Brandee is amazing! I learned how to k turn and park perfectly. Even merging is much better and how to turn the wheel more smoothly on turns! Go for her!!

Negative experience: Trying to book this company for my son’s road test. I have been put on hold everytime I call I called from 3 different lines and they have ALL BEEN ON HOLD. Since 10:26 AM finally at 11:04 I hung up one of the lines to call back to be put on hold YET AGAIN I think they may need help. I work in customer service for over 20 years and you are suppose to refresh holds every 2-5 minutes! I’ll find another place that doesn’t make me wait 40 mins to say they take my number and call me back!

Negative experience: I had a road test service course yesterday The instructor was nervous ,in a hurry, upset of my questions, talking in his mobile many times during the course moreover he did not give me all details regarding the test nature and steps. Really disappointed and never to recommend

Thanks to Enterprise Driving School, I passed my driving test yesterday, just a few weeks before my permit expired! Negative experience: Beware! Driver that was sent to teach my son stole his cell phone. Call the business shortly after he left it in the car and the driver turned his phone off, he said he can’t find it and also the business said he’s an old man. What is him being an old man have to do with him stealing from a child? He needed an iPhone 11 that badly that he had to stoop that low? Puts a really bad taste in my mouth. Just know, you’ve been warned.

Fantastic experience: I haven't been driving for several years so I chose to do basic driving course here with Brandee, and it was awesome! She was calm all the time, even when I was sacred entering highway. Every instruction was so easy to follow, made me comfortable. She always asked me what I want to learn more or focus on before the class starts and told me our plan for class. I highly recommend this school. :)

They helped tackle and fix my mishaps and allowed me to pass. Not only did they have they provide the service to use a car with an emergency break, but also provided a refresh lesson the day of my test. Fantastic experience: Brandi and this other guy I forgot his name, were really nice and patient with me. They taught and explained everything well. Thanks to them I passed my road test. I was a little upset at the last instructor I had (I don’t know his name) because he was impatient and got bothered when I made a mistake, as well as his tone and attitude. Overall, this is a good driving school!

Negative experience: Very bad service. No one is answering the phone calls. Called many time and the person keeps on putting all calls on hold. Zero customer services. Since last three days no one answering the calls and keep putting me on hold. Finally one person answer the call and transfer to another person and she was mad for my feedback. Again no customer service. Very sad!

Fantastic experience: Had Brandy as a driving instructor, super friendly and comfortable to drive with. directions are straight forward and helped me get rid of a fear of being behind the wheel. Very much recommend.

Negative experience: Update..to the lies being told… Never called her out of her name !! But if that makes you feel better by trying to play victim blaming games for your poor customer service on the customer. Go right ahead !! Don’t give them your business!! Worse Customer service ever!! I had a 12 o’clock appointment. I walked inside the person at the front, proceeded to talk on her cell phone turns her back toward me never acknowledged me. I stood there for four minutes and I had finally said hello. I have an appointment and then she said I am on the phone! she never once greeted me never once said one moment, I’ll be with you in a second. She just proceeded to laugh and joke on the phone and act like I was not even there. She had the nerve to tell me I’m not gonna take you now!! Wow the nerve ! instead of apologizing for her wrong never, I found it very unprofessional, and a little bit races!! I’m asked for a manager she said she was the manager..

Negative experience: I don't recommend this driving school. It's not worth it. Side note: this school doesn't drive you back after the road test so you have to arrange a pick up. I set up an appointment for a road test plus an additional 40 minute lesson beforehand. They wanted a deposit of 50 dollars when my appointment was confirmed and on the day of I owed $155 in cash. The day of the road test, there was no communication from the instructor how far away he was or if he was on his way. He just called when he arrived at my house which was 15 minutes before the scheduled time. I still managed to meet him before the time we scheduled. The instructor didn't seem happy to be there. He barely gave me instructions on how to adjust the seat and side mirrors. I had to ask him how to adjust everything. He also didn't have enough change so I had to drive to a near gas station for him to make change. This cut into my driving lesson and I feel as though I was cheated out of instruction and didn't get ample time to practice before the road test. I took plenty lessons before and felt confident driving before meeting with this instructor. I also don't understand why this school costs so much when they don't even give you quality lessons. It's really not worth it if you want to pass your road test.

Negative experience: Though German taught me the basics, he was the reason why I failed the test. He made me more nervous than what I already was, bringing my confidence down. I truly believed the reviews on this school and my hopes went down. I hope nobody else has to go through this experience. Will very much never spent a $ in this school again. A teacher should always bring a student’s confidence up when they notice that their student is nervous and tensed up. I wish the review would go to the negatives because that’s how much my review would be.

Fantastic experience: My driving instructor was Brandee. She's really amazing, I rarely meet such nice people. Very pleasant, always kind, immediately sees what you need to put the emphasis on driving. I don't know English well, but she understood me anyway and always spoke to me in a way that was accessible and understandable to me. At the driving test, I was very worried and thought that I would not pass it the first time, but her calmness and confidence passed on to me. I highly recommend Brandee to anyone who wants to take the driving test, I promise you won't regret it!

Positive experience: I had my very first driving school lesson here. My driving instructor was Felipe and he was very kind, helpful, and patient. He taught me all the basics and knowledge of real world driving and helped me feel comfortable with my first time on the road. I decided to take two more classes but unfortunately I got two different instructors who weren’t as patient and were difficult to learn from.

Fantastic experience: Enterprise Driving school has been so amazing! Really everyone on the team has been so helpful and patient with me. I’ve booked them for lessons as well as the road test service and today I was able to pass my test! Without Johana’s help I know that I would not have been able to pass. She really knows her stuff; she gave me tips and advice on what exactly to do. She helped ease my nerves and it’s really thanks to her that I passed. I’ve taken lessons with John and German as well and they are excellent teachers also, but Johana today was really the icing on the cake and the reason I passed! Thank you so much Enterprise Driving School! I would definitely recommend that everyone book with them!

Negative experience: Personally the place/company is not bad in general. Its the instructor John. I had Johana my first class, and she was great she explained everything nicely, was telling and explaining what I did wrong, was calm, and we even had conversations while still teaching me how to drive. But the second and third class I had John and I was not pleased with him. For starters, the second class was at 4 pm, and he had called me at 3:25 saying that he was outside. Prior to that my dad spoke to him saying that the class was not at 3:30 it was at 4 and he said okay thats fine but still managed to get here at 3:25. Luckily i was ready and not busy so I just went out. Later in the car, he had called someone telling them that he would be there at 6:45 and he was probably thinking that I didn’t understand/know Spanish, and could be the reason why he picked me up earlier than expected. He was very quiet, and only spoke to tell me directions, not even explaining anything about what I did right/wrong, anything about the roads, the signs, driving, nothing. And when he would break he would break very hard, and would grab the wheel out of nowhere very strictly. Sometimes he even raised his voice a little which made me feel uncomfortable. The only thing that I got out of the experience with john was learning to parallel park and do the k point turn and thats it nothing else. If you are going to book, book with Johana she is the reason why I am putting two stars if it wasn’t for her I would have put 1. Point is, don’t book with John.

Fantastic experience: Making my appointment was very simple and everything was explained up front. The instructor Jaime was very patient with me and taught me all the necessary tools to drive manual. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I called last minute for a quick lesson seeing as how my drivers test was only a few weeks away. After having called about three other schools in my area I expected the same rude demeanor and entirely unhelpful behavior. I was pleasantly surprised when I spoke with a man who provided me with all the information I needed and then managed to squeeze me in the following morning. I was nervous the following morning as I have been in an accident before as a passenger, I met with Felipe my driving instructor who made me feel super comfortable he walked me through the basics and then went in depth on how my drivers test would go. Afterwards, he gave me some quick pointers and some things to look for as I continue practicing. All in all, I HIGHLY recommend this driving school for Hudson and Bergen County & definitely request Felipe as your driving instructor if possible. P.S I took my test today and I passed !

Fantastic experience: I don’t normally write reviews however I had Felipe help me and it was worth getting the help! I didn’t take any classes however right before my road test he helped me practice and anything I struggled with including confidence he fixed! He was patient and gave very clear instructions that made me extra prepared! Thank you Felipe!

Fantastic experience: For both my six hours and refresher course I had the instructor Brandee to assist and teach me. I had come into the six hour course with very little confidence, and left feeling excited and comfortable on the road. The same went for the refresher course as I came into the car uncertain and left confident and ready to take on the road test. I credit her for the shift in my attitude as well as the main reason I passed the road test. She was a great instructor that taught me all important skills and enhanced them during the refresher. In addition, she helped me feel comfortable in the driver's seat which, as a previously scared-to-drive person, I definitely needed. I rate the experience as highly as possible and appreciate all she has done.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service. It was easy to book lessons and reschedule when I needed to. Receptionists were very nice and helpful. I highly recommend Herman as instructor. He was professional, patient and calm. He was able to build my confidence as a new driver and gave me clear instructions throughout my time learning with him. Negative experience: Horrible experience with them. I called the same day to tell them a family member was dying and I need to reschedule the day. She began to tell me that it would be a $30 charge for same day cancellation. I express that this was not told to me. Also, for my sons first day of his less they were late picking him at least 20 minutes. I tried to call and speak to someone else about this problem and she made excuses about this issues. I will never use them again.

Fantastic experience: 5 stars for the Instructor Felipe, 5 stars for the customer service and 2 STARS FOR THE INSTRUCTOR JHON. If you want to take classes in this school, make sure JHON IS NOT YOUR INSTRUCTOR. He always play with his phone. He is more interested in playing with the phone instead of teaching you. If some one is paying for the class, then it means he is buying the Instructor attention but that is not the case if Jhon is the Instructor. ALSO HE IS RUDE If you do some mistake even as a beginner.
