Negative experience: Ms Patrick is the worst instructor. If you don’t have the patience to teach students how to drive, go find another career. Yelling and disrespecting an 18 year old is not acceptable

Negative experience: The female driving instructor is extremely rude. I took a couple lessons with her. The second lesson she told me to adjust the mirrors while she does something and i didn’t know how to. She got angry saying I should already know how to do this and you drove with me last time. I tried explaining to her that she never taught me how and that this was the first time someone asks me to adjust the outside mirrors so obviously I wouldn’t have known. She goes “you think this is funny” which it was because of how ridiculous the situation was. I’m literally at driving school and paying you to teach me and your getting angry at me because I don’t know every feature of the car??? Also she’s extremely passive aggressive with her comments. There was another issue where I was asking the guy at the front desk about how many lessons i have left. He goes to explain it to the woman and she gets angry saying “i’ve explained this to you the last time” and “you keep bringing it up” and “stop laughing this isn’t funny”. which first of all i never asked her about it she just kept saying “u only have one more lesson” so i was confused and brought it up with the FRONT DESK not her. She acts like I insulted her or something for asking… Also, during one lesson I tried asking her a question and she cut me off saying “no you may not ask a question during your pre testing” at the end she tells me to ask and i wanted to know more about the road test so i ask her do you guys offer the road test and she goes “no unless they bring someone in to test you” . i later ask the front desk and they tell me they do, this woman doesn’t even know what services they offer cant even start with a hi or how are you and makes you feel dumb for making mistakes. Everyone else was nice except HER, stick with the male instructor. he’s MUCH nicer and understanding.

Negative experience: Came here to try to learn to drive back in January, and the gentlemen working the front desk were nice enough, but didn't give me all the information I needed to be ready to start driving, so I had to come up to the school a couple times in the same day to make sure everything was ready and in order for me to get drive time in. I don't know if the older white woman still works as a driving instructor there, but she was one of the worst people I ever had the unfortunate experience of coming across. Made me extremely nervous to drive and constantly raising her voice at me and not allowing me to talk through what I thought I was doing wrong and just cut me off me every time. I wasted a couple hours here trying to learn from her, and regretted it ever since. I hope she left so nobody that was in a position like I was have to deal with that person.

Fantastic experience: I did over 20 hours of private driving lesson at this location. Great customer service, the instructors are excellent and highly knowledgeable. They’ll teach you well and get you on the road.

Negative experience: Do not waste your time . They act as if they support your student upon registration but it is a Different story when one of their teachers does not treat your student respectfully. It is cheaper compared to others but I would rather pay more then my student is respected , supported while being taught.

Negative experience: First day that I was there, a man told me to go onto Google and and give this place 5 stars in a very demanding sort of way without my input. The work given to me is just copying straight out a textbook without really memorizing with the help of a teacher and at times, I felt like I was being rushed and if I didn't finish by a certain time than I'd have to pay a fee. My advice is to just find a different driving school or get someone close to teach you.

Fantastic experience: I passed my road test here!!! It is such a professional environment and they are very patient with you. I would ask multiple questions and they would give me very clear answers. You watch informative videos here and you do get tested for it which is good because they want to make sure you know your stuff. They are also very helpful when you are behind the wheel. They will sit next to you and be as calm with you as possible when you make a mistake. Instead of just telling you you are wrong they actually explain why that is wrong and how you can correct it. They also motivate you to do better!! I let my friends know about they spot and they are planning on learning to drive here. I suggest this place highly!!
