Fantastic experience: This course was very helpful and knowledgeable. I came in thinking it would be things i knew already and that i was just obtaining my certificate but i left with more knowledge and understanding of the rules of the road.

Fantastic experience: Glad I found this class on line that offers very flexible schedule, The instructor is very knowledgeable and patient very nice person and professional. Really enjoyed the class I thought I knew everything because I've been driving since age of 18 yrs old and now 46 but no I actually did learn alot by taking this class.

Negative experience: Was able to sign up and pay for the class but shortly after, I was notified that the class was full and the other days that were available, were days I have to work. Was looking forward to this since it’s highly rated. Will look else where.

I originally chose this specific school, even though it is an hour out of my way, because the reviews were so great. And it did not disappoint. I hope never to have to take another tss class, but if I do, it will definitely be at this location. I had questions answered that I’ve wondered about for years. Thank you, Felix!

Fantastic experience: I arrived at my TSS appointment with another company only to learn in had been cancelled without them notifying me! I quickly called ROTR and they immediately said I could go right then to their class that had just started. They were extremely accommodating! I was totally expecting to have to wait until the following weekend to do TSS but because of ROTR I’m good to go!!!

Fantastic experience: I participated in a virtual online class, which was very informative and interesting and allowed me and others to share their experiences and receive corrections or alternatives that can be used in the future. It really was a comfortable setting. Very easy to retain the information and participation was a breeze. The instructor was very good at holding everyone's attention. You can see the eyes, the posture, and expression on all attendees' faces, and it seemed all was very interested and waiting for what was coming next. Excellent class.

Fantastic experience: After attending the class, I felt very informed that the instructor Nicole is a very passionate and helpful.

Negative experience: Felix was a great instructor. Very informative, however going to this school did not take the violation off of my MVD record and my insurance went up. This is not what they advertise. At the end of the day the school and the MVD personnel deflected responsibility for this. Do your home work before paying anything. Very disappointing.
